The people at Liberty Ford in Brunswick are very nice. We dealt with Justin Post. Not one time did I feel like he was pushing us. I actually wanted to go see another car at another dealership. He did not talk me out of it. The other vehicle was 20,000 less miles and About $1,000 more. I wanted liwer miles. That's the kind of salesperson I like. But after talking to with my husband we decided to stay with Liberty Ford because of the lifetime warranty on the powertrain. Of, course you need to go to a Liberty dealership. But they have a few around and one that is closer to me. And of course the car was a certified used car. That was important. Thank you Justin and Liberty Ford.

Gave this place 4 stars. Would have been 5 had the gas tank been filled a little more. Had an hour and 40 min drive home on a qtr tank of gas. Made it home with 22 miles left in gas. 😬 Otherwise id def reccomend Park Ford. 😁

STAY FAR AWAY!!! The only thing worse then their sales staff, is the service department!!! They will be nice when you are buying from them, but if you have a problem, forget it!! Their service department continually missed diagnosed, an engine coolant intrusion into the cylinders for about 6 to 8 months, which is a common problem on Ecoboost engines. WAKE UP LIBERTY!! They are only interested in selling you a car, NOTHING ELSE!! I'm sure they would have been perfectly fine misleading me, until my warranty was up, and I would have to pay out of pocket. The salesman I bought the car from was only interested in selling me something else, and didn't care about the 40k problem he already sold me. I'm so glad I decided to go somewhere else. DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN TO LIBERTY!!

I attempted to purchase a used F-150 from Elyria Ford, and the experience was disappointing. The general manager, Chuck Sturgill, was consistently unprofessional and carried an unwarranted attitude every time we spoke. I even reached out to the GM dealer they own to politely ask for the owner, hoping to address the issue while still trying to buy the vehicle. No one ever called me back. Overall, a poor experience. 👎👎👎
