Did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, but felt confident & safe if I was to do so. I was really hoping they'd be able to find the car I was looking for, but I was rather specific in my request, which made it more of a challenge. They tried & they kept in contact with me without any pressure or sales pitches. Sincere questions on how much search was going & honest answers to the issues I kept running into. Tom Ferrier was great in responding to me & providing me great insight & information. Even though I did not purchase from here, I might in the near future or if I what to trade up for something better. I will always keep my eye on what they have in stock. I was not the easiest customer to deal with, as most sales reps are trained to just try and get you in the store. Tom and the staff at C. Wimberley Ford were more concerned with finding me the vehicle I wanted & the right one for me. I was handling all communications via email, which I understand makes things a bit more of a challenge, but Tom did it with grace. I would recommend & feel confident with buying a quality vehicle here. Even though, I didn't... or at least haven't, yet.

I went to Pfeiffer to get recall work done on my 2001 Windstar, to make a long story short Ford Motor co. said it was irrepairable and bought the windstar back at a premium.So naturally I started looking for a replacement vehicle. Well we drove over to Grand Ledge 150 mile round trip and had 4 or 5 vehicles selected to look at from the "Mega" dealer over there. After a terrible negotiating experience at Grand Ledge we returned to Pfeiffer Farms where we brought the windstar for recall work, and Pfeiffer (Mark Keech) worked with us and got us a terrific deal on a newer vehicle for my daughter. Mark was a pleasure to work with (though he had to "talk" to the manager once) and Dean Smith the service manager was very friendly and we even met Dan Pfeiffer that morning too! I've brought my villager to have it serviced there in the past and am very happy with the whole operation over there. Thank you Pfeiffer for a wonderful experience.

I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a month ago. The test drive went well even for one with a stick transmission. I saw no problems and bought the car with a cashier's check. Within a couple days I could see an oil stain under it and the shifter never would engage consistently. Plus there was a squeaking belt that developed. I will probably end up selling it
