I greatly appreciated that they let me see the DOT dates on the tires before installation. And I also appreciated the 2 employees who asked me if I wanted a water while I was waiting. And of course the one female employee who gave me a set of earplugs to muffle the very loud construction noise. On the other hand, I'm not sure it should take 2 hours to replace 4 tires, and I was a little sad that I couldn't use my $60 off of a $500 purchase on my $1100 purchase (due to the buy-3-get-one-free tire offer).

Frenchy was our sales guy (he has retired) and Donny has always been there to make sure everything went right. Even the finance team was awesome! Our service has ALWAYS been top notch. He was surrounded by a fantastic team, a finance manager Luis, who is very professional, patient & adamant to get us the best deal as well as a very involved and experienced used car manager, both working an hour past close to help. DeAnna was a very nice young lady. Came out to see us on the lot shortly after we'd got there. Got in the back seat of the car we test drove even though we gave her our license and insurance info. We paid cash (check) so the transaction went rather smoothly. Another customer came in during our final paperwork while DeAnna was in the back room making copies and no one greeted him, said nothing to him, even others that worked there walked right by him and didn't say a word to him. We thought that was unprofessional. DeAnna finally saw him standing there then just left without finishing our paperwork!! Maybe everyone there should concentrate on being more customer friendly. Other than that our transaction with DeAnna and others in the office went rather swiftly.

We loved working with Kevin and the team at Perfect 10. They worked with us so we could take home a beautiful car! The only piece of feedback I’d like to provide is that they discontinue placing their dealership decal directly on the cars. Perhaps placing their name on a license plate rounder would be better or having their name engraved on the direct opposite side of the vehicle’s name. The decal takes away from the overall look of the vehicle. Other than that, a good time was had by all!! Thank you Perfect 10!

I was impressed by the clean inventory dealership possessed. I purchased 2008 Porsche Cayenne in the excellent condition. Next day drive shaft center support bearing rubber surround has failed. Witch is very coming in these cars with this mileage. Not that they fixed it for me rigth the way, they also offer me a loaner car. Todd and Jake father and son are the owners and operators. Lanny is a wonderful person and because of him and the cars he has sold me I'm about to buy another one if he has something I want and the price is right. I hate seeing the negative remarks about his business because I know from experience it's just not true based on my experience of buying 3 cars from him already.
