Hands down ABSOLUTE BEST place to buy a vehicle in Memphis! The people here are very warm and welcoming and treat you like family! We were in the market for a car for my daughter's 16th birthday and we weren't sure what we wanted to get yet. We were able to freely look around and not be harassed like we had been at other dealerships. They have a large inventory with a variety of different vehicles in ONE place. When my daughter found a car she liked the staff made sure we got what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Very nice vehicles at fair prices. No mark ups. Jim Kerras dealership wanted to charge almost $3k in additional "dealership fees" on tops of the marketed sale price 😳 So thankful we decided to come to Car Smart. Very accommodating people here who genuinely care about their customers and it shows! Special shout out to Blaine and Russell for a great experience ♥️ Thank you guys so much! I originally came in with my daughter so she could look at vehicles, and Aviean Smith helped her get into a great 2023 Dodge Durango. He made the process easy, explained everything clearly, and treated us with respect the entire time. Before we left, Aviean Smith and Raphael Mendoza asked if I wanted to take a look at another truck they had just brought up front. The moment I saw the 2026 RAM Big Horn 4x4, I knew they had my attention. The truck had an aggressive look with great tires, side steps, and a clean Nightshade appearance package that really stood out. Absolutely the worst service experience l've ever had. I brought my car to Cadillac of Memphis for what should've been a normal service, and they held it for two months with almost zero updates. When I finally got it back, there was a deep scratch down the passenger door that wasn't there before. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to acknowledge or fix the damage. On top of that, my experience with their service director, Chandler Matthews, was extremely disappointing - in my opinion he was very rude and unprofessional throughout the process. The communication was nonexistent, the accountability was even worse, and I left with my car in worse condition than when I arrived. I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle, let alone a Cadillac.
