I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this dealer. Everyone from Jared Wingard(sales), Alexandra (accessories), and Mike(financing) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They clearly advertised any dealer add on's, they offered a fair trade in value, a competitive interest rate (beat USAA pre approval), and they did not try to play any games or hide any costs or fees in the deal. Once you are close to closing the deal they bring in Alexandra to go over any and all add on options you could want. She was very informative but also not pushy at all in trying to up sell you on anything. She lays out the items and the benefits (with visual examples on site) and leaves it completely up to you on what you may want to add. I spent weeks shopping around at both Ford and GMC, came close on deals at other dealerships but they all ended up trying to sneak things in or flat out lie. I could not be happier with the transparency, service, and overall friendliness at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in Carrolton! If you are in the market make sure to Call and ask for Jared!

A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Let's start with the buying process. I was at this run-down dealership for almost 5 hours buying my truck. Having sold cars for a couple of years I know this was waaaaaaay too long. My salesperson wasn't knowledgeable at all. When we couldn't come to terms on the truck I was on my way out, starting up my vehicle when they waived me back inside. Turns out the could make the deal I wanted. I went through finance (also very unprofessional), signed all of my paperwork and about 2hrs later I was driving home. About a week later I got a call from Will (sales manager) saying I would have to give them an additional $200 down and buy a warranty that would increase my payments by about $20 a month. Having sold cars I know that my deal had been sitting in the finance office for a week trying to find a lender to purchase it at the terms we agreed on. When they couldn't find one that wouldn't take some of their profit away to take the deal they called me to "sweeten" it for them so they could at least make some money on the back end in finance. The sales "manager" Will was very confronational with me when I let him know I knew my rights and knew what was going on. This dealership is a run-down piece of junk and their "sales" staff is a joke, their finance department is an un-organized joke. I wouldn't recommend giving this place your business unless you're ready to be jerked around and lied to. This place is a joke.

I went to Metro Ford to purchase a 2012 Dodge Durango. I'd informed them prior to me going to the dealership that I will be purchasing the vehicle through my credit union. sales rep name Laverne told me that when I came down it would take no longer than 5 minutes to get me a bill of sale however when I got there they gave me some line about taking the ad for the car to my credit union and that they would fax over the bill of sale to them.I could not understand why they would not provide me with a copy of the bill of sale unless they planned to change some things in the originally negotiated price. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle do not go there.
