Nestor, was amazing. Wonderful experience. He was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. If he didn’t know he was resourceful enough to find out, leaving me with no questions concerns or worries. He even went above. I bought the 2014 lariat I told him he didn’t have to have it cleaned he did anyways. Even when I came back today and picked it up although the sale was finalized he was still nice and moved fast to get the vehicle when I arrived stopping what he was doing (he was looking at his computer when I walked in). He really made me feel like my transaction wasn’t just a sale but it mattered.

They worked with another Carmax dealership down south and acquired the vehicle I was looking at quickly. After reviewing, they took care of any concerns. They made sure all issues were resolved in a timely manner. Just another great experience with Car max. Probably my 3rd or 4th vehicle purchase with them. The new Alliance store held to the same high standards of customer service as other CarMax dealerships I had worked with in the past. Really enjoy buying from CarMax. So much easier than the standard branded dealerships. I’ll be calling back when it’s time to buy again.

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! - golfpayne

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! We bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee...it didn't even make 26miles!! Broke down on the I35 and had to tow it to a mechanic. The mechanic said there is no way there could have been any fluid in the radiator because the oil cooler was completely destroyed and had been for quite some time. We poured fluid into the radiator and it came out the bottom of the engine as fast as we were filling it! Fixed the oil cooler $1000, put fluid in the radiator and it pours out of the side of the radiator where there were two giant cracks! Another $1000. The Jeep overheated so bad it melted a part of the air-conditioning behind the dash so now no air-conditioning in the 105 degree Texas summer! I had to call, email, threaten a law suit for weeks before I could ever get anyone to help. Finally Eric Williams "sales manager" says they will reimburse me for the damage. I immediately emailed him the receipts and that's the last I've heard. .it has now been over a month and nobody will return a single call or email.

NEVER AGAIN! I called to get 2 tires replaced on my wife's car. Talked to Kyle in service dept at Jerry's Autogroup, Hudson Oaks. We (Kyle and I) decided what tires to put on and price, wife makes appointment. Dealership is 12 min away, she leaves between 8 or 8:15 for 8:30am appointment. 9:59 wife send texts me a text, "dealership wants to talk to me about tires". I called wife she says they want to put different tires on for more money. It's now 10am and now they are talking about tires, that we're already decided on. The day before I had 4 tires puton my truck at Walmart in less than an hour. I told her to tell them to pack sand. We will go somewhere else. They wasted both of our time and now they want different tires, my wife decided differently. You mistreated, abused my wife. You put her in a place I intended for her to avoid. Finally at 11:09 she returns. 3 hours total time, 2 hrs and 39 min to put on 2 tires. We have both our vehicles serviced there. I will never give them a dime. Our time is valuable as is yours, wife ($150 hr) mine ($80). I suggest you let everybody know that Jerry's does not value your time, plays games and wants your money.
