Copied from my Google review: An absolutely fantastic experience. Luke was wonderful to work with, responsive, understanding, and was able to provide the level of detail I was looking for. He did an excellent job adapting to my never-ending list of requests and orchestrated the car getting to Matrix Integrated for a PPI in a very timely manner. Jack did exactly everything he said he would. The deal process was fair enough for me and Jack made me feel like I was getting a win on the car and on the additional product I purchased. The car was ready and waiting for me at the lower level exit, prepped in the center of the launch ramp in immaculate condition. The showrooms themselves are worth a visit for no other reason than to admire the beauty of the vehicles. Rare Porsches, rare Ferraris, immaculate Land Rovers, and a few other prime examples are wonderfully displayed in a manner that says "importance" but also that reminds buyers that these vehicles are well within the domain of the dealership. My wife and I spent just under an hour in the dealership total. Luke and Jack prepared everything to be ready and waiting when we arrived as I had requested. The signing, the delivery, and the sendoff were wonderfully prepared. Overall, the experience was flawless from start to finish. Bravo, Grand Prix Team. I plan on being back.

I had a pleasant experience purchasing my 2020 Ford Escape Titanium from Doherty Ford in Forest Grove (back in 2020). So why not having all my services done with them as well. I never had a bad experience. Recently, my tire pressure sensor failed on a back tire, and they took me in that same day for service. While my car was already at their shop why not do an oil change. They offered and I appreciated that. Saves me time to take another day off from work to get the oil change done. My husband also takes his 2012 Ford Utility Van to their Express Lane. We purchased both vehicles from Doherty and have been very happy with our choice of dealer and car/van.

We have used Beaverton Honda for many years and have not experienced nearly as great as hospitality as Wilsonville has to offer. They are very quick to communicate, they do not oversell you on services that your vehicle does not need, they also provide a loaner if your vehicle is going to be in the shop for a long time And always let you know the status of your car. We have now brought both of our vehicles to Wilsonville Honda, and highly recommend this location to anyone! Their team truly feels like family and you are not treated like a regular customer. Wow- customer service and decent people still exist. Roger Button just made this a bad situation so much better. I bought a car under a year ago here, found put the engine blew 12,000 miles in. Mini & Roger fixed the situation the best they could. I am trading in and buying a different from here now. After this problem and the way they handled it here at the dealership, I would have my children buy a car here.

I am pretty disappointed with the sales team. I had an appointment set up to buy a new truck but I live 1.5 to 2 hours away and all I ask for was a some good base numbers to go off of before I come. I had a 2020 ram 2500 trade in and I was looking for a 3500. Communication was really poor over text and they acted like they didn't want my business. for a returning customer does not look good at all. If I was in sales I would work my butt of to make the sale and make the customer want to return for years to come. I was trying to buy a truck and it didn't happen you would think they would want me to. They just quit texting me with no more info.

We bought our Outback from Lithia Subaru a number of years ago, before moving to Central Oregon. We have had nothing but issues with the dealership over here. They couldn't complete the work on our vehicle without a part. They did not call to let us know this fact. I am assuming they never ordered the part, as they said they would call when it was received, and we never got that call. This happened months ago. We finally decided if we wanted to have our car repaired and repaired right, we needed to go back to the dealer where we bought it. I called the service department of Lithia and got connected with Deseo Perez. We were going to be in Portland, and even though it was short notice, he was able to get us an appointment. Deseo provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond and had us back on the road to Central Oregon much sooner than we expected. It is worth the drive to Oregon City for the peace of mind that our car will be repaired, and the repair will be done correctly. In closing, I want to recognize Deseo, Lithia's outstanding service advisor. He took excellent care of us!
