All the Honda dealers I want to try to high pressure me too buy the car on the spot. And when I told them I wasn't ready at that moment they didn't want to know me. At Babylon Honda it was totally different they were very professional and accommodating to all my needs. Lenghty wait for minor service - Bad experience
Despite making 7:00 AM appointment several days beforehand and being "first car in line" that morning,
waited over two hours for just an oil change/lube/alignment check. Would have appreciated a customer waiting room update if the delay was explainable. Frustrating in that several customers arriving after me were notified of completion of their service.

Rachel Rocks the Honda House with Stellar Cust Svce - JK
I was in during the month of December, when I had to have a faulty tire senser replaced. This generic brand senser was installed a few days prior by a tire company, when they broke the original senser while putting on snow tires. As I would be traveling, I was not comfortable driving with a faulty senser and went to Honda to have them check and ultimately replace it. Rachel was my service agent at the dealership, and she took it upon herself to pursue my case, while moving the servicing through in a timely manner. Between ongoing communications with the mechanic working on my vehicle, she contacted the tire company and reported that they installed a bad senser...not just a simple case of recalibration, as I was told. This went back and forth for a while, ultimately ending with her instructing me to return to the tire company for a credit of the faulty part, where I proceeded to drive after leaving Honda. As a result of Rachel's efforts, the tire company did the right thing by crediting me for the part as well as labor costs I incurred to replace it. I am so impressed by the personal attention and service that was afforded me, something that is becoming increasingly rare in our world. Rachel is the face of what customer service should be about everywhere. Thank you!!

If you are considering buying a Honda, new or pre-certified used (and I hope you are as they are GREAT cars - I've had two so far and my daughter just bought one as well), then THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP TO GO TO. In the Service Dept., Michael Luisi will greet you heartily, put a smile on your face, treat you like your family (which seriously you are at NS Honda) and do "everything" he can to ensure servicing your vehicle is an easy experience, timely, top notch and affordable (his estimates are always spot on but he will always call you personally if an additional service might be needed or recommended).
These are only a few of the folks at NS Honda that my daughter Jessica and I know quite well but the ENTIRE "team" at NS Honda (from the lovely guy who valets your car to the gals who set up loaner cars and of course the crew who services your vehicle) totally "rock it". Five star is the ratings I gave to the Manhattan Honda service center, sales rep Mr. George Vakkou and his team were on top of there game. The SUV I ordered was not at that branch and regardless of the high holiday traffic they were able to get it to the dealer on time clean and ready for me to come across the states to pick it up and get back across the the try state before the storm hits.. Paper works were ready, hot coffee was served even extra paper mats were given after they took time out to teach me the features of my new SUV.. I will gladly recommend Mr. George of Manhattan Honda any day anytime.
