I lost a taillight Assembly somewhere in Little Rock. Called and spoke with parts department he was adamant that he left at 6:00 pm and then transferred me to Calvin to see if he could help me put one on it was 5:40 I was in Mayflower and it was dark, parts said I could pay with my debit card so I pulled off and gave it to him because he left at 6:00pm. I got to the dealership 5:57 and Calvin was waiting we put it on and I was on my way. It was dark and I still had to drive to Clarksville, I want to say thanks to Calvin for going WAY ABOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE and when I trade my 2009 Dodge Ram in it will be with Superior for this very reason again thanks for having such a wonderful employee

Both times my salesman was Johnny MIller, who I have found to be the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure to work with on an auto purchase. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and never tries to give you a hard sell. Johnny makes you feel welcome at the dealership, and is always ready to help you with any information about your vehicle, financing, and overall view of your purchase. His follow up is also excellent, as he calls during the year to see how your vehicle is doing. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Johnny Miller. Debbie, who runs the show in finance, is also an incredible person to work with. Great sense of humor and a great source of information about financing!

Awful dealership! Worst mangement ever! Wost Experience! - MoparGuy
Absolutely the worst experience at a dealership ever! I was looking for product support, and drove 90 miles thinking I was going to get just that. I got the exact opposite. I was forced to accept a poor repair on my Jeep. Management, to the highest level including the owner, refused to rectify any problems. Paint was scratched to the metal. A 1 inch gouge was found in my window tint. The dent that was supposed to be repaired, is still in my door $1258.00 later. This statement is confirmed by multiple other body shops that have seen the repair. Very Very poor! Coincidently, when I picked the Jeep up and drove it 5 miles, the left front brake locked up. They DO NOT care.

Gene Miller helped me locate the color and options I wanted on this model. He had a driver promptly retrieve the car from Chicago area. I was satisfied with the pricing and deal. He aided in quick financing and trade in.. although I wound up letting my niece buy my trade in.
I would do business with Paul Miller & Sons again. I just wished I lived closer to utilize their service department.
