I found an impressive deal on a 2016 Mazda3 i Grand Touring at this dealership. Unlike the other Mazda dealership where I lived, this group wanted to earn my business. Unlike the other dealer, this group negotiated a fair price with me.
I drove 90 miles here and they made it completely worthwhile. The courtesy and respect from both the salesperson and the finance officer went a long way towards closing this deal.

I have a car that isn't only new but he did just what I asked for and found me a vehicle with a lower monthly note. Matt was very patient with me during my time of trying to decide on my trade. I talked with him on the phone and when I arrived at the dealership he met me before I could get out id my vehicle with a smile which made me want to do business with your company even more.
I went from a 2012 with high payments to a 2016 with lower payments.

Lacking Service - Pavelowleads
My family just purchased our second vehicle from Frank Fletcher Dodge and I'm not really happy with the Service Department and the service that I received on my brand new 2017 Pacifica. I took the vehicle in for my first oil change and fluid check. The oil change service was top notch! The problem that I have is that I asked about some nails/screws that had punctured two of my tires. The Service Advisor informed me that they would not be able to repair the tires as the nail/screws had entered the tires in the non repair zone on the tire and that the tires would need replacing. As a mechanic myself I understand this and the danger of trying to repair in this area of the tire. I asked if the tires were covered under some type of road hazard warranty. The Service Advisor said, "that there is no road hazard warranty on tires and that the dealership would not cover them". Here is the problem, I have less than 8500 miles on my second brand new vehicle that my family has bought from Fletcher and I now have to replace two tires. When you purchase brand new tires and have them installed by the merchant that you purchased them from, there is a road hazard warranty for just such an issue. It's one thing to have a great experience purchasing your brand new vehicle but, if your after sales service is horrible and the customer is left fending for themselves, well it's time to step back and question is it worth it? One other point that I'd like to tell you, the Service Advisor told me to contact the tire manufacturer about the issue, I was all but laughed off the phone.

My only issue was that the salesman could not advise me of what my payments would be over the phone. I had to drive up and meet with the finance mgr. It all worked out but i felt as if my time was being wasted becauae if I did not like the terms I would have declined the purchase.
1998 jeep wrangler - Carol62
My jeep is my best friend had her since she was brand new my jeeps name is Littlered THE Bassett Mobile. I had raised basset puppies took them into vet for shots and a lady told her daughter to look over at pass side of the red jeep to see the little Bassett puppies. So that's how my Littlered jeep got her name. I am really picky who works on my jeep no I don't beat her to dead either in fact had people come up to me want to buy her.
Poor sales experience, avoid this dealer - Bad Experience
I dealt with Nicole about a used 2016 pickup truck they were selling. I was trying to get some basic information on it because pictures and a good description were lacking from their website. She was evasive and of no use answering questions and refused to provide me any pictures of the truck. All she seemed interested in obtaining was my name, address, email and phone number. Her sales skills were seriously lacking.
Needless to say I will not be paying Nicole a visit to attempt to buy this truck.

We had an issue with the service department and after seeing our post the manager contacted us and asked if we would come in and speak with him. We met with the sales manager and service manager and service technician. We voiced our complaint and they explained why they had come to the conclusion they did. They offered to reimburse us on part of the repairs. I feel like they stand behind keeping customers happy.
