Took our truck in for a recall. Dropped it off on 8/12/20 at 5 pm for and appt the following day at 7 am. Waited all day to hear it was ready with no word. Started calling at 10 am on the 14 th and was told over and over again they’d call us back, yet no one ever did. This was suppose to be a 2 to 3 hour job. At 4 pm ( 33 hours later ) we finally got through to them to only have all kinds of excuses throw at us. No way to run a business. Need serious work on their customer services. Also the person I spoke to that answered the phone in the service department, she was very rude and snippy. Really need to take a long look at this department and their customer service.

I am in a panic mode. I decided to take all of my paperwork to the Arkansas Revenue Department, to check on the tags situation on my Camry. They directed me to have the car assessed first. Then I was directed to have the assessment stamped, and recieve the paperwork in order to get my tags. At the DMV, I was told that the total to get the tags and registration would be $1,062. I gasped out "I can't afford THAT!" I'm on a fixed income. Is there any way to make payments? (No). They asked me if there was any way I could get a loan, (NO). They suggested I talk to Orr Chrysler, where I got the car. I drove the 45 min. drive to Searcy, and asked to talk to the manager. I was directed to see the finance officer, then the salesman who sold me the car, to the dealership manager, and back and forth several times. (They were PRETENDING to care, while playing the shuffle him around endlessly routine) Finally, the pretense of caring was abandoned completely and he flat out told me, it was MY FAULT I could not afford the tags, there was NO WAY he was going to help me, I should have read the FINE PRINT on the contract. I told him in my defense, I've never purchased a vehicle in the State of Arkansas, only CA and TX...and there the tags were INCLUDED in each and every sale, HOW WAS I TO KNOW? All of this over a little over $1,000. I BEGGED him for help, I said if I had the tags, and could drive legally, I could get a part time job and reimburse the dealership for the tags! (To deaf ears and a stone heart).

Service department is VERY unhelpful, rude and condescending!! Does as little as possible for the customer and tries to charge you for things that are covered by WARRANTY!! Never coming back here! Be forewarned: This dealership’s advertised “sale” prices are their adjusted prices, NOT their actual market value selling prices, which are higher. This is confusing, a bit misleading, and likely just a cheap way to lure potential customers to the dealership. For example, this dealership advertised a used truck for sale for $42k. They then advertised a price drop sale at $40k, and recently marked it down even lower as advertised at $39k. However, when I went to dealership to try to make deal, their actual selling price was given to me at $42k. A more professional & transparent way would be to simply advertise the actual asking selling price. In this case, the advertised price should have showed $42k.

I'm on my second used "certified" vehicle from this dealership and i've had the worst experience in my life. Ashley in parts and service is super rude with you if there is a issue with your vehicle, Sean one of the mangers says my car was certified and Amanda who sold me the SUV said they don't do certified vehicle anymore even though we was under the impression it was certified with only 59,000 miles on it. my SUV had a busted sway bar bushing on the drivers side, the rear view mirror was from a charger when my SUV is a dodge journey and my radio was unplugged so when i presented this issue with a manger he acted like he had better things to deal with me and couldn't give me a straight answer for my questions. absolutely worst buying experience all around. Not to mention my nissan xterra i bought from them before this SUV they told me it was never in a wreck but when i went to trade it in to a different dealership they said it was hit by a "railroad vehicle" 3 months before i owned it which when we asked for carfaxx but was insured it was in good standing, so therefor the only way to get out of my xterra and not be upside down was red river dodge which they admitted to the not giving me the car faxs. DO NOT use red river dodge in Heber springs!
