I have a car that isn't only new but he did just what I asked for and found me a vehicle with a lower monthly note. Matt was very patient with me during my time of trying to decide on my trade. I talked with him on the phone and when I arrived at the dealership he met me before I could get out id my vehicle with a smile which made me want to do business with your company even more.
I went from a 2012 with high payments to a 2016 with lower payments.

I went to Breeden Dodge to have my oil changed. I had left a gift card hidden in my console thinking it be would be safe for the time my vehicle was being serviced. I was going to use it as soon as I left the dealership, thats how I know for sure it was there when I exited the vehicle at the dealership. When my vehicle was returned to me an hour later by the service dept, i noticed my gift card was gone. I approached management with the issue but of course they tell me there is nothing they can do. Just a fair warning to all, dont leave anything in your vehicle while being serviced at this dealership. I was stupid thinking I could trust this dealership in not stealing my belongings while I was getting a simple oil change. I am a hard working and honest person and while the gift card wasnt much...it was still my property and they had no right to just take it. Sadly, lesson learned the hard way.

My jeep is my best friend had her since she was brand new my jeeps name is Littlered THE Bassett Mobile. I had raised basset puppies took them into vet for shots and a lady told her daughter to look over at pass side of the red jeep to see the little Bassett puppies. So that's how my Littlered jeep got her name. I am really picky who works on my jeep no I don't beat her to dead either in fact had people come up to me want to buy her.

I called and was trying to buy a Ram 1500. The internet manager gave it to Abbey. I was very specific in what I wanted. A Ram 1500, cloth interior, black exterior, slt package with Saddle. I said nothing about a Big Horn. She sent me 2 stickers of Big Horns. She thought I wanted a 2019 and I said no a 2018. I never heard back from her and till I text her later that day. Sales in Malvern must be hopping. Congratulations !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Poor sales experience, avoid this dealer - Bad Experience
I dealt with Nicole about a used 2016 pickup truck they were selling. I was trying to get some basic information on it because pictures and a good description were lacking from their website. She was evasive and of no use answering questions and refused to provide me any pictures of the truck. All she seemed interested in obtaining was my name, address, email and phone number. Her sales skills were seriously lacking.
Needless to say I will not be paying Nicole a visit to attempt to buy this truck.
Warranty Repair on Jeep Wrangler Paint - rsstrick
I am having paint issues a 2017 Jeep Wrangler bought new from one of their dealerships. I started the claim back in May and still trying to get an answer July. The Dealership is saying Jeep is saying it is not covered and Jeep service is saying the dealership is refusing. On my 3rd round of calls and the story is the same. I do not recommend buying from Bayrid Dodge or Jeep.
