Friendly experience - blackmonwes
Staff was friendly, helpful, and was not pushy. The salesman, Jose Carabantes, was very helpful. Jose answered all of my questions, and took his time showing me the how the truck's new technology worked. We received a fair deal. We traveled a long way, but we will consider doing business with you again.

I recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee and traded in the 30th Edition Dodge Grand Caravan that I bought there in 2014. I have been purchasing from them for years. Jason made the whole process easy and I didn't have to walk out on the lot to look if I was interested he brought the cars to me to look at. I really appreciate the care I receive at Whitson Morgan.

Above and Beyond Customer Service - gw_ark
I lost a taillight Assembly somewhere in Little Rock. Called and spoke with parts department he was adamant that he left at 6:00 pm and then transferred me to Calvin to see if he could help me put one on it was 5:40 I was in Mayflower and it was dark, parts said I could pay with my debit card so I pulled off and gave it to him because he left at 6:00pm. I got to the dealership 5:57 and Calvin was waiting we put it on and I was on my way. It was dark and I still had to drive to Clarksville, I want to say thanks to Calvin for going WAY ABOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE and when I trade my 2009 Dodge Ram in it will be with Superior for this very reason again thanks for having such a wonderful employee

Dishonest - catman
Vehicle had defective paint, they kept it a week and had damage to the cab on return from paint, Trucks have no resale value, my trade-in was 9 months old and lost 10,000 during that period.
Service dept is atrocious and will gouge you if you let... - Rayburn
Service dept is atrocious and will gouge you if you let them. They tried to charge me $200 to replace a plastic fitting on the windshield sprayer. Some months later, service manager Paul fielded my call told me my Ram 1500 could be repaired today, but he put someone else's name on the service record. 4 hours after my truck with only 50k miles was TOWED to the leadership, I called for update, the person whose name was on the service record didn't even know why it was there. When I explained the problem, turns out they don't even have the part to fix it.

Great service, friendly sales staff - MarineVet
Gaylan was great at helping to choose my vehicle. At no time did he rush me or try to steer me toward more expensive units. He listened to me and searched out the lot for exactly what I was looking for.
The finance process was easy and not rushed, terms and interest rate great.
If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend to go see them.

Fred Fletcher Dodge came to my rescue as I was out of town, stranded, from Ohio. They went way out of their way to obtain the critical part that I needed. Limped there from OKC, at 4p.m. I was given a brand new Ram courtesy truck , and at 1 o'clock the next day the repair was completed, all under warranty. Th

NO COMPASSION - Mshrum
I am in a panic mode. I decided to take all of my paperwork to the Arkansas Revenue Department, to check on the tags situation on my Camry. They directed me to have the car assessed first. Then I was directed to have the assessment stamped, and recieve the paperwork in order to get my tags. At the DMV, I was told that the total to get the tags and registration would be $1,062. I gasped out "I can't afford THAT!" I'm on a fixed income. Is there any way to make payments? (No). They asked me if there was any way I could get a loan, (NO). They suggested I talk to Orr Chrysler, where I got the car. I drove the 45 min. drive to Searcy, and asked to talk to the manager. I was directed to see the finance officer, then the salesman who sold me the car, to the dealership manager, and back and forth several times. (They were PRETENDING to care, while playing the shuffle him around endlessly routine) Finally, the pretense of caring was abandoned completely and he flat out told me, it was MY FAULT I could not afford the tags, there was NO WAY he was going to help me, I should have read the FINE PRINT on the contract. I told him in my defense, I've never purchased a vehicle in the State of Arkansas, only CA and TX...and there the tags were INCLUDED in each and every sale, HOW WAS I TO KNOW? All of this over a little over $1,000. I BEGGED him for help, I said if I had the tags, and could drive legally, I could get a part time job and reimburse the dealership for the tags! (To deaf ears and a stone heart).
Be forewarned: This dealership’s advertised “sale”... - Bryan
Be forewarned: This dealership’s advertised “sale” prices are their adjusted prices, NOT their actual market value selling prices, which are higher. This is confusing, a bit misleading, and likely just a cheap way to lure potential customers to the dealership. For example, this dealership advertised a used truck for sale for $42k. They then advertised a price drop sale at $40k, and recently marked it down even lower as advertised at $39k. However, when I went to dealership to try to make deal, their actual selling price was given to me at $42k. A more professional & transparent way would be to simply advertise the actual asking selling price. In this case, the advertised price should have showed $42k.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! - mommaof5
Service department is VERY unhelpful, rude and condescending!! Does as little as possible for the customer and tries to charge you for things that are covered by WARRANTY!! Never coming back here! I'll drive another 60+ miles to NOT HAVE TO DEAL with them again!! Don't even want to give them 1 🌟 Talks down to me and acts like she is better than me. I'm sorry for making you DO YOUR JOB!!

Purchased new 2013 Chrysler 300C Jan '14. - eyedi
Gene Miller helped me locate the color and options I wanted on this model. He had a driver promptly retrieve the car from Chicago area. I was satisfied with the pricing and deal. He aided in quick financing and trade in.. although I wound up letting my niece buy my trade in.
I would do business with Paul Miller & Sons again. I just wished I lived closer to utilize their service department.
