Really came through on my 2023 Bronco. My original 2021 4 door automatic order was delayed again to a 2024. South Bay Ford had a 2 door manual on the lot. Because of the issues on my original order they gave me a great price on the 2 door that more than made up for loosening 2 doors and the automatic. After driving it now for a few days I’m very happy with the quality, price, and South Bay Ford (not so much for Ford Motor Company with their total lack of communication and ability to produce my original order)

Our 4-year-old car has been in their shop for multiple issues that are all to do with faulty parts and recalls. We were told we would get an update on the status of the car, and that if they needed to keep the car another day, then we would get a loaner. We received no update, and finally had to call them after 4pm if we would get a loaner. We were told they had none left, and when I asked about a rental, I was told I’d need to pay out of pocket. I was then told that I should “inconvenience myself for another day” and wait to see if we get approval from Ford for them to cover a rental. We still haven’t heard about a loaner or a rental an entire day later, but we have heard that our 4-year-old car needs over $1000 worth or work for a faulty part that somehow isn't covered under warranty. Rude, unhelpful staff at this location who can’t be bothered with us even though we were sold a lemon.

I live in Idaho. Outstanding Dealership and staff. A bucket flew out of a truck and went under my 2024 expedition last night and tore off the lower valance air dam. I went to Price Ford this morning and Albert Ramos service advisor took my car in and they removed the broken part so I could drive and inspected underside of car for damage. They didn’t even charge me. Several years ago I lost the rear differential seals on my 2011 expedition while traveling here. They took my car and repaired it under warranty and got me back on the road. If I lived here they would be my go to dealership for all service , repairs and vehicle replacement. Ed

I stopped here for an oil change because of the reviews. They pulled my truck in within 30 minutes which made me happy. The service advisor told me max time would be 1 hour. After 2 hours I kept looking at the service bay where my truck just sat. After watching 3 technicians huddled together laughing and joking I finally asked my service advisor what the problem was that my truck was just sitting there. He called and told me the tech assigned to my truck said it would be another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later they finally pulled my truck out. Very frustrating considering I was at the dealership for 3 hours for an oil change! Also I was told the cost would be $179.95. Then when I was going to pay I was told that the truck needed a little more oil than anticipated and the cost was $197.10 What? How many oil changes has this dealership done on an F350 to where they would know how much to charge? What a disappointing experience here!

I live in the Las Vegas area but my 2002 F150 popped a spark plug when I was in Glendale. Star Ford knew I was from out of town and I’m certain that they overcharged me to repair the vehicle as they knew I didn’t live in the area and I had little choice, because getting the truck to another place to fix the issue would have been a logistical nightmare. The cylinder that lost the plug was right up at the front driver side of the engine and was easily accessible. Installing a helix should have taken about an hour, maybe two on the outside if the mechanic working on it was high and liked to take a lot of breaks. But Star Ford claimed that this was a 7 to 8 hour job! They ended up charging me almost $1900 to install a SINGLE HELIX. And then they had the gall to offer to change out the remaining spark plugs for an additional $600?!? What the f--- are they smoking in Star Ford of Glendale?? The service tech Sam Davis was polite and professional, but she seemed to have little sway (or little interest) in ensuring that the service manager didn’t bend me over on the charges. Star Ford is the kind of dealership that makes people not trust the automobile industry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE. There are plenty of smaller mechanic shops in the area that would have done the work for less than $800 (some, a LOT less) and would have had the work done more quickly. I only wish that I had AAA take to one of those places instead. Avoid Star Ford at all costs for service. FOLLOW UP - Manny the service manager for Star Ford got in touch with me regarding my complaint and refunded a substantial amount of my payment. His decision to do that was appreciated by me and I’m thankful that he took the time to make things right. Looks like Star Ford owns up to their mistakes and they do what they can to make the customer happy. Good job, Manny!

My only complaint was the low trade in offer. I was offered around half of Kelly Blue Book and ended up selling to Car Max the same day. Other than that, 5 stars all the way.

Just finished purchasing a ‘24 Bronco and I had the most pleasant experience purchasing a car I’ve ever had; and as a person in their mid-forties, I’ve been to a few dealerships in my time. When initially reaching out to Fairview I was put in touch with Joe Perez who was more than happy to listen to my situation, specifics of the Bronco I wanted and ultimately where I needed to be price-wise…. All of this while accommodating my busy schedule and working with me remotely to get to where we needed to be. Once we got the details dialed in, we turned our attention to locating the specific vehicle I wanted; which to my surprise was incredibly difficult to find. Discouraged a little, Joe assured me that he would do everything he could to find exactly what I was looking for….. And within a day, he did. The visit to the lot was nothing short of awesome. Everyone I interacted with was great, talkative and really made me feel at ease. But of all of the additional accolades I could continue to add here, the one that really stood out was their efficiency. I was there for an hour and half…. And that’s with a test drive. Which if you’ve been to a dealership, you know is an incredibly short time in comparison. I would absolutely recommend these folks if you’re interested in a new Ford. Their willingness to accommodate my busy schedule and efficiently get things done remotely speaks volumes to the extent they are willing to go to help you. Give ‘em a shot. And ask for Joe Perez and Jesus Monroy when you go.
