We bought a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Fran and he was fantastic to deal with. The day after our purchase, after all our research and test drives, it was apparent that we had purchased the wrong vehicle. I say we because the dealership was not to blame for our choice. Anyhow, we called Jack the next day and he graciously took back the 2016 Grand Cherokee and we got a great deal on a 2016 Cherokee instead. Returning that new 2016 Grand Cherokee was very difficult time for us but Jack made us feel comfortable and it was like the original transaction never occurred. Thanks to Fran and Jack. We were looking to replace our 2004 Ram pickup with something newer. After a bit of research we finally found the perfect truck at this dealer. I called and spoke with Tito on the phone about setting up an appointment same day; He was extremely accommodating and very pleasant to speak to. He didn't try to rush us into the dealership or try to pre-qualify in any way. Once we arrived the truck was front and center, perfectly clean for us to look at. I will be honest and say the negotiation process was much more mom&pop than the, now modern, approach to buying.. however, we came into it knowing what the new truck was worth, as well as our trade, and with that, Tito and the management staff were able to work with us to put together a deal.
Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end. In the finance office, the paperwork was very simple to work through, and the finance manager, Scott, was a pleasure to work with. He did not push any unnecessary add ons, or attempt to oversell anything.

I went in to buy a car, but ended up making some great friends. From beginning to end, everyone at Troiano was willing to do what it took, to make me happy. It was an extremely pleasant experience. Service Center did not preform required maintnence - Chase Alberti
I brought my 2015 Jeep Compass for the 60,000 mile check-up, after 3 hours I found out they have only completed an oil change. After returning the car I could visibly see they did not rotate the tires and reminded them to. I watched them rotate my tires and a technician drooped my tire and scrapped some of the finish off. When I got my Compass back home I started to inspect the car myself and found discrepancies between what they had written down and what I saw. In addition, they did not preform the mandatory maintenance as described in the owner's manual. It turns out they missed all of the big repairs such as replacing the rear diff., transfer case, and transmission oils. Also, they did not change the spark plugs and air filters nor inspect critical components such as the cv joints or tie rod links.
In summary, bring your Jeep to another dealership if you value your car and your safety!

The lease on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler was set to expire in November 2018. I received a letter from Capitol saying if I wanted to do an early trade-in that they could offer incentives and put me in a new Jeep for roughly the same monthly payment. I went in on a Thursday and drove my new 2018 Wrangler off the lot the following Tuesday. I was very satisfied with their service and felt valued as a returning customer. Mike Breen was my service representative and he did a great job!

I brought my 2014 Ford Explorer Sport (under warranty) in because the seat belt was not working (locked up while trying to buckle. After 2 Saturdays I was told that it was fixed only to find out that it was not. I demanded a rental vehicle while they figured out the problem. After 2 weeks, it was determined that thee was a manufacturers defect. In the end they fixed the problem, obviously the tech that serviced the vehicle didn't care to make sure that it was properly repaired (this is the second row seat where my 8 year old sits). Needless to say, i was not happy with the way that they handled the problem. I had to make periodic calls to check on the status as nobody from service had the courtesy to update me on the status.

I usually walk into a car dealership ready to be pressured into buying a vehicle. Bruce Velletri was very helpful, personable and didn't pressure me at all. He, and the rest of the "crew", made my car-leasing experience a great one. I would definitely go back.

Not happy, I have been a Jeep owner my whole adult life and we are in the market for a new one. I did a search for a dealership that was open for business on Sunday and found Executive Dodge Jeep was open at 1100am on a Sunday. Awesome ,loadeded the family in the car and drove 45 minutes. To find out they were closed. The business hours on the door also said open at 1100am on Sunday. Very disappointed in their lack of detail to store hours and likely a reflection of overall service.

Just wanted everyone to know, if you do decide to work with a Gengras dealership, at very least, make sure you don't work with Devon Booth. He is the one who has a short fuse and uses profanity when he isn't in a good mood. See "Berated by Salesman for the full story. I also shared my concerns with the co-owners Chip and Eric Gengras, but they haven't responded. Apparently they don't think this type of behavior will affect the welfare of their business.
2011 Dodge Grand Caravan - Dimmie44
We were replacing a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT and wanted something almost the same as it is a van we use for transporting three very large dogs. We saw a 2011 on Carfax and called on a Monday morning. We drove it home Tuesday afternoon. Dealing with Eddie was a pleasure, as he was quite knowledgeable about vehicles. If the situation arises where we are looking again we will definitely call Eddie. It is over an hour away, but worth the trip.

First saleswomen I worked with quoted the total cost of the lease at $2,000 less than the actual cost, which resulted in me giving them permission to ding my credit score with a hard pull and taking a $500 deposit, which was refunded. The second salesman, Marc, told me on several calls he would get back to me with the numbers and never did, when I persisted, he told me he would have to pull my credit a second time, without any reason given.

Be prepared for a horrible service department - RAV4_88
Part of buying from a dealership is what you can expect from their service department. The dealership is beautiful and conveniently located from Danbury. They fail to mention that you must travel another 10 minutes down the road to the middle of town for the Service Department until after you purchase a vehicle.
The Service Department claimed that they didn't hear the death rattle coming from my 2011 Jeep Compass until after 3 trips in for service I demanded they come for a ride with me. Suddenly they heard it and ordered the part (after arguing that it was out of warranty because they failed to comprehend on the calendar October comes before November.) After fixing the rear axle they were supposed to order the same part for the front. Getting tired of waiting for my Jeep to either be fixed or break down again, I traded it in for a RAV4. When I called to cancel the part, I found out they never even bothered to order it! Additionally, my vehicle was also returned to me with greasy handprints all over the windows and paint.
Lastly, they offer NO loaners! What kind of dealership does not offer any sort of loaner service for warranty work even if it is through Enterprise?
Buy from Pamby if you must, but don't expect excellent service to continue through your ownership.
