Dealership was good. I purchased a used Ram. Upon delivery, I had issue with mirror not working but didn't realize it until I got home about 75 minutes away. Also had spray in bed liner installed, that didn't seem to stick to bed. I had to drive back 75 minutes for them to look at the issues, then wait 2 weeks for parts to come in. I went back up again and worked with Gary for the mirror and everyone in collision dept. to redo the spray in bed liner. They supplied loaner car. Bed liner seems to be done correctly this time. That being said they were great but they're too far away from me to purchase used car. They stood behind their work.

Mark Fitzpatrick is the MAN!!! He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, funny, and most importantly, he was honest. Mark is the reason I keep going back to Fitzpatrick’s and will continue to for my next vehicle.

I have been dealing with Bradshaw's for many years. Over these years, I have dealt with every department. The parts department has always had the right parts for my vehicles and I have never felt overcharged. Dave, Rick and Steve in service have done everything in their power to accommodate my needs within a reasonable time frame. My cars have always been repaired to my expectations and never has there been any grease or dirt left inside or outside the cars by the mechanics. Maryann in the warranty department is very knowledgeable and has handled everything without a single problem. Joe in sales is on top of his game. He inquired as to what I wanted in a vehicle and found the perfect one for me in my price range. Since the sale he has followed up with me to make sure I was happy and there weren't any problems with the car. Jack went over all the paperwork with me explaining every detail so I knew what and why I was signing. And if all that wasn't enough, Sue Atkins, the owner, and her husband, took the time to talk to me about my experience. You will never find a more courteous. customer friendly, and knowledgeable staff than the one at Bradshaw's !!!!

If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst car shopping experience of my life. I ordered a 2022 Jeep Rubicon from them in may. I specifically ordered black exterior and black interior. Well 4 months goes by and the Rubicon finally arrives and I get a text message from the sales person Kyle Ouellet saying that he accidentally ordered me brown/tan interior. I was immediately turned off of the purchase. To make it even worse, I got an email from jeep saying my car was delivered to this dealership on August 2nd…. I didn’t hear from them until august 8th, and that’s only because I called to see what was going on! If I hadn’t reached out, I don’t know when they would have notified me my vehicle was delivered. So my car sat in that lot for a week and nobody notified me haha. Scott Brittingham Jr the general manager blamed it on Jeep, and stated that Jeep never gets their delivery dates right. The whole thing was sketchy. I was promised by Kyle that he would notify me the day of delivery or possibly 24 hours in advance…. Didn’t happen. I also asked for no license plate bracket to be put on the front bumper because I didn’t want holes in the bumper, Kyle assured me that wouldn’t happen. Well, when I looked at the car, guess what. There was holes drilled in the bumper. Can’t make this stuff up. You would think that dishing out $60,000 maybe your wishes would be listened to carefully, but no, not at this dealer. They are smug and rude.
After complaining about the issues they offered to re order me another rubicon with the correct seats. Which would have taken 4-6 months. Naturally I was upset, so I asked to be compensated further, and I was told no. So I told them they would be getting some negative reviews, and the general manager Scott Brittingham Jr told me if you are gonna threaten us with bad online reviews we don’t want your business, get out.
So I left unhappy. Ruined my entire jeep mood, don’t know if I will be purchasing a jeep in general anymore because of this experience… and if I do it DEFINITELY WON’T BE with this dealership. Please do not shop from them, they will try and squeeze you for every penny and will be shady in the process, and if you complain enough they will ask you to leave.

Buyer Beware! Service Dept. Likes to Vandalize your vehicle when you need work to it! You can't talk or ask question about anything, or they will ruin your ride some how! I had to have a battery replaced 1 month after buying my car, brought it in and was talking to the so-called mechanic??Criminal ! He was looking in the engine department to change the battery? The battery is in the trunk! The car was outside with camera facing my car! I guest I asked to many questions, I went inside for awhile and while I was going backout I saw him writing something on my opened trunk lid! I though he was writing something down. But as he walked away there was no paper?? When I got home I saw a small bubble on my decal strip! It was Super Glue! Went back and told the A.H. who covered for him there what happened and they admitted seeing the video he marked my trunk decal with Super Glue! Nothing was done to him! The Co. Paid to replace my trunk decal! They should have made him pay!! And he should have been Fired!!!!! They cover for the Criminals that work there! N.F.G.!! Stay away! Crooks!! They do something to your vehicle and then you have to come back to have it fix! And they Broke it!! Dirty xxxxx.! Even the owners never got back to me! Bolles Brothers!! Crooks to!! They Give Dodge a Bad name! You pay a lot of money and this is what they do to you!! Zero Stars! Do not go there! You will Regret it!!

They refused to give me a service appointment because they claimed I left a poor review from a repair in 2020 which was not true. Furthermore, even though I've spent thousands of dollars in repairs over the years, since I didn't buy my truck from them, I'm not their customer and they don't have to service my vehicle. They have blacklisted me on their computer system!

Because I was not only looking for a reasonable deal but also safety, Mr. Jeff Gladding was able to assist me with a kind and courteous disposition that made me feel comfortable during my car shopping experience. Most importantly, I was highly impressed with Jeff's honesty as well as his willingness to show me vehicles that were in my price range.
