Everything was great with my recent visit. Had an oil change and the collision department checked out my Jeep for rear end damage. My only recommendation is once you’re done checking out, your vehicle should be brought up front for you. The past 2 times when picking up my Jeep it was a guessing game on where it was and it was also blocked in by other vehicles. Causing myself to go back into the service department and get someone to move vehicles.

I brought my 2015 Jeep Compass for the 60,000 mile check-up, after 3 hours I found out they have only completed an oil change. After returning the car I could visibly see they did not rotate the tires and reminded them to. I watched them rotate my tires and a technician drooped my tire and scrapped some of the finish off. When I got my Compass back home I started to inspect the car myself and found discrepancies between what they had written down and what I saw. In addition, they did not preform the mandatory maintenance as described in the owner's manual. It turns out they missed all of the big repairs such as replacing the rear diff., transfer case, and transmission oils. Also, they did not change the spark plugs and air filters nor inspect critical components such as the cv joints or tie rod links.
In summary, bring your Jeep to another dealership if you value your car and your safety!

And then followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied.

Purchased 2017 Jeep Unlimited with 7 k on clock. Actually had 8700 miles when shown car. First Pinocchio. Came on a Monday pressured by sales guy to be back by 5 pm to make purchase and promised delivery that day. Arrived car had nothing done. Adam Brown was sales associate. Should have dashed out then. Wife wanted this car. Did I mention supposedly certified with 149 point check ? I guess they forgot to look at spare which was covered with rubbing compound in tread to see that a nail was in tire which is still there as I write this. Certified car with 61% oil life , dirty air cleaner and different pressures in all tires by as much as 10 pounds? Not to mention car was not vacuumed or detailed even to the least discerning eye. Manager Ron Pelletier said car is mess and cannot deliver this way. Made Saturday the new delivery day giving a week to do work. Showed up 5 pm on Saturday after driving 2.5 hours from NYC. Car had not been touched. 2nd Pinnichio. Did I mention Adam Brown confirmed all work done by text ... did not want a repeat. Of course he was not to be found.... serious illness ... which was true ... no excuse. Should a ran like a SOB at that point. My wife and 4 year old were beyond disappointed had to take car.... agreed that would bring car back for the promised work . 3rd Pinnochio brought car back for a week , only thing touched was installation of agreed trailer hitch. All other service work ignored as well as detail. Picked up car called dealer manager whom returned called promptly and shortly received call from Pelletier saying bring car back again. They needed to re certify it and go over or they would buy back. I said just fix car and we will be happy. Returned yet a second time for one week visit . 4Th Pinnochio, everything the same, they did measure the brake pads or so they said. Not sure how they did that because the wheels had not been removed. The same dirt in lugs as when brought in, they did not even wash the car or bother. The car was filthy exactly as brought in, was raining that day. Oil 61% , tire pressure all different , air cleaner untouched. Went to managers office , service manager went out to car to view. Opened hood and air cleaner fell apart in his hand. Clowns ..... Run don’t walk THESE GUYS ARE AMATEURS .... nice people but dealership is a disaster .....
Ron Pellitier responded saying they really tried hard to satisfy me? Bottom line as I write this is my car was delivered unserviced as a certified car. The spare has a nail in it. 3 days after car delivery received notice car is now do a service.
Took car back twice for a total of 2 weeks. They did nothing to car except install a agreed tow package on car which Pelletier agreed day we purchased car. Oh yes he also promised a tank of gas each visit which was generous but only happened on first visit. Of course the dealership

I don’t know why I keep giving this dealer a chance but today was the last straw. Got a letter in the mail from Bob fedor saying they would put me in a newer car for lower Payments I make now plus $1000 etc...wasted 3hrs and $50 for a babysitter... well was the biggest bunch of BS for the same car we have now a just a 2 yrs newer the monthly payments double!!?!? Wanted us to put money down which the letter said $0 money down. Didn’t offer us the $1000 like the letter just said hey you need to put money down to get to the Payne you have now. Service center is terrible too! Went in knowing I need wipers all around filters and regular maintenance items but went I got the MPI back it said everything was great! My rear wiper was missing!?!? Poor service and they only way they will help you out is if you bring cash up front. False advertisement! Just dumping old inventory on people for top dollar

Once again you can't put the oil filter on tight. Finger tight leaked everywhere. But you take out my spark plugs without my permission and try to sell me new ones. The only reason im not doing all the work myself is the life time warranty i purchased. Then you try to tell me my brakes are assembled wrong. You would be better off taking a vehicle to hill billy jack in the back yard than ever trust this service department to touch your vehicle. BEWARE

Part of buying from a dealership is what you can expect from their service department. The dealership is beautiful and conveniently located from Danbury. They fail to mention that you must travel another 10 minutes down the road to the middle of town for the Service Department until after you purchase a vehicle.
The Service Department claimed that they didn't hear the death rattle coming from my 2011 Jeep Compass until after 3 trips in for service I demanded they come for a ride with me. Suddenly they heard it and ordered the part (after arguing that it was out of warranty because they failed to comprehend on the calendar October comes before November.) After fixing the rear axle they were supposed to order the same part for the front. Getting tired of waiting for my Jeep to either be fixed or break down again, I traded it in for a RAV4. When I called to cancel the part, I found out they never even bothered to order it! Additionally, my vehicle was also returned to me with greasy handprints all over the windows and paint.
Lastly, they offer NO loaners! What kind of dealership does not offer any sort of loaner service for warranty work even if it is through Enterprise?
Buy from Pamby if you must, but don't expect excellent service to continue through your ownership.
