I was very nervous regarding who our salesperson would be when my wife and I decided to go with Executive Nissan. Mostly because of past experiences and my prejudgment that car sales people are just actors with the agenda to sell you a car. Well, Tayla proved me wrong! When she approached us, there was an instant connect without pressure. We told her what we were interested in, our budget, and she said whatever we wanted to do, to let her know. Within 5 minutes we were test driving our first car and she offered knowledge, a great personable character and a sense of humor to lighten the nervousness. In conclusion, my wife and I bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV, and have nothing but amazing things to say about of experience with Tayla and others who also did not hesitate to assist when needed. Overall, great car buying experience, phenomenal salesperson, and just a comfortable process at executive Nissan. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. Bought a Jeep from Shoreline the other night and the experience was top notch. We had traveled the state to 7 previous dealership and 12 test drives before checking out their vehicle from CarGurus. We did not buy the exact vehicle we went to look at, but could not be happier with the vehicle we ended up with. Josh was an excellent salesman and gave us all the time we needed for a test drive. No pressure sales tactics, he really listened to what we needed in a vehicle to find us the perfect match. We will definitely start and end our next vehicle search at Shoreline. The day we picked out the one we wanted, is the day we drove it off the lot! I felt like I knew him, very comfortable talking to him, and went over and beyond explaining the vehicle. This dealer had a couple used vehicles that were comparable to another I found and liked at a different dealership. The salesman created an appointment for me that I didn't ask for. Then when I was able to stop by earlier and texted ahead of time that I was on my way, I was left in the dealership for 20 minutes without him seeing me after he was informed that I was there. On the phone with him a couple days later, he was trying to convince me that some remaining factory warranty on the used vehicles was only available if the vehicle was Certified Pre-Owned. Theirs were CPO and the other one at the other dealership was not. He was making some effort to come close to the deal I was getting through the other dealership, but was dishonest and pushy. I bought the vehicle from the other dealership.

Horrible customer service. Employees are very disrespectful especially Dave who’s in charge of repairs. He especially likes to talk down and belittle female customers. We bought a 2018 jeep in 2020, the dashboard started to buckle a few months after. We put in many claims for this issue as well as an issue with the rusted paint with Tracy, an Employee who no longer works there .We were told by Dave that Tracy took all of our files when she left and they have no records of our claims. They refuse to repair the issues. We will never purchase another Jeep from Fitzpatrick Dealer or recommend them to anyone.

She is patient and very knowledgeable about all of the options on the cars. she made it very easy for me to ask questions and look at several makes of cars; never did I feel pressured into a sale. I was offered a very generous trade-in for my car and drove out with a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. I would recommend doing business with this dealership and these people to everyone. They are there to please you.

I needed my jeep serviced. I brought a diagnostic with me. They sent me an email with the issue and I authorized the $411 work to be done. A couple hours later, Sam called from service to get authorization, now at $582, claiming that the diagnostic wasn't included in the email. Then I show up to pick the jeep up and it's now $649! This is almost $250 more than the original amount I authorized. It left me very distrustful of the dealership. I will not ever return there. It felt extremely shady.
