I had an issue over being charged for tire rotation when it is offered free during first check-up. Owner called me back to apologize for misunderstanding. I thought that was great, that the owner quickly addressed the misunderstanding. He was extremely anxious to address the problem. He showed me he runs a company that cares about his loyal customers

I usually don't write positive reviews as I expect good service for the price I pay. Cargill collision center however exceeded my expectations all around. Great service at a great price and ahead of schedule. I asked for an estimate for light damage to my Silverado rear quarter panel just to have when I went to my local body shop for comparison. Cargill's replacement price was less than the local shop repair price. How can you beat that? My truck looks like the day I picked it up from Cargill. Thank You Paul

service dept rip is a off charged for work not done I was under warranty which was a third party (sold by The GM Dealer) they said my pump needed to be replaced the car was in for other work gave me a story all the work done under warranty would have cost over $3000 and I only had to pay $250 never going back.

Went here for a free oil change. The representative Frank (chuck norris) was so friendly and funny that our hour wait felt like 20 minutes. He was honest and real and had us laughing our butts off the whole time. Should start mentioning him as a perk to getting your car serviced here. Great guy
