It’s spring break and so I spent the day with my two and four-year-old grandsons. We were very busy at a museum and then I received a text from Buick and my car lit up that I had a low front tire. I happened to be in the neighborhood, so I stopped by my dealership on Sunrise Boulevard, and when the young man came out and saw the sleeping baby, he got three other men to come and very very quietly they fixed my tire, checked all the tires and my sensors. They even gave me a free car wash, which didn’t wake up the baby and delighted the 4 year old. I bought the Buick for its safety rating. I’m not a young grandma and I needed to know I had the best vehicle. I remember kindness, efficiency and smiles at a business , but I haven’t seen it for a while. KUDOS, to the gentlemen at Ed Morse Buick on Sunrise Blvd! Thank you.

I've been on the hunt for a used Yukon, low mileage, best price for about 6 months now and no one even came close to the price they gave me at Buick, GMC, Cadillac in Pensacola, Fl. Mr Pink went above and beyond to make my experience great and we worked out a deal in less than 2 hours basically over text message! The car was delivered to my house the following day. Lexi was also amazing and so easy to work with! My experience was flawless. 10 out of 10 thanks to Mr. Pink and Lexi!

Purchased a truck from them 2 years ago and at the time of signing, Africa the sales person informed me there was an issue on car fax. She assured me it was for a front tire that hit a curb. I never buy vehicles with any dings on car fax but assured me it was just a wheel. I have the vehicle 2 years now and recently went to trade it in and was told it was in 2 accidents and had to be towed from scene! I was only furnished with 1 page of carfax showing the wheel. Now the vehicle is worth a lot less due to this, plus I was also informed it has a “potential odometer rollback”. This is the most deceitful dealership I have ever worked with. Please take your business elsewhere, you’ll be glad you did!!!

You know, I’ve been at Conley’s several times, oil change, tire rotation, etc.. and they’ve been very good at what they do. However, this last time, I had an 10am appointment and they knew I would be waiting. They didn’t touch my vehicle until 12:30pm and were finished by 1pm. No apology, no nothing. Also, the “service manager” tried to upsell me on a full set of tires by showing me a little mud splatter on the side of the tire, and telling me it was dry rot. He must have been a “used car salesman” and put him in the service department because he couldn’t cut it anymore on the lot.

I purchased pre-pandemic and got a car at a good price. The salesman didn’t know much about the car other than what was on the sticker. We did a test drive and then sat down to talk numbers. They paid off my trade-in which was fair. When the salesman came back with the numbers from finance, it was astronomical. I gave them the opportunity to be honest because you can easily look up the average interest-rate for your credit score and do an online calculator to find your payment. I asked to see the breakdown and simply let them know that the additional charges would not be paid by me. If they wanted to remove them, I would take the car. If not, I’ll leave. After much back-and-forth the manager finally said OK I got the car at the price I wanted. Can’t complain. It’s very simple by the car at the price you want. They either want to sell it or not.

To be fair, this negative review is only about the warranty claims department at this dealership, not the service department per se. In mid-July of this year, I submitted the paperwork to be reimbursed for the replacement of the windshield wiper motor on my 2015 GMC Terrain due to a recall. The motor went bad prior to the recall. The service advisor told me that it would take up to two weeks for me to be reimbursed for the replacement. A month later, I still had no heard anything from this dealership. I called the warranty claims department and was told that it was pending but that I would be called a couple later with an update. I heard nothing from him. By last week, I still had not heard anything. I called again left a message. I was called a day later and was told that the claim was still pending. What???? It is completely inexcusable for me not to be reimbursed by this time. It also completely unprofessional for the dealership not to give me periodic updates on this claim.
