I regularly get my car serviced at Carroll. The service crew, including Kyle, Brent, Heather, and Robert, are respectful, professional, and responsive to my questions or needs. My four out of five rating is not a reflection of their contribution to this dealership but of the dealership’s owners and management. I feel it’s unethical and, basically, bad business to charge regular customers three percent of what they have spent if they use a credit card. I regret, also, the dealership doesn’t honor military service men and women, police officers, and first responders with a complimentary discount. I encourage Carroll Chevrolet to think about the two issues mentioned in light of the ever increasing competition in car sales and service.
