I can't thank Jamie Martin enough for helping me solve an issue with my car. I accidently left my headlights on just before leaving on holiday for a month. when I returned, my battery was completely drained and needed to be replaced. I drove in to Val Ward Cadillac without a scheduled appointment and was immediately helped by Jaime. Within a couple of hours, I was back on the road and my car was like new. Thank you.

Werner Hyundai service experience was worth the wait. I got a great Starbucks coffee with some great cookies and didn't really wait long. This was my first oil change and tire motion on my new car. Everything was covered under my warranty. The service man made me feel like I was extra special and he answered all my questions. I can not wait until I go back again.

The service department is wonderful and I really appreciated the video version of the “all points inspection” showing me the undercarriage of my car, the rotors, the brake pads, the tires, and all of the issues which the technician could see and was able to show me what was really going on. I was very impressed with an honest evaluation and a visual look at exactly what they were talking about and what was going on with my car. It made spending money for new brake pads and induction flush, brake flush, and four new tires a lot less painful to write the check for than if someone had just mumbled all this stuff to me without me being able to actually see what was going on underneath my car. Super impressed and super happy with the outcome and now I have my car for many, many more miles and I feel very safe. My baby has new shoes and I’m so happy!
