Do not do business with these people. - Charlee90

Do not do business with these people. My family and I made an internet deal to buy a car for my 16-year-old daughter. We came in expecting to sign the paperwork and leave, no test drive needed. From the second we walked in, it was a total mess. The person we had emailed was nowhere to be found, and the first salesman acted like he had no idea what car we were there for, asking us what we wanted to look at. We waited, and then the manager came out and told us someone else was looking at the vehicle. There were only men in the building the whole time, so we never saw this supposed other customer. I politely explained that if they couldn't guarantee we could get the car, we were going to leave so our time wouldn't be wasted. He immediately caught an attitude and called me rude just for saying that, but asked us to give them 10 minutes, so we agreed to wait. While we waited, another employee came out and talked our heads off, offering vague apologies and excuses about how fast inventory moves, which felt like a deliberate stall tactic. The manager then came back over and sarcastically claimed he got the other lady to pick a green car instead and asked if I was happy now. When I asked what he was talking about since we still hadn't even been shown our vehicle, he suddenly lost his temper and started shouting, "They're gonna roast us on the survey!" We were completely bewildered. He then snatched the keys right out of another employee's hand, wildly swung them around in the air, and aggressively yelled that we didn't want the car anymore. We told him that after the way they had treated us, we absolutely did not want to buy from them. As we headed for the exit, another employee sitting near the door backed his chair up and leaned backward just to stare at my daughter and me while we spoke quietly, making the quiet room feel even more bizarre and unsettling. Then the manager followed my husband toward the door and got directly in his face twice, forcing my husband to push the exit door open against him just to get our family outside safely. The entire encounter was aggressive, condescending, and completely unhinged. Stay far away.

This is the fifth vehicle I have bought from Harbor. - Cncwest2005

This is the fifth vehicle I have bought from Harbor. 3 work vehicles, A Titan in 2008, NV2500 in 2015 & 2016 and 2 Path Finders. This last and FINAL experience has really disappointed me . Mostly it was a bad experience with Alex Bowermaster. After we had made a deal with CJ on trading our 2023 Rock Creek Path Finder for a 2026 Rock Creek, Alex changed our agreement to keep our existing Extended Warranty we had purchased for the 2023 and had done all the paperwork on it and then gave a $6000.00 additional deposit on top of our trade in, Alex said NISSAN wouldn’t permit us to keep the extended warranty because we had a claim ( a sensor that went out right about the 50000 mile point and we had to get the vehicle towed to a dealership while we were out of town So they would not let us keep it for the new Rock Creek after saying we could keep it but because we “had a claim”. This was after all the paperwork was completed But the next day Alex came in on his day off to rewrite the contract and charged us $2000.00 more for the new extended warranty. I really regret accepting that and should have gotten my 2023 Rock Creek back nd my $6000.00. I made it cleat to CJ that keeping the first extended warranty was very important for the deal and he assured us it was a ‘Go’! Till the dat after and then when we went back to meet Alex to rewrite the contract, CJ didn’t even come up front to see us or even apologize Very discouraging this go around with Harbor. I will not recommend them anymore. I will make sure I discourage any dealings with Harbor Nissan. Very Sad ending to the “Harbor Nissan Family”. they say they promote. Chuck Westenberg. I recently purchased a preowned Mercedes Benz from - Mike

I recently purchased a preowned Mercedes Benz from Mercedes Benz of Tampa, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I had never owned a Mercedes before, so I took my time looking at different cars and asking a lot of questions. I was at the dealership for about six hours, and Maria Sadoyan was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Daniel Harkins, the sales manager, was also very cooperative and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I really appreciated the way both Maria and Daniel treated me. They were professional, patient and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car rather than simply making a sale. I would definitely recommend Maria, Daniel and Mercedes Benz of Tampa to anyone looking for a Mercedes. It was a very positive buying experience.

Avoid going to this dealership. - adeellaeeq

Avoid going to this dealership. These guys are not honest. Specially the salesman Ben - Bahman Pishgou. He list the cars from dealserhip on his facebook account for less money and when you call him he does not mention anything and ask you to come to dealership to make the deal.. I found a car on his facebook page and asked him about it and he made me come to the dealership. I drove an hour to get to the dealership and as i was about to get there he texted me telling me that the car is over 50k now , and then i called him on it telling him that i can buy a brand new one for that price so he said go buy new and hung up on me. Not only that but before all this, i spoke with internet manager Adrian Perez and he told me the price too over the phone and told me oh we do work with our customers but you have to be present on site for us to make a deal. Alter all this communication i drove that far and was then told that the price is now higher. VERY Disappointed on how i was treated. A dealership is represented by how they treat their customers but they clearly dont care about their customer service.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. - Bad Service

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Brand new Mustang went in for repairs for same problem 4 times and twice for a more major problem in a 14 month period. They cannot fix, they just reset modules or claim they update software. Spoke to Service Director Matt Cullen on Sept 14 and he agreed this does not solve problem. He was supposed to meet with service manager and call me back by Sept 21. Never happened. Still waiting over 10 days. Waste of time and money- zero rating for this dealership and Ford products.

Up sells are a rip off. - Nissan Ripoff

Up sells are a rip off. No newer car needs throttle body cleaning. 78 dollars for a incabin air filter... Worn brake pad with rotos...Check break pads myself and they are fine and roto should be fine e for life of vehicle with proper brake pads.. Spouse gave a coupon for 20 percent off new battery, coupon not honered...I am done with Nissan...

There was only one request I made before I picked up the - Bret

There was only one request I made before I picked up the truck and that was to simply replace the air filter that was flashing an alert on the dash. Instead of replacing a $50 filter, they reset the sensor. Concerning that a “service” department would take a short cut on something so simple. Makes you question, what other short cuts do they take with their vehicles?

I worked with Cruz Santamaria at Gunther Mazda on the - fdcgue

I worked with Cruz Santamaria at Gunther Mazda on the purchase of a 2026 Mazda Miata Grand Touring with a manual transmission, obviously, because what kind of idiot buys a Miata in automatic? From my first conversation with Cruz, he was sincere, genuine, and refreshingly straightforward. We did not make a deal the first time we spoke. I told him I wanted to shop around, and he did something apparently revolutionary in the car business: he let me. No incessant phone calls. No “What can I do to get you into this car TODAY?” No pressure disguised as friendship. He respected the fact that I am an adult capable of making my own decisions. When I was ready, I came back to him. We talked numbers, I told him where I needed to be, and we reached a price that I thought was fair and that I was comfortable with. His response was basically: “Great. What else do you need from me? I will get the car ready. Come down and we will take care of the paperwork.” And here is the part that says a lot about Cruz: it was his day off. He was still willing to meet me whenever it worked for me and make sure everything was ready. Not because he was trying to force the sale across the finish line, but because that is simply how attentive and devoted he is to the people he works with. Buying a car is a big deal. If I go out to dinner and spend a couple hundred dollars, I expect to have a great time. When I am spending tens of thousands of dollars, the experience should be more than tolerable. It should actually be exciting. Buying a car like a Miata should be fun. Cruz understood that. He listened when I spoke, and he never tried to manufacture urgency or push me toward a decision. He is very relational. He genuinely wants you to have a good experience, not just while you are sitting at the dealership signing papers, but six months or a year later when you are still enjoying the car. That is what stood out to me. Cruz is not just interested in whether you buy a car from him today. He cares whether you are happy that you bought it tomorrow. He wants you to come back, whether it is for service, another car someday, or simply to stop in and say hello. It also helps that Cruz genuinely loves cars. He is knowledgeable, personable, a good listener, and, perhaps most importantly, he laughed at my jokes with an enthusiasm that I choose to believe was completely sincere. By the time I drove away, I did not feel like I had just completed a transaction with a salesman. I felt like I had bought a car from someone I trusted and genuinely enjoyed spending time with. I consider Cruz a friend now, and that probably says more about the experience than anything else I could write here. Cruz Santamaria is officially my second-favorite Cruz, behind Penélope Cruz. But if you are looking to buy a Mazda, he is unquestionably my #1 Cruz. Highly recommend.

I worked with Ian Ramirez with Porsche and he was an - Robert

I worked with Ian Ramirez with Porsche and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have in Porsche shopping for around a year. Two of the local dealers in my area (Broward) were dismissive and not friendly. Ian went over and beyond. Also, the finance staff was excellent. Without a doubt, I will be buying my future vehicles from the collection of Coral Gables especially from Ian. I wish you the best of luck.

Wayne Lemons made the entire buying experience at Ron - jtibbetts3

Wayne Lemons made the entire buying experience at Ron Anderson Chevrolet straightforward, professional, and refreshingly honest. When can you say that about buying a car? He communicated clearly, never wasted my time, and handled everything with a level of professionalism that really stood out. I also want to especially thank Douglas Watkins for working with me and putting together an excellent deal. I felt very good about both the vehicle pricing and the value they gave me on my trade-in. There was no foolishness, no endless back-and-forth, and no sense that anyone was trying to wear me down. I really appreciate people who respect your time and simply work toward a fair deal. Wayne is only 23, but he carries himself with the professionalism and judgment of someone with far more experience. He absolutely has management potential. As someone who works in customer service myself, I notice how people communicate, how they handle pressure, and whether they make the customer feel respected. Wayne did all of that extremely well. Very positive experience overall. I’d gladly recommend Ron Anderson Chevrolet, Wayne Lemons, and Douglas Watkins.
