As well as being knowledgable, he is extremely friendly and patient when explaining the issues involved. He cares that the right work gets done, the right way, in the timeframe discussed. We know we will be needing service throughout the life of our vehicle, so it is important to us to go to people we trust. Shannon provides us with wonderful care as well.
