I found the Jeep with all the specs I wanted online at Pilson. I called the dealership to say I wanted it, and they pre-approved me for a loan. I nailed down the purchase price & the interest rate on the loan I would get through them over the phone. It was all set. They marked the Jeep sold to wait for me to arrive. I live four hours away so I drove down with my husband to finalize the sale. When we went to sign the sale/loan papers they said, "Oops, we made a mistake and your interest rate will be almost a full point more". I have a friend that works in finance at a car dealership. He told me this is a trick finance uses to make extra money on sales. I guarantee if this would have been a truck my husband was buying- we would have walked out. My husband wanted me to walk. Since this was the vehicle I wanted & needed for my business. Plus we were so far away, and we both have busy jobs.... we paid it. They were betting on us doing that knowing all of this. My wife and I were lied to. We had two car loans that were to be paid off when we purchased a vehical from this dealer last month. Now I am getting collection calls because they did not pay off one of the loans. I called them out on this and they flat out lied to me and said that they thought that I was going to swing a deal with the original creditor. Why/how on gods green earth would i do that??? They told us that it was in the deal, put a stack of papers to sign in front of us and rushed us through the sig process and we didnt read all the papers. Yeah, they screwed us. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THIS STEALERSHIP. Yeah they got away with it because I trusted them. But now I will never return and always be sour when I drive the new car. Plus we've only had the car for 3 weeks or so and it already has a problem with a major coolant leak under the hood, the radio antenna broke off due to corrosion, and It suffers from an extremely unsafe death wobble.

Well, we bought our 2021 Suburban in June, and the check - Meghan Simmons

Well, we bought our 2021 Suburban in June, and the check engine light was on, but it would not stay on, and we were told the dealership would look at it and fix the issue prior to us buying it. It was there to be detailed over the weekend and we signed papers on a Monday. When we picked it up from being detailed the license plates were destroyed front and back from the pressure washer. The check engine light was off, we asked the salesman what was wrong, and we were told it was not on and that they wanted to wait until our "extended warranty" kicked in to address. We now know this is so the dealership would not have to front the costs. Long story short beginning of January the light came on and stayed on as we were told they could only check it if the light stayed on as it was sporadically on prior. They pick up my car, they do not leave me a driver...this is a Friday... my husband is called that afternoon and told we need brakes and rotors, and this was $800. We said no we will wait as we are already paying for tires to be rotated, oil change....and the diagnostic that the warranty didn't cover as well as the copay for the extended warranty. We explained what we had been told numerous times this would be taken care of by the dealership, and we got the excuse well that salesman shouldn't have been telling people that. There were no attempts to meet us in the middle, to even attempt to make it right, we were bamboozled. So as of Friday night, we have no vehicle and we get a call Saturday at around 2pm, that they still are not sure what exactly is wrong but that the suburban is undrivable, and that the GM tech will be off until Tuesday. Therefore, we were without a vehicle to get to and from work until it was fixed. Meanwhile they get the vehicle fixed and the driver returning the car, hits a "rock" and flattens our tires we had purchased less than 6 weeks ago requiring a patch to be placed, therefore they want to keep our vehicle another night, we tell them no fix the tire and we are coming to pick it up. We get there around 6pm and they cannot find the key. Finally, it is found after 30 minutes of waiting and then there is no receipt. Its printed and we leave... the engine is still making a squealing noise. We get home and review the receipt with recommendations, and it says we need FRONT BRAKE PADS AND A SERPETINE BELT!!!!!! NOT BRAKES AND ROTARS. This entire process has been a nightmare, this is the third vehicle we have purchased here and will most likely never return after these issues. I don't care that YOUR salesperson shouldn't have said that I feel like someone should've tried to offer a discount or meet us in the middle. I also feel like when you call to tell someone their vehicle needs something you should know exactly what it is and a price and you're insane if you think brake pads on fronts and a serpentine belt are 800. Again NIGHTMARE.

Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us!
