Her communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal—always responsive, always clear, and always on it. She even went out of her way to let me into her home on a Sunday just so I could get the vehicle, and helped arrange for it to be delivered when my schedule didn’t line up. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare, and I’d absolutely make the trip again just to work with her. Karona is the definition of professionalism, and I can’t recommend her enough. Feel like I got a friend for life from this!

He listened, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The negotiation was painless, great price and incredibly respectful where we both were very happy. Scott, finance person, was equally incredible and gets 5 stars+.. I traded in a Lexus and which was always serviced by Rodney also gets 5 stars+ for all of the fabulous years of great service. The car of course also receives 5 stars+.

I received poor treatment from the sales person Iryna. The buying process was horrible! I also found out the car they sold me had been in an accident. Of course they provided a clean car fax during the buying process and priced the car according to the fake carfax. DONT BUY A CAR HERE & AND YOU ARE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO AFTER I JUST WARNED YOU. DONT BELIEVE THERE CARFAX REPORTS.I reached out to speak with them about this before exposing them but they would not return my calls. MORE POOR TREATMENT
