From the moment we met Don Smith, buying a vehicle became a positive experience at Anderson Toyota in Rockford. Don is the ultimate professional. He was able to answer our all questions about the Tundra and then he allowed us to make a purchase without pressure. By far, my best overall experience with a sales car specialist. He even stayed long after the day was done and the sale was complete to program our phones to our complex radio system. Don is genuinely a good person and we would highly recommend him at this dealership.

Worked with Justin to address two issues with my car. His input was very clear and he took me to even to show the issues with my own eyes in addition to the pictures that technician had taken since those didn't help me fully understand the case. Very attentive as listener and helpfull with details as needed. What impressed me the most was his assistant and work with his manager to address an issue that came up after i picked my car from the service. They arranged to come at my home to pick up my car and returned back at my home after addressing the issue. They brought me a loaner to use while they worked on the issue. That helped me tremendously as i was tied up with my work and the issue was needed to be addressed since i have only that car and we all were concern about safety. So, big thank you to Justin, his manager, technicians who worked on my car and to the guy who came to pick up my car from my home and bringing it back!!!

Complete disappointment. Sold me a lemon,Diaz hispanic salesman. When I came back, because transmission went out when I was buying the car. He said there, call through it. So that means they knew all about the transmission, both sold it to me anyway. I ask for a loner. Alex completely ignore me. It was obvious. They were looking for a million excuses to do me wrong. When a vehicle is in a shop, that's sauce man. The Hispanic guy never bother calling me not even once I had to constantly call the shop. I see nothing but red flags. If you buy a car in there, and things go wrong. Most likely is a good chance they are. gonna look for a million excuses, not to man up and do the right thing. Don't be surprised if they turn that back on you.
