Being stuck in Ames, Iowa when from El Paso, Texas is not what a traveler desires. On November 2 (Saturday evening) after filling my 2010 F-350 with fuel, it would not start. It was towed to Ames Ford Lincoln for repairs. On Monday morning, with little hope of getting real "timely" service, we approached Seth and Brandon in the Service Department and explained our dilemma. Theye responded that they would do everything they could to get us back on the road. By 4 o'clock the truck had a .new fuel pump, 2 new filters, 2 new batteries and had been road tested and we could continue on our journey. Anka, the cashier was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Seth, Brandon Cornelius and two courtesy drivers: Steve and John, we were on our way. We arrived at our home (a distance of 1,168 miles) without any more vehiclular problems due to the excellent service your crew provided us.. We are very grateful for quality service and would recommend Ames Ford Lincoln very highly. Thank you very, very much. Bob and Sandy Bowermaster

Never need to worry about being taken advantage of. Great service at a fair price every time. Been surprised several times when I expected to get a bill for service and was told it was covered under warranty. The exact opposite of most other dealers.

A Jim Hunt and now Kirk service managers have always been very helpful, even getting warranty on a rear end when the vehicle was out of warranty. Tom in service is so good they won't let him retire.

Had my Ford Edge serviced today the windows and locks were inoperable. It was determined a wire was broken. Getting a replacement part was on back order. Luke The Service advisor said they might be able to splice the wire to get the windows working again. We have not been giving this option by other repair shops. The tech was able to repair the wire and we are able to use the windows after waiting over six months for a part. Thank you for looking for options to help your customers.I was told a dealer would be costly that was not the case the dealer was actually cheaper
