Glen is why I keep coming back to McMullen. After I traded in my BMW X5 for Christine( 2011 flex), I decided to continue to service my car here. Glen was my first service advisor and he made such a great first impression,..professional, knowledgeable, concerned and committed to giving me the best service for Christine. Once I had a safety issue with my car, it was late in the day and parts weren’t available until the next day. He was so concerned he arranged a loaner car for me to drive home. Another time I was at my cottage in Canada, had an accident and the first person I notified was Glen. He guided me long distance through the tedious process with my insurance company and the Canadian Ford service department to get Christine back home safely to his service team. Service is the face of any dealership and Scott made a very smart business decision when he hired Glen.

We had an emergency breakdown (lost a left front axle) on a road trip just outside of Sioux City. I called the Sioux City dealership as it was under warranty. This dealership said they could not get me in as they had no openings. I was stranded and was forced to go to a non-Ford repair shop and have the truck fixed. Then the 4WD went out. Managed to get it back home to my local dealership (Anderson Ford) and they are now saying the repair will not be covered by the warranty because the other shop used a non-OEM part! I paid $2K for the Premium Care warranty from the dealership!! FORD is a crooked outfit that does not stand behind it's warranty! Never again will I buy a FORD!!!

A Jim Hunt and now Kirk service managers have always been very helpful, even getting warranty on a rear end when the vehicle was out of warranty. Tom in service is so good they won't let him retire.

Have bought 4 new trucks over the years and this is the best place overall. They have always fixed any problems I have had. Only complaint I would have is don't let them talk you into undercoating, S and C auto does that for them and they are terrible. I got my truck back with more undercoating on the paint then I think underneath and even then Dewey took care of it. Thank you Andy!

Bought a 2016 Ford escape, sold a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty during purchase process. Warranty company states it is a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. Confront sales/financing staff, his answer is basically my bad here, I'll give you free oil change. I've never recieved a free oil change.
Had them drop the ball several times while getting oil changes from them. Examples include being over 1 and a half hours late to pick me up at my day job to go get my escape after an oil change. Say next time they are going to make it right give me a loaner vehicle while mine is having its oil changed. That didnt happened either.
Another time it is raining out I pay for the oil change they dont even tell me where in the lot my car is parked end up walking in the rain looking for it. Was using them because they are close to my job.
Today issue with booking appointment for oil change online. Strongly considering taking my business elsewhere.

Have had my truck to more times than I can remember for the same issue. They cant fix it. They keep tell me ford says do this ford says do that.Its the same thing every time. You can do the same thing and expect a different out come. They wont stand up to ford and say that does not fix the problem. Then when you raise your voice to them because you play their game long enough the tell you if you don't like like it take your truck someplace else when they have done all the work kind of hard to bring another mechanic in to the middle of a screw up. THEY COULD CARE LESS IF THEY FIX YOUR STUFF AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR MONEY!

Back in October of 2019 I got the car diagnosed bad CV axles they should have done a full inspection they would have found more issues sway bar links engine mounts exhaust crack and a few more. Don't remember his name but I'm sure you can find it... the service advisor that handled is a complete dick and talk to me like I was stupid. You're waiting room is xxxx there's no refreshments plain and full nothing to do come take a look at Honda's waiting room and service advisors, experience what you should be doing. will not be buying a car from you anytime soon. Repeated visits before issues resolved - smc2
Previous issue took multiple visits before they resolved the problem with the entertainment console. Twice, As I left the dealership, I could tell the problem wasn’t resolved and required yet another visit and time. It was as if all they did was let the truck sit in the shop for an hour. My most recent problem was the IWD check valve assembly which has a TSB on the issue. Clearly explained the grinding noise and what all signs were pointing to. But all they did was charge for diagnosing nothing and sending me on my way. I picked up the part and fixed it on my own. Am not sure what has happened with this dealership service area but it is not worth wasting the time.
