I appreciate the separation of Mazda service from Ford service. I’ve always thought Mazdas were superior to Ford products, and my experience with my Mazda CX-5 compared to my previous Ford (fix or repair daily) Thunderbird is like night and day! The three Mazda service advisors are superior AND women—I definitely appreciate this fact. Amber is quick, efficient and friendly, plus all three advisors seem to be enjoying their work. As a retired HR director, this indicates a happy employee and an enlightened employer to me. I did not get to personally meet my service tech, Patrick, but I’m assuming he is very well educated in Mazda technology and expectations for the quality service he provided also. I have utmost confidence in this Mazda dealership when it comes to my 91K-mile CX-5, and I look forward to driving my Zoom-Zoom another 91K miles!
