Today and last visit I was graciously helped by Mr. Vince Johnson. What a patient and personable problem solver and customer service representative he is! Another time, one of the service reps spent what seemed like a huge amount of time patiently programming my iphone into the car. Every single man or woman who sits behind those Volvo service desks has shown their expertise and helpful attitude over the years and Vince is simply my most recent contact worthy of praise. When I come in with my 2010 S80 (still under the 5 year warranty/free service) - despite not yet being a paying customer - I am met with friendliness and helped with every concern. Although my car is fine and just needs very small things (tire check, cracked ignition key, new GPS disc, E-ZPass transponder placement, and the usual service work), I have never been treated as if I was troubling anyone for taking up his or her time. I've gotten loaner cars when needed, advice over the phone, and timely appointments. The several men and one woman service staff couldn't be nicer and they are amazingly knowledgeable in explaining everything. Thank You! Dr. A.
