Everything about my experience with Sales associate,Brian Rogers, was wonderful. Car shopping is stressful as it is, dealing with a total loss, car insurance, and the old bank did not help. Brian and the Sales manager Mike, and Josh made it a smooth sailing with the new vehicle. Brian listened to what i wanted and helped me find it. He did not pressure me into purchasing the vehicle gave me time to think about it and the very next day we closed the deal. If you are in search of a new car this is definitely the place to go. In my search for a full size SUV, I went on line checking the local inventory in house and my second visit for information yielded a 2018 Nissan Murano which caught my eye along with a sales rep who seemed to be multi tasking. We both caught each others eye and then Jose and I sat down and discussed my needs, goals and options. From that point, Jose honed in and with professional direction shared his thoughts, went back to management. Upon his return, I had quite a few selections to choose from and at that point my goals were fulfilled and mission accomplished.
From the top operational command to the grunt sales force I was looked upon professionally, given total respect and direct information to make a sound purchase.I certainly would recommend this dealership for those who want to keep things real !!

I had been searching for a new vehicle hoping to get a year end deal on a 2018 model. I had been to other dealerships but was not impressed with vehicle or sales team. Then I entered Country Nissan. I was made to feel welcome immediately (Not the phony welcome). I was introduced to Jason Leclair and he listened to me about what I needed and my fear of new technology. He explained the 2018 Rogue I was considering had a lot of extra technology on it. He suggested the 2019 basic model would probably be more of what I wanted. We went for a test drive and I knew immediately this vehicle was what I was looking for. Jason never tried to sell to me anything I wasn't looking for. He made the whole buying process less stressful. I would recommend that anyone looking for a great buying experience to visit Jason at Country Nissan.

I felt the need to write a review of this amazing dealership, specifically because I have been badly duped by a different dealership in the past. A kind young salesman named Christian dropped everything he was doing to help me out in a bind. I was in dire need of a new (used) vehicle after mine had broken down beyond affordable repair, and on short notice with limited funds. Christian took the time to go over every nook and cranny of my Nissan Altima that I am more than satisfied with purchasing. It's been over a month now with no issues, I love my new to me car!!! He really took the time to lay everything out on the table for me and especially considering my skepticism, he did not treat me as if I was a person who was just going to walk out without making a sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a thorough overview of what they are getting themselves into and if they want attentive, well trained sales people on their side.

I found a car on Car Gurus that was at Ron Bouchards Nissan dealership in Lancaster, Ma. I test drove the car I wanted to purchase the vehicle at the price they listed it at. They said no , it's $4000 dollars more than price listed on Car Gurus! Totally false advertising ! Wasted alot of time for nothing.

I want to start by saying a few things:
First off, this is the first review I’ve ever written - perfect time to start. Second, the only reason I am giving them a 1 star rating is because I have to do so to write my review. I wish there was an option for negative stars because that would be much more fitting for these lying con-artists.
This was 100% the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything and it started at the bottom and went all the way up to ownership. This dealership will lie, cheat, and essentially steal your money. And on top of that they will screw up every ounce of paperwork on the way there, even if you bring them everything they need on a silver platter.
They will not honor any promises that they make verbally or in writing. They lied to me from their first words right up until this past Friday. After waiting a month, I had to threaten to take them to small claims court to get the check that they owed me (which didn’t even cover half of the repair that they promised to take care of). This is also after they were contacted by the Attorney General’s office telling them settle it.
These repairs were supposed to be taking care of before I bought the vehicle because I noticed the issue before purchasing and was prepared to walk away (after driving 2 hours to look at the vehicle). The sales person and the general manager convinced me that because they would have to take care of the repair anyways to give them a chance to repair it first. Well, they found a way to cover up the problem. I moved forward with the purchase and not even 1 week later the issue showed up again. I called them and gave them a second chance to make it right. They took the truck back and again found a way to mask the issue. When I got the truck back it had additional damage and the repair was not performed correctly AGAIN!
After this I decided that I had to go above the salesperson because he was not able to take care of it the way it needed to be taken care of.
This is where the experience turned from bad to worse. The amount of disrespect and lies that came from the General manger, Rich Salmon, were astonishing. He started off by using phrases like “that is out of the realm of possibilities” when trying to get them to repair it correctly like they had promised “no matter what it takes” (also their phrase). He straight up refused to return my phone calls and ignored his phone when I called. The only time I could get him to return my calls is when I called on Mondays to involve the owner, Steve Bertara. Well, that was useless because clearly the owner himself does not care about his reputation or the the fact that his name is on the building.
I had to resort to text messages from Rich because that is the only way he would communicate. In the end, I ended up settling on less then half of the cost of repair but I am happy I did. The truck is now repaired correctly and the situation is over - 3 months after my purchase.
BUT, if this dealership thinks that this situation is going away, they are very very wrong! I will be writing reviews on every single website that I possibly can and I plan to update them every 6 months for the entire time I own the truck. I have filed complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and the Massachusetts Attorney General. And to be honest, if I didn’t live 2 hours away, I would sit at the end of their driveway with a sign telling people to “ask me about my experience”. There is so much more that I won’t get into because I would have to write a book to do so.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!!And BEWARE of Rich Salmon- you know when he’s lying because his lips will be moving!!!

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
