He made sure that the car was prepared and washed for both my test drive as well as when I picked up the car, and walked me through the entire process. He was happy to chat with me and my family during the process and it didn't at all seem like he just wanted my money, he wanted to help me through the process and make sure that the car was right for me. The process was stress-free, and he was happy to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend working with him!

I emailed the dealership in the morning about a car that I was interested in. I made an appointment to look at it that afternoon. When I got there, the salesman, named Dale, told me that the car was out front ready for me to test drive. He then went to get the keys and came back about five minutes later and told me he was sorry but the car was sold an hour ago which is xxxxxxxx because Even if the car was just sold, it would still be there on the lot. Instead of getting mad about it, I asked if he had any other vehicles in my price range. He started to look on his computer but as soon as I told him that I had my own financing already in place, he very quickly lost interest in trying to help me.
I will not do business with a dealership that lies like this. The car sounded too good to be true which obviously it was.
Shame on this dealership for trying to scam me and for allowing me to drive 45 minutes to see a car that they did not even have. I will also be reporting this to Car Gurus as this was where I had seen the car listed as a “great value.”

Purchased my first car with this dealership. Overall good car buying experience. Straightforward information and knowledgeable, pleasant staff. I was able to trade in my 2008 Civic and upgraded myself to a 2019 RAV4 that they very recently received. Had all the features I wanted, down to the color preference. Only issue I had was with getting my new insurance to go through but that was due to the insurance company not having their act together. Once that was taken care of I was able to happily drive away in my new (to me) car. Glad I was able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for here.

Fantastic service, great prices, hassle free, quick finalizing, and all around great people to work with. I felt listened to and cared for and not just sold to. I don't feel ripped off like other places have made me feel. I was cared for not just sold a car. Rene Yanke was AMAZING and knowledgeable. Mike was hilariously fun to work with and made sure we got every penny for my trade in with help from Rene making sure she pin pointed everything that was recently replaced. He also made sure he gave us the best price and explained the difference in price between this dealership and the competition dealerships. My husband and I test drove multiple cars and Rene was the best and wanted to make sure we were both happy and just kept bringing them out for us until we found the perfect vehicle for our family.

Happy with the vehicle I purchased, but nothing after agreeing to the purchase was a positive experience: From the salesman neglecting to mention the title wasn't in hand until after the deal was made and I couldn't take the vehicle for an indefinite amount of time after signing to the back office mis-representing an extended warranty and then doing everything in their power to slow the refund process, employees with full voicemails (so you know they don't care and aren't calling people back) not returning calls and a complete lack of follow up from employees at all levels, there was a noticeable lack of customer service as soon as I agreed to make a purchase and I can safely say I won't be returning to this location for anything. Kudos to the general manager, as he was the only one I could get in touch with that would help resolve the problem (after of course telling the operator this was regarding a vehicle I was about to purchase, since telling them it was about a vehicle I already purchased led to nothing but unanswered phone calls and full voicemail boxes). Unfortunately, it shouldn't take over three months of waiting, several trips back to the dealership in person and then needing to call and ask for the General Manager in order to get some employees to actually do their job. I got the distinct impression their customer service ends after you agree to the purchase, which is fine, but not a practice I can endorse nor recommend to others.

Talked to the sales person Wendy several times as I was located out of state. Made an appointment to drive there and see the vehicle. Did a test drive. Made a deal for the vehicle at their asking price. Put a $500 deposit down, Was told as soon as the title came in in their name they would make the bill of sale up as they can't legally sell it until they have the title in their name and it would be about 2 weeks. No problem. A week later they told me they were sending my deposit back and I was given the lame BS that they couldn't sell it into NY because they couldn't register it in NY with Covid. I told them I will register it and the guy put me on hold and never came back. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes. Than tried to call back and the guy ignored the call and voicemails to return my call so I tried Wendy and she did the same thing, even when the person that answered the phone said hang on she is right here. No additional explanation, just got ghosted. I had a friend call and inquire about it the next day and they were told it was sold so I can only assume one of the employees or friend of one wanted it instead. Just wanted them to be honest & not lie about things.

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.

We just leased our fourth car from Marlborough Nissan. Always a friendly, honest, low-pressure environment. They were able to obtain a specific car I wanted that they didn't have in stock by the next day from another dealer. The numbers all worked. I came in, drove it, signed papers, and drove away with the beautiful new car in about 45 minutes total. I have recommended this dealership to others, and will continue to do so.
