My family and I have bought and leased several vehicles over the years from this dealership because they stand behind their promise of making sure that you will be taken care of, no matter what. Price is important, sure, but peace of mind is priceless. The management at Milford Nissan, especially the GM Tony, wants you to be happy so that you return again and again, bringing your friends and family to buy lots of cars. On one service visit, the tech neglected to put the brake fluid reservoir cap back on after changing the fluid. The ride home was fun as brake fluid splashed all over the hot engine bay, causing a very strong burning smell. Fortunately I recognized the problem and was able to take care of it without having to go back to the dealership.
I spoke with a service advisor, who was very apologetic and offered me two free oil changes to help make up for the mishap. I decided to give them another shot and went in for an oil change and tire rotation, which appeared to be fine when I left the dealership. Unfortunately, last week I found out the hard way that the tech had over torqued the lug nuts so much that I stripped two of them and broke the adapter for my breaker bar trying to get them off.
Needless to say, I will be taking my car elsewhere for service next time.

My boyfriend has had exactly one car throughout his lifetime and late last year it finally breathed its last after 10 years of serving us well. After sharing a car for a bit we headed down to Battles Nissan at the suggestion of my father to see one of the models they had online. This was the first time that we had ever done anything like this.
Corey was phenomenal from start to finish. He was friendly, polite, and just an absolute joy to be around. He was knowledgable and answered all of our questions clearly and concisely. He made sure that everything ran smoothly and dealt with any delays quickly and efficiently. We're so happy to have such an awesome experience.
James was also awesome to work with as well. He was also friendly and polite and made the stress of "first time buying a car" a lot easier to deal with. It's easy to get swept up in the paperwork that comes with this sort of thing, but James made sure to explain anything we asked about.
Overall, I can't recommend Battles Nissan enough for their quality, their honesty, their friendly staff. It is obvious that they love what they do! Rest assured I'll be turning to them and recommending them to my friends and family nearby!

They were able to obtain a specific car I wanted that they didn't have in stock by the next day from another dealer. The numbers all worked. We have been a Commonwealth Customer for last 5year and we bought 3 Cars from there.. We haven't had any issue till the last time when I was in Catch 22 situation and Commonwealth Particularly Shuan Berryman was very rude, unprofessional, and unemphatic. I will never buy any car from them and I would not recommend anyone to go there. They took my car (supposedly they grounded it because on of my co-signer return it) and even though Nissan had assured me that I can get the car back, Shuan would not even make a phone call to get the required documents in order release the car. Now, I am in the debt of 10k for the remaining Contract and I don't even have the car. Commonwelath and Shuan profited around 10k from my unfortunate situation and this is simply wrong. I am sure they don't care because they lose one customer but I need to share this so people would know how unethical, illegal, and wrong their business practice is.

The only good thing i have to say is that atleast thet company gave me a loaner vehicle.I have ever had. I understand that we are going through a pandemic. But when you wait a month to get your car(I'm still waiting to get it) and the company can't even keep you in the loop with what is going on. You ask your sales person (you get told I'm looking into it and then just never responds to you) you speak with the general manager and get told he will give you a call back and never does. (Left 2 voicemails and doesn't call you back. I understand that there are things that go on but when you've already paid for a car and they cannot communicate with you what is going on is frustrating. I won't buy a car through this company again. The lack of communication you get should be acceptable. I don't leave reviews but when I say this has been the worst car buying experience I cannot fathom how much worse it could get. If there was an option for no stars that would be better Nissan doesn't deserve even the star I'm giving them. I wouldn't have left a bad review but when you ask to speak with the owner or someone higher up then the general manager and get told you need to go through the general manager.

I received a warm professional welcome from Mike O. the Service Advisor. A quick look around the shop and I realized I could eat off the floor here. My work was performed immediately by true honest professionals. I have been to many dealers in my life and I have never ever had such a positive experience. They have earned a new customer. I will always return here for service. The shuttle service driver was really a fun guy with good stories. I fall of out love with Bertera Nissan from Auburn. They didn’t appreciate my 4 years of loyalty or their service guarantee promise. My vehicle got service 4 or more times between February to August 2020 for the same reason causing me to pay thousands to them in repairs for the same issue instead, once I started complaining to the General Manager I was told to take my business elsewhere. The service manager discriminated against me and use profane language and racial slurs. I wish someone could reviewed their security cameras to see how bad I was treated. And yes I took my vehicle to somewhere else and was permanently fixed.

Almost a cartoon-ish sales experience and little if any customer service as a follow-up. I called about a Pathfinder listed on their website and when I arrived the salesperson Rotimi had a Frontier waiting for me. When we did get to the Pathfinder he was disinterested in showing me the features of the car and was not very knowledgeable about it. As an example, he did not know that both rows of rear seats could be folded flat or how to do that. (As a result the second row of seats slid and slammed around during our test drive.) After the test drive Rotimi pulled out paperwork to begin the sales process informing me that the internet pricing was "pandemic pricing" and non-negotiable and asking me how I would like to pay for the car. I balked at that and of course, it was not true. I told him I needed to shop around a bit then. Of course this was followed by the most typical of car sales responses, "What can we do then to make this happen today". We bargained a little ("give me something I can submit to my boss type of stuff) but still I agreed on a price. I decided to finance (and again was lied to that the dealer doesn't profit from that - by buying at one rate and selling at another - compared to a cash sale.) This became obvious when the minimum down payment and rate they offered me changed twice after I agreed to what was being offered to me by Rotimi. Then there was the matter of my trade-in. The sum of the deal resulted in Quirk having to cut me a check for 5k. Off course that could not be done that day for whatever reason and they said they would call me when they had my check the following Monday. No call. Nothing. I waited. Waited. finally called on the day before my temporary allowance for driving without a registration was set to expire and of course they had the check but had not called me to pick it up. The last straw involved my Title for the trade-in. They alleged it might be unacceptable for reasons I won't get into and required a $175 deposit that would be refunded to me if my Title cleared (despite the registry only charging $75 to apply for a new Title). Again, I was promised a call the next day to confirm whether my Title was accepted by the RMV or not. No call of course. I asked about it when I came to pick up the registration for my vehicle and the check they had been holding and Rotimi told me that he would check on that and call me the next day. No call. I am left to believe they simply took my $175 and never even submitted my Title but simply used the money to obtain a new one and pocket the $100 difference. I would not do business with these people again. Although congenial (Rotimi was at least that, and Yaw their finance guy is very nice) their truthfulness and customer service following up a completed sale are poor.

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
