We just bought a used car for my 21 year old son. We met Lenny and told him our needs for a car, as well as our budget. Within 15 minutes he had shown us 2 perfect cars. We ended up buying one of them the next day. Upon picking up the car, we met the rest of the team at Marlboro Nissan. Our experience with this team has convinced me that I want to get any future car at Marlboro Nissan, new or used. For over 20 years, our entire family has owned Honda's, and only Honda's. After this past weekend, that will no longer be the case. The team we worked with went above and beyond to make us feel good about our purchase. And, even though this was a very small sale for them, $9900, they made us feel important and welcomed. Danny is an outstanding owner/boss. He struck up several personal conversations with us, taking time to hear some of our personal stories about how and why we came there last weekend. Danny also gave us confidence that he was there for us if we needed any followup with the used car. My 21 year old son, Ryan, especially felt comfortable with Danny, not an easy feat for Ryan. I will be getting a new car in the next few months. I was expecting to get an Acura or Ford SUV. Now, however, I know for sure it will be a Nissan SUV. AS for the other gentlemen we met, it just sealed the deal. Miguel was outstanding and gave us confidence that the car was in great shape. Peter made the sale so very easy to understand and complete. Easy, low pressure experience with Abe and Carl at Kelly Nissan Lynnfield. Was a pleasure working with Abe on the test drive and purchase of my Audi S3. From Abe, there was no undue pressure to buy at all. I had also found the car online at a lower price which Abe made sure that Kelly honored. Carl, was a wizard with the finance and warranty expansion. He helped me get into my dream car with a nice comfortable payment and no obnoxious up-selling of things not needed. Brought my car in for a lube oil and filter yesterday. During the complimentary multi-point inspection, they didn't see the tire pressure light on the dash board. Craig from the service department offered no explanation for this oversight and suggested that I bring the car back AGAIN today to have it looked at.
Again, Craig and the mechanic who performed the maintenance both sat in the car and turned it on...looking at the dashboard...

I wouldn't recommend buying anything here. There is ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer service after the purchase of a vehicle. Their salesmen also DO NOT know anything about the vehicle and how to run the vehicle and what features it has. Also make make ZERO effort to have someone else who is knowledgeable about it show you about the vehicle they just sold you. If you give them a bad survey they WILL NOT contact you to resolve the issues!! Service department is a JOKE. They do not care, they just say nothing wrong and blow it out the door. They are only interested in cash gravy work like brakes and flushes. They could careless about any issues with new car till it towed in and wont move. And then they still hassle you and tell you that you are WRONG and it's not their fault! The service manager Don is an pompous jerk. Wound definitely not recommend purchasing a vehicle or service hear!!!!!!!!! truck towed back after they failed to repair problems truck left in worst condition than came in on tow truck trans oil cool lines leaking spare tire just about to fall off hood bump stops falling off wiring not put back were it belongs (I have pictures). after seeing all this and Nissan only pays to tow you back to closest dealer i paid the extra money and had truck towed off cape to another dealer to hopefully correct the sloppy workman ship (hacks) as there is no customer service hear and i refuse to go back they treat people poorly after sale there is no customer service. will not be back will tell everyone i know not to come hear!!!!!!!

Do not buy a car exhausted. The dealership had us wait and wait until we were run down to the ground. They were like wolves that can feel your desperation after our car was totaled. Long story short, We financed a USED car that was worth $13+, and ended with an $18k+ bill. When the finance guy explained what came with the car-- security plus service contract,-- my impression was it came without a cost because he did not mention the amount. Then more signing, again without mentioning the dollar amounts. I signed my life away. When I recently reviewed the 2+ service contract, it covers until 100K, the car has 42,000. When I did my first payment and saw 18k for the amount. I thought it was a mistake, I called the lien holder, not a mistake and then called the dealership, finance guy, I asked "does this mean we are stuck with the 18+k? Rob said, "yeah".
I have never felt so dumb and scammed after that call. Rob called me two times but never left a voicemail. Been calling the sales guy, no answer or call back. I would never a used financed a car that cost much.

One word of advice... stay far away from any Mastria dealer as possible! Plain and simple.There's a lot of other dealers in the area that are reputable, there's no need to go here.

boch never responded or even tried too. they did work on my car without fully diagnosing it and I had to bring my car to a bodyshop to do an insurance claim because what they did was one out of 5 things that needed to get done on my car an that one thing was 630 and they tried to charge me another 700 to do more work. I don't got time for back and forth especially when they aren't diagnosing and advising customers the right way. they could've easily told me to just go thru my insurance instead they charged me 630 and now I have to pay 1000 deductible for insurance. the service manager also had the nerve to tell me get my money back through my insurance and that he doesnt give two xxxxs about the nissan survey it doesnt effect him. so you know see what kind of service they are offering i will be posting this to every site online from dealerrater to yelp to google so everyone gets to see how xxxxed up bochs service is and how they dont care about there customers.

Went to look at a new vehicle, had looked on their website and found a few vehicles. Spoke to people via email about the cars, and of course when I got there the price was NO where near what they advertised or had given me via email. It should be illegal and fraud to post false prices!
I arrived and they set me up with the salesman Rich, who I explained what I was looking for and my all in budget, what I needed for my trade in, etc. I said exactly what I was looking for and willing to spend. He didn’t seem to listen because he came back with a monthly payment of $250 more than what I could spend. He spun the paper around and said initial here on this paper and we have a deal. I said absolutely not, he got annoyed and said what did he need to do to earn my business then? I told him my all in budget again. He came back with about $60 less a month then the last quote and said again, initial here and we have a deal. This went on for HOURS and wasted a Sunday off from work, And I was getting royally annoyed and told him I was not buying anything for more than what my budget was. He brought his sales manager in JC who also kept bringing numbers in $100 more a month then my budget.
The whole experience was so bad, and the pressure sales tactic is beyond annoying and rude! You lost me as a customer! I’ve never been so angry after dealing with a Car dealership. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!! Stay away!! Horrible experience!
I can say happily I purchased a vehicle from another dealership who was great to deal with and I got an even better car with so much more in it than this place even would entertain.

I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
