I really like that Mackenzie made my car buying experience much easier. I work two jobs and she was able to answer all my questions through email and quote me a price. I also like that she never gave up when I decided to choose another dealer. When the other dealer went back on their word I was able to meet with Nick and Mackenzie and get the Rogue I wanted at the original price agreed on. Two weeks ago purchased a "used" 2017 Nissan Altima with only 19 miles on it for my husband. Mike Bolland was a fantastic Salesperson. He listened to what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend and work with us to find the perfect car that meet our expectations and demands. He didn't try to sell us what we didn't want, he went the extra mile to find the car that meet our needs. Ned Daly, the finance manager, worked with us to keep us within our budget and found the best financing for us. Buying a car is a very stressful process, but Mike and Ned made it easy and stressless. This is our second car purchase from Sullivan Brothers and we feel as if we were treated as family. Definitely recommend purchasing a car from them, Mike is a a wonderful salesperson to work with. I felt the need to write a review of this amazing dealership, specifically because I have been badly duped by a different dealership in the past. A kind young salesman named Christian dropped everything he was doing to help me out in a bind. I was in dire need of a new (used) vehicle after mine had broken down beyond affordable repair, and on short notice with limited funds. Christian took the time to go over every nook and cranny of my Nissan Altima that I am more than satisfied with purchasing. It's been over a month now with no issues, I love my new to me car!!! He really took the time to lay everything out on the table for me and especially considering my skepticism, he did not treat me as if I was a person who was just going to walk out without making a sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a thorough overview of what they are getting themselves into and if they want attentive, well trained sales people on their side.

I found a good deal on their website and submitted my info so a sales rep would contact me. (Kevin) called me immediately and suggested checking if I prequalify online, and that he will send a link. I explicitly asked whether this process is going to be a hard or soft pull. He assured me that its going to be a soft pull and there is no need to worry. Now I have three different hard inquiries on my report, and nobody even bothered to call or send an email to tell me about what I “pre-qualify” for!

I have to start off by saying that my situation may not reflect what they can do for everyone!
I have, lets say, not the best credit, and I was upfront with Giancarlos about that from the start. But, unlike any other place I went to, he didn't treat me like I was just a commission check and tell me he couldn't help, which is what I was used to hearing. He walked around the lot with me for a few minutes asking some questions, trying to get a feel for what I wanted in a car, and then made some suggestions.
Test drove a Sentra which we figured would get me into my price range and it was just a bit too small. He suggested an Altima which we took two out for test drives and I fell in love. After a little disappointment of being told a down payment a lot higher than what I expected wouldnt work, and the monthly payments being almost double what I could afford. We talked while the finance manager and sales manager scrambled to help me with financing. Which to my surprise, ended up coming back with my down payment only being slightly higher than I expected and my payments actually being a little lower than I was originally planning on spending, and on top of that, I got a car that was one year newer than I originally test drove.
an all around great experience, and even with the small financing issue, it turned out amazing and actually went super smooth!

I bought a new Nissan last week I was told I would be called when my registration came in I was not called I had to call then I go yesterday to get my car inspected the service guy said the machine just went down how convenient that was then I go back this morning and was told my front plate was bad I didn't argue with the inspection guy I knew there wasn't nothing wrong with the plate because I used to do inspections myself but I went to the registry just so I could get prof that the plate wasn't bad and I wasn't going back to Bertera Nissan just to get into an argument and being told no so I had to go to another inspection station and pay again for an inspection which they also said nothing was wrong with the plate I'm very unhappy with Bertera Nissan. I would like to say Bertera Nissan has gone out of their way to fix this matter and I would like to thank all departments they really care about customers

went in to buy a car, was going for test drive and someone parked car up on re rod from curbing backed up bumper came off.I put it back in place salesman said good as new! NOT! then went in to negotiate credit score 850 first tried to stick me with very high interest rate and said couldn't tell for sure till u do deal! NOT TRUE get pre approved for finacing befor going to dealership you will do way better and no xxxxxxxxx! then we get a sheet with monthy paments all reg and fees/now they charge u 495.00 doc fee which is legal but sucks then 170.00 for reg,title ok! then a box that said just Fees for 140.00 asked what this was-answer oh that's for misc fees xxx! at the end worked out he told me if i would do the deal for 174.00 a month for 60 I said I would he got up to go see manager you know the game! and manager signaled from across the room were done no deal I got up left and will never go back! found car at boch as usual with 12,000 less miles same year for 200.00 less! I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident.When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
