Attentive Salesman - Gwen Christie
When trading in my 2015 Pathfinder for a newer model, I met with Jason. Jason was very attentive and kept me up-to-date during the whole process, even going as far as answering my text messages on his off days. The whole team was very easy to work with, and I would recommend them as a car dealer.
Don't even bother going to another dealer - billnissan
Another visiting a few other dealerships, we were wowed by the service at Commonwealth Nissan. Almost a year after getting our car, we're still being wowed. Top-notch dealers and customer service, from start to finish.
Smoothest transaction ever! - DJaney
My husband and I walked in at 4pm on a Friday night with a specific 2017 Rogue SL AWD in mind that we saw online at a great price! Wayne pulled the vehicle up for us, walked us through the MULTIPLE bells and whistles on the SL Platinum package and we were off on a test drive. He made the process very smooth. We were convinced this is the one we wanted, signed the paperwork and we were done is 2 hours! The insurance and registration were done on Monday and Wayne even came to my work, picked up the car to get it inspected and brought it to bodyshop to make them aware of a small chip in the paint on the rear gate. That will get fixed next week. Thank you Wayne and Milford Nissan! We made the right choice! Friendly staff and cute mascot!
They care for everything - Xterra15
I am on my third vehicle purchased through the Ron Bouchard organization across three different dealerships and continue to be impressed at the level of attention they provide each and every time I go in there. Whether it is costly brake job or a quick "no charge" items to my vehicle I get a level of attention that you just don't see in the majority of business you deal with on a regular basis. True professionals whom I will buy from as long as I am able.
Great experience ! - Laura-Jean

After a very disappointing trip to a different dealership, the team at Sullivan Brothers made me feel at ease and I soon could tell I was dealing with honest businessmen. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted cheerfully by every staff member I saw. Evan and Paul greeted me quickly. Chuck and Ned were very knowledgeable about my Pathfinder and options for financing. I was never pressured through the process. The pricing was fair and well explained. They were well organized and described each step of the process to me. Any and all questions I had were answered well.
This experience was a great one. Thanks Chuck and Ned! 🙂

Best Car Buying Experience - Lisa2275
Buying my Nissan Rogue sport this past summmer was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thiago made me feel valued and everyone at the dealership worked with me to get me exactly what I was looking for. As a woman coming in alone to purchase a car I was hesitant after past experiences, but not at Nissan I felt like I was treated with the respect that I had not felt I was given at other dealerships. The manager,Carlos never made me feel pressured and that was the best feeling. Even when there was a tiny spot on my car that was nothing one of the employees who was not even working with me ( Fidora I believe) took me down to their car wash to take it off because she knew it was bothering me. Everyone went above and beyond to make my car buying experience such a positive one. I am grateful and would recommend this dealership to everyone I know
Quick polite - Infiniti

New Lease - M. Kangos
Came in initially looking to buy a used car. Steve Reid was our salesman. He went through several options with us, and eventually we decided that a lease was actually a better option for us. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process, the different vehicles, and the various financial options. Definitely happy with the service and our new lease.

Thank You Bobbie Dor - Muranogirl
I am currently in the process of trying to get approved for another lease and walking in to a dealership alone as a woman is intimidating. However, they introduced me to Bobbie Doe and his wit, kindnesss, experience and customer service is amazing. I am putting all my faith in to Bobbie and if anyone can get me approved Bobbie can. Balise is still a family company and it shows. Bobbie, I am so thankful that met you. See you Monday and we will take it from there. Hey, even a Rogue is fine. You are the expert😉 Btw, Balise is lucky to have you.

I recently leased a new Nissan Rogue at Mastria Nissan and everyone was wonderful to deal with from my salesman John Furtado who listened to my needs and took great care of me. He truly made the experience less cumbersome. I would highly recommend them and it was the best experience! They also have the best service dept have brought my Honda there and Helder has always gone out of his way to help me. Thank you Kathy MacKinnon
Great Experience - John

dont not get service here - happycarbuyer781
boch never responded or even tried too. they did work on my car without fully diagnosing it and I had to bring my car to a bodyshop to do an insurance claim because what they did was one out of 5 things that needed to get done on my car an that one thing was 630 and they tried to charge me another 700 to do more work. I don't got time for back and forth especially when they aren't diagnosing and advising customers the right way. they could've easily told me to just go thru my insurance instead they charged me 630 and now I have to pay 1000 deductible for insurance. the service manager also had the nerve to tell me get my money back through my insurance and that he doesnt give two xxxxs about the nissan survey it doesnt effect him. so you know see what kind of service they are offering i will be posting this to every site online from dealerrater to yelp to google so everyone gets to see how xxxxed up bochs service is and how they dont care about there customers.
A $6,334.50 Extra Price Tag - Sorayah
Tuesday, September 26, 2017, I entered Boch Nissan South, in North Attleboro with my 6-month-old Daughter, Sister, and Mother. We sat with a gentleman name Rich. I told him what I had in mind. Shortly after, we test drove a red 2017 Rogue and then a white 2017 Pathfinder.
The Pathfinder suited our size needs better.
After we sat down, the first question he asked me is "what would I like my payments to be?" Of course, it was! Dealers want to discuss payments, not price, I know this now."Dealerships love to quote cars in terms of the monthly payment, leaving the purchase price out of the equation until the papers are signed."
That's exactly what happened to me.
I told him, under $200/month. I told him that I wanted to lease. I, being a stay-at-home Mother to a 6-month-old did not want to overextend myself and my family's budget.
He fringe understanding.
I was misled, from the start. Taken for a ride. A very expensive one.
He asked me if I had a vehicle & if I wanted to trade it in. I said "yes," and we discuss the possible price of a trade-in and agreed upon $1,000. As I write this, I realized the price of the car was never discussed, nor brought up. Just payments.
Rich, continued to say, "if I can get your monthly payments to where you want it, will we have a deal today?" I said it's possible if he can get it to $250 the most. He said he'll see what he can do. And does that "have you wait and bite your nails, while he BS at the breakroom with his buddies nonsense."
When he came back, the number was still too high for us, and proceed to leave. I told him, I'll come back tomorrow, or Saturday. Wanting to make the sale, he asks to take a look at my 98 ' Avalon (it has character). Stalling my haste to leave. A strategic move to get me to buy today.
Returning back. He claims the best he can do is $279. $79 over the $200, and $29 over the $250. After some back and forth, I reluctantly agreed to $279. And than disagreed. By that time, the pressure is on, and I continue to tell him that I'll come back tomorrow or Saturday. Rich, desperate to make a sale, said what he needed to say to coerce me into an answer.
I realized now, after this stressful, expensive ordeal that I never saw the sticker price of the car that I purchased. Sticking me with a car that is overpriced by $6,635. The payments are unaffordable given my very large down payment, making the car unaffordable for me.
I never saw the price of the car that I drove off the lot. The sticker price was taken down by the dealer (which is illegal). I never saw the price. It was never made known to me. And they knew, once I drove off the lot, I essentially accept fully.
When the price was briefly discussed, I was under the impression that I was getting a "good deal, $6,500 less than the Pathfinder I test drove." Remembering the sticker price on the car. I believed that deal was in fact solid. So, I proceed under the pretense of $6,500 less, (who wouldn't jump on that?) I made a downpayment of $5,279 and traded in my 98' Avalon for an additional $1,000 a total of $6,279. To keep my payments affordable and low. My payments were never lowered because the price of the car was never lowered. Even with $6,279 down. Reason being - dealers try to lower the monthly payment by extending the loan term rather than cutting the purchase price. But, since it was a 36-month lease my payments were HIGH. I know this now.
Now at the finance manager - Nicole Charbatji's office. Quick, blatantly deceiving and sleazy. She tried to take me for an extra $100.50, (on top of the $6,279 Rich took from me) immediately stating that an RI title is $150.50 when it's, in fact, $51. At that moment, I told her, I'd rather keep my Avalon (& I should've) she got up and said: "that's the price, where did you get $51 from? I said Rich told me. She then proceeds to "talk to Rich." Pretending I was getting the title for $100.50 less, she kept stressing that I had a good deal and saving so much money. But, in hindsight, I saved nothing. Just robbed of my 98' Avalon and $5,330 in cash.
Fun Fact: I now know that any vehicle over under the year 2000, does not need a title. The registration of my car is more than enough. But, Rich and Nicole stressed that I needed a title. Robbing me of an additional $51.
The lease agreement, I only got a physical copy of, after I signed. It was on the financed manager (Nicole's) computer I never saw the actual contract before signing it, unfortunately, that wasn't an option ever presented. When I asked about the contract (before signing) she told me all that was in it is what my monthly payments will be. The signing process was done on a tiny electronic pad, that was barely legible and extremely dark. She printed it out once I was done, and placed it in a sealed enveloped. I was rushed out of the office and rushed into my car. My Avalon plates were then transferred over to the Pathfinder (which isn't entirely legal), in the state of RI, we have 72 hours to register a vehicle after purchase. It has been longer than that now. The car isn't registered still.
They knew, once driving off, I assume legal rights of the vehicle. The initial selling process was as slow as can be. While the financed part took a total of 5 minutes.
I never saw the price of the car that I drove off the lot. The sticker price was taken down by the dealer (which is illegal). So, I never saw the price. It was never made known to me.
It's not until I got home, I realized that the (oral) price we agreed ($30,000) upon isn't what I was given. In fact, I was charged more than their advertised MSRP of $36,635 + $1,025 to make up for the trade deal of my 98' Avalon.
The actual price of the car was ballon to $37,841.50. Higher than what Nissan charge for this particular model.
The advertised MSRP is $36,635. Already grossly inflamed from the $31,793 KellyBlue Book/ TrueCar Value and comparable competitors.
Looking back at the last 72 hours, I was a victim of gouging and unfair trade practice. My precious 98' Avalon was taken in as a trade-in for $1,000 and they charged me $1,025 for it. Profiting $25. The finance manager, Nicole Charbatji, deliberately withheld the truth. She purposely withheld a ton of information, and she upsold me on unnecessary products for over $2,000 worth for longer than the lease terms. They had me sign on a tiny dark electronic thing that I could barely see. While raving of such a good deal that I have received. All a ploy to keep you distracted from reading properly and understanding. Strategic.
I understand it's months end, and quotas need to be met. But, where's your humanity? Seems like, these people don't care if you have a family or your life/credit gets ruin by this. All in the name of earning commission.
I have a Daughter that I need to take care, and I was robbed of my (old, but reliable)car and $5,330.
Wednesday morning, bright and early 14 hours after I signed, I return back to the dealers. To let them know, that the oral priced of $6,500 less than the model I test drove isn't what is on the contract and that I want this fixed. That I was sold an overpriced vehicle. Over their advertised MSRP by $1,025. Totaling $37,841.50 I sat with some sales manager who claimed I got a "good deal," and "there's nothing they can do."
Friday evening, I went back to the dealers. And brought once again to their (meeting with JC) attention that I was sold an overpriced vehicle. Over their advertised MSRP by $1,025. They saw this, did the same on Wednesday morning, "it's a good deal, ummmm, yea, Rich's a good guy, you got a great deal, ummm, the deal is funded you signed the contract, there's nothing you can do."
I'm posting this in hopes it helps someone (and myself) out. Consumers, please equip yourself, some car salesmen/women are filled with sleaziest sales schemes and only concern for their commission.
I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6... - Tina721
I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident. When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
