OUTSTANDING, KUDOS, BRAVO ZULU and WELL DONE - Bobby Ascolillo
To Mr. Brian Kelly,
Over the past two years my wife and I have been to your Nissan Dealership a total of four times.
Up front I must say we were very happy with our vehicles. But more importantly was the actual total buying experience from walking through the door, looking at vehicles, financing and actually leaving the lot the same day with a new vehicle.
As I am sure you know its the people in your employ that are the stars of any successful enterprise, and you have some mighty fine folks working for you. While I have checked off the names below there was one name I did not see because he has relocated to one of your sites in Woburn, MA. His name was Bret De Rosier, who not only was very professional but went out of his way to locate an additional key for the Sorrento we drove off with last summer. Additionally, I would like to call out Ray Ferguson, who was just outstanding with regard to financing, warranties etc... Most recently today as we had to replace the vehicle that was lost in an accident over the Thanksgiving Holiday. He could not do enough for us. Also Carl Tagliamonte, with whom we worked with way back on our very first visit to Lynn, made us feel special. Today we had the pleasure of working with Corey Ragusa, again so professional, accommodating and knowledgeable with respect to what we were looking for and the vehicles he recommended. He was just a joy to work with.
Please note Mr. Kelly I do not levy praise lightly in such matters, after all purchasing a new vehicle is no small matter for working families. In my own career with the US Navy, I have maintained multi million dollar combat aircraft as an engineering technician, and provided logistics support to our Sailors and Marines "all over the world" both ashore and aboard aircraft carriers for nearly 32 years. My praise comes from my knowledge on what it takes to get the job done, and the consequences of failing my customers.
You are lucky to have folks such as these working for you, and I mean that sincerely.
Most Respectfully Yours,
Robert Ascolillo, Jr.
Top notch experience! - NikkiB
If you are looking for excellent staff, upfront pricing, a knowledgeable sales rep, quick financing, and a service department that is responsive and knowledgeable, look no further. I just purchased my second Nissan Rogue from Marlborough Nissan. I have checked out their competition, but keep coming back to both the sales and the service department (even though there is another dealership that is much closer to both my home and my work). They can't be beat. They stand behind their products and their service. You won't be disappointed.
Excellent service car sales man Eric Gallant was exvelkwnt - Dthomas
My whole experience from the time I walked in and walked out I was very satisfied with the excellent service I was given. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as the gentlemen that helped me.
Outstanding - Russell Ariagno
Shane Young our salesman was honest, straight-forward, authentic, caring and compassionate. His attention to detail is what made the difference. Shane assisted us through a situation that was challenging with our trade-in and got us a deal and payment plan that we could live with. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
Thank you Guy! - JamieL
Great experience from beginning to end. Guy was knowledgeable, professional, attentive and patient with all of my questions. He went above and beyond to locate the exact car I wanted and stayed late to complete the process. I cannot thank him enough for making this a seamless process. LOVE my new car!!! 5 STARS!!!!!

Great Dealership - Gemini1955
Great experience, fantastic sales person, Eric Taylor and a great deal on a 2015 CPO Nissan Rogue. I would recommend this dealership and ask for Eric Taylor when you go visit their dealership. Everything went so smooth and hassle free. :)
Sailor Costa is the best. - Jimmy
Bought my second Rogue from Saula Costa. He wasn’t there when I stopped by so I had to go back. Who does that when buying a car. But he was so good 4 years ago I had to use him again. And it worked out great. I will also say that the dealership itself was very very good. Everyone was really nice. Will definitely recommend to others. Thanks for a a nice experience.
''Simply the best.'' - richie
I just purchased my third vehicle from Colonial Nissan of Medford. My experience each and every time was phenomenal. My sales associate, Mike Kilbride goes above and beyond to make sure the customer drives away satisfied. Unlike other salesmen in the business, Mike, or any of the other employees that I dealt with never pressured me to buy. I highly recommend Colonial Nissan of Medford. So, to sum it up, Mike Kilbride, Dennis Morin, Matthew Houlihan and Jim Islami are tops!
They care for everything - Xterra15
I am on my third vehicle purchased through the Ron Bouchard organization across three different dealerships and continue to be impressed at the level of attention they provide each and every time I go in there. Whether it is costly brake job or a quick "no charge" items to my vehicle I get a level of attention that you just don't see in the majority of business you deal with on a regular basis. True professionals whom I will buy from as long as I am able.
Professional ,Friendly and Thoughtful experience. - Kathleen & Roland
As many have said in the past buying a car often times is stressful . My husband had just finished helping our Daughters find new cars and all did not go smoothly at other dealerships .So to start again was not the highlight of his day . BUT that changed when we went to Curry and met with Cassidy Laramee.
Well let me just say we met Cassidy Laramee and that changed our car buying experience . Cassidy was very welcoming right from the first hand shake . Greeted us with a smile and was the first "Associate" ever to ask what she could do for us . How can this purchase happen ?
So we went forward ,had a test drive asked and answered questions from both sides and the sale process started . During this process we were met with many scheduling conflicts "our side" and Cassidy worked with us to meet those challenges with grace and patience ,so accommodating to us and our needs . The staff we met with were very friendly and willing to help us . We purchased a car and Cassidy worked closely with us to get every thing settled , We did have concerns with an issue and she immediately made an appointment to have it addressed . All seems to be going well and because of Jason and Cassidy we are enjoying our vehicle. There are sales associates and then there are sharks and I am happy to say Cassidy is a great representative for Curry and their sale team. we were very pleased with the follow up and feedback she offered and even today she has called to see how we are doing and if we had any questions she could help with . The personal touch that is so appreciated for sure, a sales associate who listens and puts herself out to work with her customers ,and all with a smile and ease. That is a keeper for sure .We would like to thank Cassidy ,Jason and David for all their help .There was no pressure at all and just to have them take time to help with setting up the phone , to the workings of the car and all with so much consideration and professionalism. The dealership was so clean ,inviting and welcoming . I must agree this is simply the best experience we have had purchasing a car. Every one congratulated us and wished us happy times with our car ,you know the "personal" touch, Thank you Cassidy a pleasure to work with you . I will be sure to recommend you to my friends and family .Talk about going above and beyond , Cassidy was there .

Excelente Servicio - Leticia Caro
What a fabulous experience!!! - Kellyhessmv
Brooke, Kevin and Brian are wonderful. This is was so easy, pleasant and straightforward. I certainly would highly recommend Battles. I bought from Battles GMC years ago and loved that car buying experience as well! Had never leased before this transaction and it was all explained clearly and concisely to me. Battles has been been doing the right thing for “Islanders” for years and they continue to do so! Thank you again! See you for service! Kelly Hess
Great Experience with Nick - jlorenc90

Great people with very professional manner of communication - Iza
I had great experience and pleasant time during my visit at Nissan Quirck in Quincy!
The sales person Maher Poles and the manager stayed after hour to make sure we would make the perfect choice and we did.
Jason took the time to understand our needs and offered the car we loved as soon as we got in. The car , he knew we will be happy with!.
He made an extraordinary effort to keep us in the range we were aiming to get with the payments! We are enjoying our new Nissan Rouge Sport!
Very pleasant , professional manner of work.
Everyone there was polite - and the process went so smooth! Thank you for this! Does not happen often in a dealership! Highly recommend to everyone to go to this place and you won't be disappointed- you will be treated with respect and will get the best advise and professional service!
Firm Handshakes - Nick
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at this dealership. From the very beginning when I simply called to inquire information about a vehicle I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The salesman was fantastic and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and was very polite during the entire process. Both financial representatives where extremely helpful and down to earth. Neither one came across as a salesman but more of a friend with your best interest at heart. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and they made the process as easy and professional as one could ask for. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle and wants to be greeted with warm smiles and treated with respect.
SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME - jcruz123
Absolutely the worst company you can get your vehicle serviced at. If you are looking to buy or repair your vehicle i suggest you look else where and save yourself some time. Employees such as Joe along side his front end staff have no courtesy and are completely ignorant. So please save your self some time dont let the smiles fool you
Mislead Vehicle Sale - crossbow08
Went to look at a used 2011 Nissan Frontier was told to come in and see it. Ran from Cummington, MA to Pittsfield, MA in a snow storm to be told the vehicle's heat was not working and the Service light just came on when they started it to warm up on the lot. This was untrue as the vehicle listing on there own web site clearly shows that at time of listing lights were on so this was an on going issue. The sales we felt was pushy as they told us they wanted to have us give a good review and finance was maybe a bit more pushy. We are being told that the vehicle will be ready Monday. We e-mailed the dealer about this issue and had no response back so how can you do business with a dealer you can not trust.

A worthwhile trip! - Pat Cronin
Purchasing a vehicle is never easy, however going to Boch Nissan in Norwood made this a wonderful, easy, rewarding experience. The knowledge from our salesman Carlos Lucario was more than satisfactory. He was very helpful, not pushy, pleasant, and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. The manager, Sebastian was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely reasonable. The finance manager, George, was also friendly, and professional and took time to explain many options to us before finalizing our paperwork. I highly recommend dealing with this dealership, especially the three gentlemen I have mentioned. I will definitely return to purchase another vehicle from these men, and highly recommend any and all to do the same.
Excellent service - Ninersfanok
Great service, friendly and courteous. Paulo Dias was great help and knowledgeable. He explained in full detail all the questions I had with my car . I’ll definitely come back.
Excellent experience - bethsim
Considering a change - first went to a Honda dealer in area before seeing Tom DiPesa at Coastal. There was no comparison. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and thorough - but with no pressure. In addition, the pricing could not be beat. We bought a new Rogue on the spot. The entire experience from start to finish was a pleasure.
It doesn't get any worse than this place! - jagman
This place is a joke. They promise you anything to get you to buy there, but you'll only get lies.
One word of advice... stay far away from any Mastria dealer as possible! Plain and simple. There's a lot of other dealers in the area that are reputable, there's no need to go here.
dont not get service here - happycarbuyer781
boch never responded or even tried too. they did work on my car without fully diagnosing it and I had to bring my car to a bodyshop to do an insurance claim because what they did was one out of 5 things that needed to get done on my car an that one thing was 630 and they tried to charge me another 700 to do more work. I don't got time for back and forth especially when they aren't diagnosing and advising customers the right way. they could've easily told me to just go thru my insurance instead they charged me 630 and now I have to pay 1000 deductible for insurance. the service manager also had the nerve to tell me get my money back through my insurance and that he doesnt give two xxxxs about the nissan survey it doesnt effect him. so you know see what kind of service they are offering i will be posting this to every site online from dealerrater to yelp to google so everyone gets to see how xxxxed up bochs service is and how they dont care about there customers.
A $6,334.50 Extra Price Tag - Sorayah
Tuesday, September 26, 2017, I entered Boch Nissan South, in North Attleboro with my 6-month-old Daughter, Sister, and Mother. We sat with a gentleman name Rich. I told him what I had in mind. Shortly after, we test drove a red 2017 Rogue and then a white 2017 Pathfinder.
The Pathfinder suited our size needs better.
After we sat down, the first question he asked me is "what would I like my payments to be?" Of course, it was! Dealers want to discuss payments, not price, I know this now."Dealerships love to quote cars in terms of the monthly payment, leaving the purchase price out of the equation until the papers are signed."
That's exactly what happened to me.
I told him, under $200/month. I told him that I wanted to lease. I, being a stay-at-home Mother to a 6-month-old did not want to overextend myself and my family's budget.
He fringe understanding.
I was misled, from the start. Taken for a ride. A very expensive one.
He asked me if I had a vehicle & if I wanted to trade it in. I said "yes," and we discuss the possible price of a trade-in and agreed upon $1,000. As I write this, I realized the price of the car was never discussed, nor brought up. Just payments.
Rich, continued to say, "if I can get your monthly payments to where you want it, will we have a deal today?" I said it's possible if he can get it to $250 the most. He said he'll see what he can do. And does that "have you wait and bite your nails, while he BS at the breakroom with his buddies nonsense."
When he came back, the number was still too high for us, and proceed to leave. I told him, I'll come back tomorrow, or Saturday. Wanting to make the sale, he asks to take a look at my 98 ' Avalon (it has character). Stalling my haste to leave. A strategic move to get me to buy today.
Returning back. He claims the best he can do is $279. $79 over the $200, and $29 over the $250. After some back and forth, I reluctantly agreed to $279. And than disagreed. By that time, the pressure is on, and I continue to tell him that I'll come back tomorrow or Saturday. Rich, desperate to make a sale, said what he needed to say to coerce me into an answer.
I realized now, after this stressful, expensive ordeal that I never saw the sticker price of the car that I purchased. Sticking me with a car that is overpriced by $6,635. The payments are unaffordable given my very large down payment, making the car unaffordable for me.
I never saw the price of the car that I drove off the lot. The sticker price was taken down by the dealer (which is illegal). I never saw the price. It was never made known to me. And they knew, once I drove off the lot, I essentially accept fully.
When the price was briefly discussed, I was under the impression that I was getting a "good deal, $6,500 less than the Pathfinder I test drove." Remembering the sticker price on the car. I believed that deal was in fact solid. So, I proceed under the pretense of $6,500 less, (who wouldn't jump on that?) I made a downpayment of $5,279 and traded in my 98' Avalon for an additional $1,000 a total of $6,279. To keep my payments affordable and low. My payments were never lowered because the price of the car was never lowered. Even with $6,279 down. Reason being - dealers try to lower the monthly payment by extending the loan term rather than cutting the purchase price. But, since it was a 36-month lease my payments were HIGH. I know this now.
Now at the finance manager - Nicole Charbatji's office. Quick, blatantly deceiving and sleazy. She tried to take me for an extra $100.50, (on top of the $6,279 Rich took from me) immediately stating that an RI title is $150.50 when it's, in fact, $51. At that moment, I told her, I'd rather keep my Avalon (& I should've) she got up and said: "that's the price, where did you get $51 from? I said Rich told me. She then proceeds to "talk to Rich." Pretending I was getting the title for $100.50 less, she kept stressing that I had a good deal and saving so much money. But, in hindsight, I saved nothing. Just robbed of my 98' Avalon and $5,330 in cash.
Fun Fact: I now know that any vehicle over under the year 2000, does not need a title. The registration of my car is more than enough. But, Rich and Nicole stressed that I needed a title. Robbing me of an additional $51.
The lease agreement, I only got a physical copy of, after I signed. It was on the financed manager (Nicole's) computer I never saw the actual contract before signing it, unfortunately, that wasn't an option ever presented. When I asked about the contract (before signing) she told me all that was in it is what my monthly payments will be. The signing process was done on a tiny electronic pad, that was barely legible and extremely dark. She printed it out once I was done, and placed it in a sealed enveloped. I was rushed out of the office and rushed into my car. My Avalon plates were then transferred over to the Pathfinder (which isn't entirely legal), in the state of RI, we have 72 hours to register a vehicle after purchase. It has been longer than that now. The car isn't registered still.
They knew, once driving off, I assume legal rights of the vehicle. The initial selling process was as slow as can be. While the financed part took a total of 5 minutes.
I never saw the price of the car that I drove off the lot. The sticker price was taken down by the dealer (which is illegal). So, I never saw the price. It was never made known to me.
It's not until I got home, I realized that the (oral) price we agreed ($30,000) upon isn't what I was given. In fact, I was charged more than their advertised MSRP of $36,635 + $1,025 to make up for the trade deal of my 98' Avalon.
The actual price of the car was ballon to $37,841.50. Higher than what Nissan charge for this particular model.
The advertised MSRP is $36,635. Already grossly inflamed from the $31,793 KellyBlue Book/ TrueCar Value and comparable competitors.
Looking back at the last 72 hours, I was a victim of gouging and unfair trade practice. My precious 98' Avalon was taken in as a trade-in for $1,000 and they charged me $1,025 for it. Profiting $25. The finance manager, Nicole Charbatji, deliberately withheld the truth. She purposely withheld a ton of information, and she upsold me on unnecessary products for over $2,000 worth for longer than the lease terms. They had me sign on a tiny dark electronic thing that I could barely see. While raving of such a good deal that I have received. All a ploy to keep you distracted from reading properly and understanding. Strategic.
I understand it's months end, and quotas need to be met. But, where's your humanity? Seems like, these people don't care if you have a family or your life/credit gets ruin by this. All in the name of earning commission.
I have a Daughter that I need to take care, and I was robbed of my (old, but reliable)car and $5,330.
Wednesday morning, bright and early 14 hours after I signed, I return back to the dealers. To let them know, that the oral priced of $6,500 less than the model I test drove isn't what is on the contract and that I want this fixed. That I was sold an overpriced vehicle. Over their advertised MSRP by $1,025. Totaling $37,841.50 I sat with some sales manager who claimed I got a "good deal," and "there's nothing they can do."
Friday evening, I went back to the dealers. And brought once again to their (meeting with JC) attention that I was sold an overpriced vehicle. Over their advertised MSRP by $1,025. They saw this, did the same on Wednesday morning, "it's a good deal, ummmm, yea, Rich's a good guy, you got a great deal, ummm, the deal is funded you signed the contract, there's nothing you can do."
I'm posting this in hopes it helps someone (and myself) out. Consumers, please equip yourself, some car salesmen/women are filled with sleaziest sales schemes and only concern for their commission.
I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6... - Tina721
I really wasn't in the market for a car for about 6 months, but I was in a car accident just before Christmas. Thankfully, I was OK, but my Honda Civic was totalled. It was time to upgrade to a cross over vehicle. We contacted all Nissan dealers (Albany,NY and Springfield,MA) and Johnson Nissan had the best price. We dealt with Laura from the start, and she was nothing but professional, honest and courteous. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, knowing that it was a traumatic time as well because of my car accident. When I picked up my vehicle, she spent over an hour with me in the vehicle setting up my bluetooth, going through every feature, etc. This really impressed me - I've never had a car salesperson do that before! I have already recommended Laura and Johnson Nissan to friends and co-workers.
