Last week I bought a vehicle, a Subaru Crosstrek Limited brand new 2024. exceptional experience with the individual in sales whom I was fortunate enough to have sold me my new vehicle, I would be remiss without saying a few words about this individual in your sales department, Zachary Wzyzykowski I want to share my experience at STATELINE SUBARU in Somerset, Massachusetts. Last week, I bought a brand new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. I had an excellent experience with, Zachary's Wzyzykowski sales department. He was the individual who sold me the vehicle, and I am impressed with his service and knowledge of all Subaru Models and the details of each model of Subaru I mean the differences in the Subaru Crosstrek features such as premium with leather and upgraded sound system with the 2.5 boxer engine or the vehicle I purchased with the 2.0 Boxer Engine also my car has cloth interior whereas the premium has leather interior which was explained to me by Zachary before I decided on which vehicle to purchase. When I arrived to pick it up, Zachary thoroughly and completely explained my new vehicle's exterior and interior features which makes me think I was fortunate to have Zachary as my salesperson at Stateline Subaru.

In today's market, it's helpful to know which cars are on the lot in advance, and they had the car I wanted available and ready (in immaculate condition) when I arrived, no bait and switch. The dealership is very clean and well-appointed. I will keep this experience in mind when it's time to buy again.

He was patient, respectful, and never once made me feel pressured to buy. Instead, he worked with me to find a vehicle and a price that fit within my budget, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through how everything in the vehicle worked, made sure my phone was connected, and followed up afterward to check that everything was still running smoothly. I bought this car (2014 ford explorer sport) and have had nothing put problems from day one. Shame on me for not looking it over better. The touch screen didn’t work, however I didn’t even know it was a touch screen until I realized I couldn’t do necessary things without it. So they put in a different/used touchscreen. It worked however I couldn’t control the bass on the radio. It’s way too high for my liking. He promised me another one, every time I called he said it was on its way or would be here at the end of the week. This went on for months. After a while I just gave up. I realized he was just stringing me along. The salesman was great. The kid in charge of service not so much. The car in general is the worst car I’ve ever bought.

Had to pick up a new registration form and get my new car inspected. I was told by the salesman that it would take 30 minutes. I got there around 2 and didn’t leave until after 4! I was the last person waiting for something that should have taken 15 minutes tops. If it wasn’t for the financial person checking, it could have taken longer. It was my first time using the service department and I wasn’t impressed.

I purchased two cars from Boch when it was owned by them and had a great experience! I went in to trade in my car at Nucar.. Agreed on a car and put a deposit down on a car that was coming in. I took a Friday off from work to be able to go trade in the car. I sent several text and emails as well as left a message for the sales person selling me the car, with no response. Come to find out, they didn't get the car in as the other dealership sold it rather than reserving it for me. NO one told me! I wasted a personal day from work for nothing! Then they beg for me to stay and I agree, but the next car wouldn't be there until the end of July. I found another car and offered to drive up to get it in Albany, but to buy through Nucar. ZERO response to emails or text for over a week. IT IS LIKE THEY DO NOT WANT MY BUSINESS! I would avoid this location at all cost! Until they get their priorities in line! It is called Customer Service. Looking for a new Toyota dealer as I type this, disappointed in Nucar!
