Stopped by the dealer to see what was available as I knew I would be in the market for a new Honda soon. Was greeted by a young Justin Hartges who did a great job not making me feel old! Justin was friendly, polite, and very helpful and showed me a new Honda CRV. I left with all the info I needed and after some consideration I called back and sealed the deal. The next day Justin took me through all of the new functions and electronics on the car - new to me because my Honda Fit was a 2010. He made me feel comfortable and I enjoyed the hassle-free experience. I'm happy to have my new CRV and feel like I could call Justin anytime if I have questions.

Edit: I just received a call from the general manager. He was apologetic and gracious so I’ve decided to upgrade this rating. What a nightmare! I called over two weeks ago to make my appointment for 10:15 today. Needed an oil change and to have my seat heat fixed. Should have all been covered by their warranty. My friend was picking me up for brunch, so I asked Corrie what time she expected it to be done. “This afternoon,” she said. So I hung out at my sister’s, awaiting the call. At 3pm, I was dropped off back to the service dept. I asked Cam if it was ready yet, Nope, hadn’t even been looked at. No apology, just a litany of excuses about how much work they had. But since I was there, he’d move me to the “waiter” list and I’d be next. WHY DID I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT?? And why hadn’t Corrie told me my appointment time was irrelevant? Then she tried to charge me for the oil change. I challenged her and she corrected it without an apology. Over 5 hours wasted. I know labor is hard to get right now, but that means the service managers should be communicating instead of spreading blame. And a well placed, and sincere, apology can go a long way. When you buy a car the service dept is a big part of the purchase. I’m disgusted that I’m tied to them now.

Do not go near this dealership, I don't think there is a shadier business in the area. I had seen a special on their website for leases on 2021 Civics for 170 a month (excluding taxes) with a 3K down payment, so I went in for a test drive. I confirmed this before taking a test drive too, although the salesperson actively tried to not talk about price. After about 45 minutes of wait and test drive, I asked for a quote on the most basic Civic trim and the cheapest price they gave me was 360/month (same down payment) which was more than double what was advertised and a ridiculous price too. When I mentioned that this was not the price I was expecting, the dealer took away the printed quote, said it's confidential and then left without saying goodbye which I found extremely rude.

We were up in traverse city for our 1 st vacation since the pandemic and our pilot alternator went out. It was 5 min to close we called and spoke with josh mccoy the Honda service manager he explained that they are very busy the next day and but he would try and squeeze it in he even waited a half hour past closed for us to drop it off and make sure we had everything we needed out of it. The next day he and one of his repair people came to work early to check it out so the did not disrupt others who had a appointment. It was a alternator they got the part overnight and had us fixed in time for us t o be able to enjoy our vacation. Josh was very professional and prompt and we felt as if he really cared.

Jon is only mechanic I'll let touch my car. Sure I pay more using a dealers service dept but the piece of mind is worth it. Jon has done the services on my last 3 Honda vehicles and the work has always been perfect. John at service desk is always friendly and helpful.

Came in for a simple oil change (young, female, alone). About 10 minutes in the lady comes back and tells me my oil Pan is completely stripped. She goes on to explain multiple times how the last oil place must have done it, multiple scenarios how they did it and to contact them for money. The whole interaction seemed fishy- like she was trying to overcompensate and pass blame onto the last place. Plus she wouldn’t even look me in the eyes. It was supposed to be a quick $45 stop that has now turned into over $1000 and possibly could even total my car. They put a temporary plug in and told me that the ONLY solution is a whole new oil pan. I called around, there are various other cheaper fixes, they were just trying to pull one over on me. Avoid this place and go to a real shop.

Unprofessional mechanics , heavy cost to fix the wrong parts; they said it was the struts , and inner tie rods needed to be replaced and after we replaced them nothing changed ! After all this have drained a lot of money to be charged on me for wrong fix then I took my vehicle away with the same problem I came with for the first time and figured out that was the lower control arm and then after I got to somebody to replace it the problem was gone .
