I took my accord I for a braksi inspection onlytofind I needed pads and rotors. Cliff was very informative in explaining why I needed what I needed and what to look for down the line so I can know when my brakes need to be inspected. I bent hie ears so much with questions and small talk but he wasso patient and always listened Ferndale Honda has a gem...Cliff ! Becky was very helpful as well. I truly appreciate them both!

The owner is a hellacious nightmare of a human being who lacks the decency to take responsibility for clerical errors made by the dealership. Very rude and disrespectful. I've never encountered business handled so poorly and feel awful for the rest of the sales and service staff. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
100000 mile service for 2013 Honda Civic Sedan - DBesser
Came in this past Saturday to have my 2013 Honda Civic Sedan, which I purchased from Jeffrey Honda in May 2013, to receive its 100,000 mile service. The service was prompt and professional as always. Thanks to service manager Gil Ibarra and the others at the dealership for getting me in and out so quick. Hard to believe my car has 100,000 miles on it. It still runs like new, thanks in no small part to the high quality service department. My wife and I have been buying and servicing our vehicles at Jeffrey Honda for over 25 years. I highly recommend the dealership!
Alserra Honda : Wrong diagnosis. - Michigan
Unprofessional mechanics , heavy cost to fix the wrong parts; they said it was the struts , and inner tie rods needed to be replaced and after we replaced them nothing changed ! After all this have drained a lot of money to be charged on me for wrong fix then I took my vehicle away with the same problem I came with for the first time and figured out that was the lower control arm and then after I got to somebody to replace it the problem was gone .

I recently bought a used Honda accord at this location.The sales person "Kris VanNocker" was so friendly and so knowledgeable about the car. In the middle of conversation, i asked him whether it's possible to lift the car using the car lifter to check the parts under the car. To be honest, i thought he's gonna say "No, we are busy", something like that. But he said "Yes" without any hesitation. That made me to trust this guy and the condition of the car. Big Thumbs up! Even the sales manager "Sam VanDam" was so friendly and he was checking with me whether everything going fine. I've been driving that used car for a week and I really like this vehicle. I'd highly recommend this dealer!

I meant to write this review a few months ago, but better late than never right? I worked with James Fordham and he was just fantastic. I was searching for my next car, but I wasn't sure of what I wanted and was trying to test drive a few different cars to narrow it down. I worked with around 5 other dealerships in a two week timeframe, and James was by far the best salesperson. He was extremely personable, respectful of my time and great to work with. I hope that management recognizes his above and beyond.customer service and appreciates him for all of his hard work.

I took my Pilot in for issues with sudden drastic slowing down. I spent nearly two thousand to fix the issue. Five days later as I’m driving 55 on Michigan Ave, it suddenly slows down to 25. I almost got hit. I returned to the dealership and was told they would have someone look at it and would back to me in an hour. Two hours later I asked how it was going. They said they had not taken it in yet. They offered to set up an a appointment later and I could take my car with me. Uhh, no!! I don’t have a death wish! They kept my car two weeks. Then called and asked when I would pick it up. It was done for 2 days. When I got it back my $300 prescription sunglasses were missing. I didn’t even mention this because I know nothing would be done about it. The service department lost my trust for many reasons! I have been a customer for 20 years and have bought all my cars here. Everyone was friendly.

I had to stand in the lobby waiting to be helped while the salesmen talked to each other, the one who helped me never introduced himself, made fun of another customer in the parking lot in front of me, took a personal call while helping me. And their quote was ridiculous. I have heard many bad stories over the years about this place - sorry I had to experience it myself. I should have known better.

Got a stone in windshield with less then 3000 miles on my Honda CR-V. Did not buy my car at Williams, but is the closest dealer to me. I wanted a Honda windshield, not after market. Called talked to Josh. He had me call parts to order, then parts transferred me to service. Josh told me he would call when the windshield came in to schedule a time to have it installed. A week later I called, and the windshield was there the day after I ordered it. I was told Josh would call to schedule. He didn’t. So I called Cherryland Auto Glass and scheduled it myself, and they called Williams. Appointment at 1:00, did not get out of there until 5:00. I would go look to see if it was done, no car. At 3:30 the auto glass guy came to tell me there was a problem, and he had just got done, I should be able to leave in another thirty minutes. He needed to open the hood and it wouldn’t open. They had to take it in the garage and work on it. So in turn he was there 2 1/2 hr. At no time did a Williams employee come and tell me what was going on. Not once, the glass guy did. Never again will I return for service there. Oh I should add Josh came in at 5:00 and said, “ its done “.

Working on meeting their conditions for financing that they told be at the close of business only to have them sell the car out from under me the following morning...Shady, greedy, and crooked dealings with the used car staff AT BEST! Will never recommend or visit there again....EVEN IF THE CAR WERE FREE!!

Took them 8 months to finally cancel my extended warranty that I DID NOT ASK FOR after telling me a week after I bought the vehicle from them it was canceled and was going to take 3-6 months to receive the payment on the loan, costing me over $500 for no reason. The fincance manager Jeff is a liar and all the manager had to say is “ I have no control over what other people say.” The manager was always busy and never had time to speak with me.
This place has no integrity with the work they do and don’t give a crap about you. They take advantage of you and your money from the moment you walk in the door and will completely ignore any issue you have with them.
SALES - unfair business, cheated, ripped off, poor service - Unhappy customer
**ZERO RATING** I went to the dealership to buy a 2018 Honda and instead I got 2017. Without my knowledge, during transaction it was changed to 2017 and I am not aware of it. I was ripped off, cheated, very poor customer service, no response from dealership, general manager was very rude. I will never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. Make sure to read every page before signing any document at that dealership otherwise you will be ripped off like me.
No follow up - disappointed
They only care up until the point your check clears or your cash is handed over. They messed up in processing my title. it took almost a month to receive the title just to realize that it was defective and did not include my lienholder's information. Now I have to wait in line at the Secretary of State and pay $15 to fix their mistake.
Do not go here. Who knows what else is ignored if they cannot do basic paperwork right.

This is an extension of the old car dealer stigma. I was lied to, had totally incompetent service. They could no alighn the rear wheels on my Pilot. I destroyed 2 sets of tires before they gave up and sent me to an independent who was astonished at the level of ineptitude. They are a GM dealer in Niles and have ectended that greasy haired white belt ethos. Avoid at all costs !
