Top Reviewed Specialists At This Dealership
Excellent Service - Tim
Jon is only mechanic I'll let touch my car. Sure I pay more using a dealers service dept but the piece of mind is worth it. Jon has done the services on my last 3 Honda vehicles and the work has always been perfect. John at service desk is always friendly and helpful.
Body damage repair - KEVIN0302

Great Sales Executive - Accord2014
I am a loyal customer of Tamaroff Honda. I’m on my fourth lease vehicle and love it. Sean Walter, who has been my sales executive on each vehicle makes it so easy. Sean knows what I like in a vehicle and as my family has grown so has the size of my car. I’m currently driving a 2018 CR-V and absolutely love it. Sean called me knowing my lease was coming due. We talked about features, Sean picked a vehicle out of their inventory and I came in and signed. I absolutely love this CRV. If you need a new car go see Sean he is absolutely one of the best. I wouldn’t buy/lease a car from anyone else.
Awesome Dealership! - TSFeijoo
Eric Hay, Sales Manager, of Ferndale Honda is awesome! My husband and I bought a new Honda Pilot from Ferndale. The price Eric quoted us remained the same from the time of our initial visit with him until we picked up the vehicle about two months later. Eric and Ferndale Honda’s sales people are not high pressure sellers. When you go into the dealership, you’re not “pounced on” as soon as you open the door. You can browse and ask questions without any high-pressure sales tactics. I have and will continue to recommend Eric Hay and Ferndale Honda to my family and friends. If you want a no pressure enjoyable car buying experience, talk with Eric at Ferndale Honda. Five stars all the way!!!
Replacing a stolen catalytic Converter. - lkeashly
We were stunned to discover our the catalytic converter on our 2006 Element was stolen. We wanted Jeffrey Honda to do the repair because it is where we bought the car new and they have done all the maintenance on it, Our insurance provider was fine with. that as Jeffrey Honda as a preapproved repair shop for them...another good sign that this dealership had a good rep. Jeffrey Honda arranged for a tow truck to pick up our car immediately and had it repaired and back to us in 2 days. The staff were empathetic and clearly new how to make the repairs. The rate they charged was much less than we had feared. We will continue to work with this dealership for service, repairs and future vehicle purchases.
Prompt friendly and complete - Roysue2017
We were received promptly by our service advisod, Brian. He listened to our concerns. Work was completed quickly. Pick up of car also smooth and easy. Couldn't ask for mode.
Great sales people - 14MSU
I initially met with the manager on arrival and worked with Ha. Ha listened to my needs and what I was looking for. She was not pushy and was patient while I reviewed my options. I had previously went to 3 different dealerships and I was very impressed by Ha's professionalism and even staying late to complete the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership and Ha - I drove 90 mins one way just to work with them!
Helpful and convenient! - Ed
Took care of all the details and easy to work with! Daughter left with a huge smile after the phone sync and instrument panel review to her new Civic - Happy 16th! :)
Michael Smith from Troy Honda, MI is the best! - Ingrid S. - Ingrid S.
Michael Smith is a wonderful salesman, not pushy, honest, good customer service and very friendly. This is our first time buying Honda and we had the best experience because of him. We felt very comfortable dealing with him. We highly recommend him if you need to buy Honda.
Excellent service - Mygoodcar
Mr Williams provided excellent service to me and to my family. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the hybrids we were interested in. He helped make the purchase go quickly and smoothly.
High pressure - PearL
I bought.a three year old VW, and my husband and I declined additional warranties. When I picked up the vehicle without my husband, I was highly pressured by an additional sales person and another from finance. The sales rep asked me how long I had been married and said my husband wouldn’t divorce me if I purchased it anyway. Ouch!!!
First of all, I bought the car on my own without my husband. I’m a grown woman capable of making my own decisions. Second, asking me about my marriage was highly unprofessional. I was quite uncomfortable.
Should have walked away from the purchase. I had to make that threat to get the vehicle in my hands.
Bought the car from Troy, but he was not the person who finalized the sale due to a family emergency. I cannot remember the other rep who made me so uncomfortable.
Seevice - Bullseye2
Left multiple messages to service dept won’t return calls this has been an issue in the past. Excuse received from the operator was they had many calls and were too busy to call me back

BEST in class!!!!! - tdmervenne
We had a TREMENDOUS experience at Crown Motors!!! We had never been to this dealership before and were looking for a car to replace my Jeep. My husband and I were inquiring about a 2019 Envision for me. From the minute we walked into the dealership we felt welcomed!!! We had been to many other dealerships in the past couple of weeks in Grand Rapids and Grandville and they felt chaotic and cold. This atmosphere was TOTALLY different! It was calm and comfortable. Our salesperson, Erik Lee, greeted us immediately with a BIG smile. He was VERY friendly and attentive to our needs. We were so IMPRESSED his professionalism and the fact that the new car manager, Marty, came out, right away, to greet us! He knew we were coming in that night and also was aware of all of the details of our appt. That NEVER happened at the other dealerships! We had a budget in mind and they BENT OVER BACKWARDS to make it work for us with rebates etc. (We had even attempted to purchase a car from the last dealership we got my Jeep from, thinking we were repeat customers so we would get the best deal from them and they couldn't come close to the numbers we were looking for!) We went in one night and I was driving it out the next! I am absolutely THRILLED with my 2019 Envision, it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and drives like a DREAM! We cannot thank our salesperson, Erik Lee, new car manager, Marty, and Crown Motors enough for all of the HOSPITALITY and an EXCEPTIONAL experience!!! During the whole tedious car buying process, Crown Motors made it very PLEASANT and EASY!!! We look forward to MANY years with Crown Motors, we will DEFINITELY be referring them to our friends and family! We know why they are called, "CROWN" Motors...its because they treat you like ROYALTY there! Teresa M
Alserra Honda : Wrong diagnosis. - Michigan
Unprofessional mechanics , heavy cost to fix the wrong parts; they said it was the struts , and inner tie rods needed to be replaced and after we replaced them nothing changed ! After all this have drained a lot of money to be charged on me for wrong fix then I took my vehicle away with the same problem I came with for the first time and figured out that was the lower control arm and then after I got to somebody to replace it the problem was gone .
Terrible .... - Razor
You have all heard the term "used car salesman". These are some of the shadyest I have ever encountered.... All they want is your money in their pocket. No customer satisfaction. They know you won't be back. Buyer be Very Wary.
bad experience - Still looking
Over hour away and the confirmed (by email) car was not available. Looked at another interrior not very clean, refused test drive. Another had burn hole in seat., as told tome by salesperson. Tired of run around and left.
Never again - Inter man
Took in my 03 accord for a power steering hose recall. Came home went to leave with the car again. High pitched squealing under the hood. Called William's said they are not responsible for any damage caused by them from doing the recall. Tensioner or belt. It didn't make this noise before it went in to them
Always heard you will leave there with more problems than you come in with. Guess that is true. Will never go the again for anything.
extortion, lies, run round, and likely other illegal activit - PisssedLady
Betten Baker Honda is giving used car dealers a bad name. For details of the extortion, lies, run round, and likely other illegal activities see below.
We bought our 2016 CRV 10 weeks ago with just 12K miles on it. Last week I get a call from Tom Schwab, the salesman, telling me that I owe another $190 because they had to renew my registration (it was still good for 2.5 months when I signed and from what another salesman there tells me they only have to renew if it's within 30 days of expiring.) He tells me he has the registration and tags and he won't give them to me until I come give him a check for another $190.
I email him a couple of hours after the call that my receipt shows I paid $210 for fees, including the registration, and I'm not paying any more. If a mistake was made it was on their end and at their cost.
No reply for several days.
I call today at 1100 and ask If Tom got my email. He did and he starts telling me I still owe $190 beyond what the receipt shows I paid for registration. When I reiterate my stance Tom tells me Adam is supposed to call me about this issue. I tell Tom no, he called me and he asked me for the money and told me he has my registration so II expect him to resolve this problem, I don't want to wait any longer, my tags expire after tomorrow and I need to be able to use this car. I ask for his manager and he says "I have a manager but he's not in today." He tells me Adam is walking in from the parking lot now and he'll have him call me right away.
An hour later I try to call an Tom doesn't pick up, I call the main office and ask to speak with Adam. I'm put through to voicemail. I call the main office again and no one answers, I call every 5 minutes for several attempts with no answer. When I borrow Tony's phone, I get an answer on the 1st ring. Ask to speak to the manager, Adam, or Tom. No one is available but this new salesman will make sure someone gets back to me right away.
An hour later I get online and find the manager, Justin Giauque's phone number. I give him a call and he answers. THE MANAGER IS IN AND TOM LIED! He tells me he has no idea what's going on since this is the first he's heard about this issue. I say I'm shocked since it's an ongoing problem and I asked to speak with Tom's manager earlier today but Tom told me he wasn't in. As evidence that he was unaware of the problem THE MANAGER SAYS HE WOULDN'T HAVE ANSWERED THE PHONE IF HE'D KNOWN WHO I WAS! He tells me he would have screened my call like everyone else was probably doing.
He called the "Girls upstairs" to find out exactly what was going on and came back to tell me that through no fault of my own they had needed to renew the registration and that he would mail me the registration and tags at no charge. I asked him not to since I need them tomorrow and I drove the 2 hours to pick them up.
My last thought? How do you renew another person's vehicle registration without their consent, let alone signature? I feel like that's probably not legal.
Turned my negative into a positive - Kjstockman
Jimmy g got me out 2 upside down car loans with high interest.into a new honda civic with 1.9 interest.cant beat that.i tryed that at 3 other dealerships.none could do what he did.you rock jimmy g.your golf game needs work.
Door Adjustment - Door Adjustment
I took my CRV in for a door adjustment because I am hearing wind noise in my driver window. The mechanic was very friendly and seemed confident that he could quickly fix my problem. He even washed my car. I was very excited to like the problem had been fixed so quickly. After I left the dealership I realized that while the wind noise was gone my door stuck when opening and closing. I returned again and he said that he could adjust the door handle but then the wind noise may return to let him know how it worked out. Well, the door still sticks a bit and the noise is as annoying as it was when I first arrived. One thing that bothered me the most is that the car was never taken for a test drive. I would really hesitate to bring my car back here for service.
Service dept fraud - Caross513
I have leased and purchased vehicles at Fisher Honda for several years. I will never use this dealership again. Their service dept is terrible! I have taken my vehicle their for all my oil changes as required. They do this multi inspection each time. I was told they rotate my tires at every oil change.
My lease is for 36,000 miles, took delivery on 9/22/15. On 4/22/16 mileage was 7,460 and my tire tread was marked as:
Front left 8/32nd, Front right 8/32nd
Rear left 9/32nd, Rear right 9/32nd.
On 7/16/17 mileage was 22,398
Front left 8/32nd, Front right 8/32nd
Rear left 8/32nd, Front right 8/32nd
On 3/19/18 mileage was 29,090
Front left 9/32nd, Front right 9/32nd
Rear left 9/32nd, Rear right 9/32nd.
I had a vehicle appraisal done in March 2018 at a different Honda dealership (in Ann Arbor) and had to pay $52.00 for an oil change when they were suppose to be free, they said my front tires were bald and rear were close to being bald! I’d say there seem to be a big problem!
I contacted the tire company, Continental, and they told me that tire was NOT rated for any specific miles. I’ve never heard of a tire that didn’t last at least 30,000 miles. Why would Honda put such poor tires on a 36,000 mile lease! After several calls to Continental and Honda I was told “Oh yeah we did have a batch of bad tires put on the CRV’s”
My safety was in jeopardy so I was forced to purchase 4 new tires.which cost me $315.85.
I no longer have any faith in Honda’s quality so I will NOT lease another Honda. Because of that you are now trying to make me pay for a 30,000 maintanance at nearly $300.00 AND a $350.00 turn in fee! So you lease a sub standard vehicle and you want ME to put on new tires and do an expensive maintance so you have a used car on the lot that you can sell for more money! Doesn’t seem ethical to me.
CRV customer - Bonita
Victory Honda of Plymouth is a great place to buy a vehicle I bought three Honda CRVs the service is great the car salesman a great and very helpful I love Warren that works in the service department and the lady that cooks the breakfast is awesome
Trying to schedule for an airbag recall - DusCon
I have been a long time loyal customer with Fox Honda, this is my 2nd New Pilot with them. In order to schedule an appointment, you have to deal with a very snotty, impatient, lady named Jessica. I asked to speak with someone else, but she told me that there was no one else there. She is the only one who can set up an appointment for me. All I know is that my next vehicle will not be a Honda, or purchased through a Fox dealership.
Bought vehicle and didn't get a license plate and mud flaps - jeff123
Unfortunately very poor sales follow up. Over two weeks and I'm still waiting to receive license plate and mud flaps in mail. I live about an hour away. I did get the title, but the secure party wasn't put in, so I went to SOS and changed title and bought a plate. Still waiting on flaps. BTW, they don't return calls.
Service dept is totally incompetent - Snog
This is an extension of the old car dealer stigma. I was lied to, had totally incompetent service. They could no alighn the rear wheels on my Pilot. I destroyed 2 sets of tires before they gave up and sent me to an independent who was astonished at the level of ineptitude. They are a GM dealer in Niles and have ectended that greasy haired white belt ethos. Avoid at all costs !
