Very informative, and reliable service. I am not experienced in financing cars. I felt the service was very professional, and worth the money. I would purchase another car through this dealership, and with these representatives. I only wish they offered a complimentary oil change.

Scott has excellent customer service skills, and professionalism. He was very kind and helpful in finding us an SUV. We are very happy with our purchase, and the care that the dealership has taken with preventative maintenance on the vehicle since we bought it in fall of 2016. They let us inspect the vehicle before buying and also test drive it. They took the time to make sure we were happy with our purchase and also have offered good incentives for future purchases. Scott was patient with us in helping us find the right suv and is nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend! The dealership[ staff and Scott were good at negotiating what we needed, and we are appreciative for all the work they have done for us. I have a 2003 Honda Civic that's beginning to need expensive repairs. Rob and Mike (service tech) were extremely wonderful: fixing the problem, providing a loaner vehicle, explaining the process. Wouldn't take my sweet old Honda anywhere else.

We have purchased 3 Pre-Owned Honda vehicles form Battle Creek Honda. Everyone at this dealership is a pleasure to work with. We have never felt any "pressure" from anyone to buy a vehicle. Service staff goes up and beyond to explain what needs to be done, why it needs to be done and if the service can be put off for a while. The mechanics work very hard to make sure the repairs that are needed are done right the first time and nearly 100% of the time those repairs are just that, 100%.
Each and every time greeted with a smile, hand shake, "How can we assist you today". Coffee is always there to enjoy while you wait, fresh with comfortable area to wait. Vehicle is ready when promised after service work complete.

Car breaks down. Tow service is 2-3 hours out in scheduling a pick up. Left my car to be towed into Rivertown Honda. I had explained the 'noises/smells' to Duane (service manager) that preceded my car not running, but I wondered how things would go with me not being along for the tow ride to the Honda Dealership (to explain, again, what had happened). No need for me to worry--Duane contacted me with the diagnosis/repair/cost that day. Not a cheap repair, but so thankful for the way Rivertown handled all the details. Repairs/preventive maintenance is one of their areas of expertise!!! Thank you!

A number of problems with service at this dealership. Waited for extensive period of time for my oil change. (Had an appointment, was told it will take 45 min to an hour. An hour after appointment time my car was still awaiting services. Ryan was rude, loud and confrontational. Instead of apologizing, brought another customer into conversion. Other front desk clerks (four of them) were observing the spectacle. I proceeded to pay for the service while waiting to speed up my departure. Asked to explain how coupon discount was calculated as the system does not list the oil recycle fee and it is not clear what amount the tax was calculated of. Ryan kept arguing cutting me off, saying he personally does not charge me. It felt as if I were talking to misbehaving teenager. When they finally brought my car out, it was not washed. The car inspection was not done.When I drove home my windshield froze, I was not able to clean and wipe it. Checked the windshield wiper fluid level in my garage. It was clear (not blue), and looked like they added water to it. Manager did not returned my calls for a week. When I finally got a hold of her, she yelled at me, said Ryan never told me the wait will be only 45 - 60 min as she herd personally that he said 1.5 hr. The worst part was she could care less that the service was not done properly. She said that I was a bad customer. Will never go back there again and spoke to a few of my friends - they will not go there either. Apparently Page Honda is declining for quite some time. Terrible customer service! Upsetting. Worried about safety.

Years ago, I went to dealerships for cars other than Honda's. During the past 18 years I have, on one occasion, visited a Honda dealership other than Tamaroff. Neither of those activities will ever be repeated. Everyone at Tamaroff from sales, finance, management, service, and repair, all make every experience (even the need for the body shop) a pleasant one. No hassles, no "tall tales", just people who do a great job of taking care of the customer. They have my respect and loyalty because they have earned it.

SALES - unfair business, cheated, ripped off, poor service - Unhappy customer
**ZERO RATING** I went to the dealership to buy a 2018 Honda and instead I got 2017. Without my knowledge, during transaction it was changed to 2017 and I am not aware of it. I was ripped off, cheated, very poor customer service, no response from dealership, general manager was very rude. I will never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. Make sure to read every page before signing any document at that dealership otherwise you will be ripped off like me.

Visited today for my 1st oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. Dropped car off at 9:30am and ask her if car would be completed by 11am and she keep her word and had my car finished and ready to go as promised. Have a 2017 CRV "fully loaded" and getting 32.2 mpg. WOW is that great.

I recently bought a used Honda accord at this location.The sales person "Kris VanNocker" was so friendly and so knowledgeable about the car. In the middle of conversation, i asked him whether it's possible to lift the car using the car lifter to check the parts under the car. To be honest, i thought he's gonna say "No, we are busy", something like that. But he said "Yes" without any hesitation. That made me to trust this guy and the condition of the car. Big Thumbs up! Even the sales manager "Sam VanDam" was so friendly and he was checking with me whether everything going fine. I've been driving that used car for a week and I really like this vehicle. I'd highly recommend this dealer!

Have purchased several vehicles from Fox Honda over the years and every single time was an easy, stress-freeexperience. They always go above and beyond to make the purchase the best one for your needs, and keep their word about all their services and statements. The service people have always been wonderful and professional - just can't find any flaws. Will be a customer for life and commend them to all friends and family.
No follow up - disappointed
They only care up until the point your check clears or your cash is handed over. They messed up in processing my title. it took almost a month to receive the title just to realize that it was defective and did not include my lienholder's information. Now I have to wait in line at the Secretary of State and pay $15 to fix their mistake.
Do not go here. Who knows what else is ignored if they cannot do basic paperwork right.
Service dept is totally incompetent - Snog
This is an extension of the old car dealer stigma. I was lied to, had totally incompetent service. They could no alighn the rear wheels on my Pilot. I destroyed 2 sets of tires before they gave up and sent me to an independent who was astonished at the level of ineptitude. They are a GM dealer in Niles and have ectended that greasy haired white belt ethos. Avoid at all costs !
