I've owned and been driving Hondas for many years, never did I experience such professional and accommodating service. I spent half the day calling Honda dealerships all around the tristate area. Only to find that Hudson Honda was able to fit me in and handle my emergency. From the parts person, Jeffery who asked for the vin# of my vehicle before I traveled 1 1/2 hours to the dealership, to the service advisor, Jose Caminero, who stayed past their closing time to finish the job. It was worth the trip, I'd recommend this Hudson Honda to everyone!

Had my 2025 Mazda CX 5 serviced today. Had a service technician go for test drive regarding vibration I thought to be noticeable and Brendan [tech] was very professional. The vibration is normal. Service manager Chris S. is very good at explained everything That would be done and any possible cost. Pine Belt gave me a loner CX 50 Hybrid While they serviced my car. It was good seeing Brandon Phillips from sales. He's very good at getting a good price for the CX 5 and a really good $$$$$ for my trade in.

My vehicle was repaired through insurance after a collision, but the collision representative, Neil, completely disregarded most of the repairs I had specifically requested and used nearly $23,000 in insurance funds without my approval — the original estimate was around $15,000. The repair took two months longer than initially promised, and the car was returned to me with the coolant completely drained. I had to bring it back to the dealer due to a coolant issue, but I never received an apology. I originally wanted the car to be restored using the same parts I had before, but the dealership used the insurance funds to install different parts instead. As a result, the insurance company now refuses to replace them again. Even now, there are visible panel gaps and alignment issues in the repaired areas, but Neil insists it’s my problem and says I’ll have to pay again if I want them fixed. He smiles in person, but barely responds to emails or phone calls. I’ve driven this dealership’s vehicles for many years and have recommended it to many others — but I no longer feel comfortable doing so. Very disappointing experience.

took my car to hyundai over my key was not working.. george the shop former sent a clip to my iphone of him taking my key apart and pointing to teh part of the circuit board that shorted out..... he said water damage NOT warranty.... not happy to fork over 400 clams for the key but the explaination was CLEAR and transpirant.... not alotof mechanic shops have a george these days im coming back for more work.... i want only him working on my truck

I lost my only key fob and though (2) were not available at the time He explained that he would order them immediately so that the following day the (2) would be programmed. I didn’t have a way home so he made sure that a courtesy ride would be provided. Steven is a very caring individual and made my time less stressful. Steven will always be the representative I will always come to when my car need to be serviced. Thank you Steve you are the best. Thank you for putting forth great service and good vibes.
