Dwayne was well informed about the car and explained all its bells and whistles in full detail. He was funny, personable and honest. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, they are con artist just looking to make a sale. They were very rude, unprofessional and poor communication. I made an appointment with Heidi Jensen on 3/7/22 for 3/8/22, to come in for a test drive & look at the model I was interested in. I was told to ask for Joe. Upon arriving a salesman named Adam greeted me, I explained what I was there for and who I needed to see. He said Joe wasn't available, but he could help. Come to find out, the vehicle wasn't available for a test drive or purchase. He said I would need to order it, with a expected arrival date some time in August for $56,533 (just being greedy). This price is about $7,000 over, what other dealerships are asking for this same model and package. I even pulled out the paperwork from the dealership, that I'm ordering from and showed him. I asked why was the price so high? He said he doesn't know, that what the manager said. I explained that I wanted to see the manager, because this is ridiculous. Of course the manager comes out full of bullcrap. I explained to him, I'm very straight forward, I don't play games & I don't appreciate my time being wasted.
After walking out, I received a call from Heidi with her lies. First, she said we were at the wrong location. I told her she gave us the location (she was on speaker, so I have a witness), and she told us to ask for Joe. She claim she had us at the Canandaigua location with somebody named Brian (again either she was lying, put the information in the system wrong or gave us the wrong information). After that, it was one lie after another coming out her mouth and she continued to try and switch her story. Sorry I'm not the one. I'm very well educated, professional and work in Business Management. I came to this dealership under false pretense. It was a total waste of my time and gas. I don't recommend them, save yourself the hassle and find a different dealership. I promise it's not worth the headache or lies.

The experience was awful! The 2010 Forester, which we had bought from them, was not roadworthy. Less than 24 hours after purchase, it suffered a significant mechanical failure. My wife, her mother, and our two children were taking a short trip on winding backcountry roads when the incident occurred, requiring the car to be towed- as it was unsafe to drive. The dealership misrepresented the work that had been done on the car both on the carfax report and to us personally. To make matters worse, the dealership repaired the supposedly broken brake caliper but refused to address any of the additional issues that were discovered, disclaiming the implied warranty after the fact, never in writing. In fact, days later when the car showed signs of additional issues, they lied and told us that the implied warranty did not apply to the vehicle because it is over 100,000 miles; thus, refusing to refund our purchase. When I sought to show the NYS statute that proves the implied warranty remains in effect within the first 30 days after purchase, if there are any safety issues with the vehicle and/or misrepresentation on the part of the dealership, the manager became verbally abusive. He even said that if we wanted to trade the Forester for one that is roadworthy, he wouldn't give us the full monetary value that we had originally paid, just days prior. I have been advised by both a mechanic and an attorney to report the dealership to the DMV and the Better Business Bureau. Avoid Romeo Kia of Kingston. Your life might literally depend on it.

They make you fill out and sign an application, and speak with insurance, in order to give you a quote. Then they shred the application if you don’t want the car. The sales rep was pissed and gave attitude when I wanted to see him actually shredding the paper. WASTE OF TIME and disrespectful! The quote wasn’t clear (it didn’t include taxes) and the manager implied that I don’t know how to calculate interest through time. The sales representative gave me a misleading information on the car price on the phone. I don’t recommend this dealership.

Purchased two cars from the old dealership name Revolution Kia. All the perks that were offered were swept away with the name change. Perks like reduced price for oil changes, included tire rotations and other perks gone with the name change. I still brought it in for a few more oil changes and the Service Department will out right lie to you about services needed. For example you have a rear disk cracked and and the rest of the pads are razor thin and need to be replaced now! I was told it was dangerous to even drive home if I refused service. After being told it was going to be 1500. I walked out took it to Firestone Lindenhurst and they said, disks okay, pads should be changed in about another 20k more. My other car had a service package that included oil changes, tire rotations and some basic maintenance. Every time I used it I would be told some outrageous lie that I had to take the car to Firestone to see if they were telling the truth about the car needing new belts, brakes, coolant, belts, tie rods, struts and more. I could not wait until the service package ended so that I could take the car to get basic maintenance somewhere else.

I’m 22 years old with a receptionist job and didnt expect to have enough money to get something right away. Kelly and Yasser were the two people who worked closely with me to discuss what I’m looking for and what my options are especially having no credit. Within a week I get my dream car at a affordable price! Not only that but they are even helping me build my credit! Getting all the paperwork done takes some time but with the friendly staff I didn’t mind hanging out. Everyone had an amazing energy, funny and sweet yet always professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience leasing my first car and am forever grateful for Kelly and Yasser for making it happen at a price that’s personally affordable for me.

It's hard to adequately express how frustrated I am by the service, or lack thereof, I have gotten recently at Dorschel (now Bob Johnson) Kia. But I'll try: Several weeks ago, the check engine light came on in my 2015 Kia Soul, which has around 79K miles on it and been regularly maintained. I took it to Dorschel and was told it was extremely low on oil as a result of the car's engine burning oil at an accelerated rate. I was further told, much to my shock, that the engine likely would need to be replaced and that Kia would do it ... under certain oil-burning parameters that only make sense to Kia. I was instructed to continue driving the car and bring it to the dealership every 1,000 miles to have the rate of oil consumption checked. I already had done that twice and planned to take it in again midweek this week when I estimated I'd hit the 1,000-mile mark again. But yesterday, having driven less than 800 miles since the previous check, the check oil light started flashing. The person who answered the Dorschel service desk phone this morning advised me not to drive the car, so I'm stuck. I have left five voicemail messages for the service person I have been dealing with since this fiasco began and the service manager and haven't heard back from either of them. Not even an "We're extremely busy today, but we're going to call you back ASAP with a solution" courtesy-type call. An appalling lack of response.

Looking back, I can still remember the first time I brought my 2005 dodge neon in for service and how respectful and friendly Jamie Major was, as well as, how quick he was to get my car looked at and figure out what the problem was. After a couple times of bringing the automobile in for service I started to realize the only ones I trusted touching my car for repairs was the place I got it. I found that no matter how many times I brought my automobile in if there was any problem small or big they were always respectful and friendly and were always willing to fix the problem. Overall I can say that of all the places I know of that offer auto repair services I have never heard of any as friendly and respectful as Durocher's Service Center.
