I've dealt with different car dealerships in the past. Some have been nightmares. Not so with Smithtown Kia. My family and I have been leasing with them for years. The staff are very polite, respectful and informative. Greg Carrion, the General Manager, is the best! He is professional, personable and caring. My Salesman, Gerard Rennie, was the nicest guy ever. I wanted a new Optima. I expected to have to settle for what was left of the 2018 models. He gave me a car that was better than I had hoped for. It was a 2019 Optima S, a brand new edition to the line. What a beautiful car. Gerard went to Greg and worked out a fantastic deal. Greg made sure I was happy with the car. It was an offer I couldn't refuse! Gerard encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions or concerns. Honorable mention also goes to Rosa Fernandez-Walker. She was very friendly and made the finance part painless.

Miss Anzalone was a breath of fresh air when compared to some salespeople I have dealt with in the past , full of life and very , very patient . Aside from being knowledgeable , she was not in the least bit pushy when told that I was still looking at other small SUVs besides the Sportage and had no interest in the Niro . At 63 , it's nice being treated like an adult ! She readily asked for assistance from Mr. Wozniak with the one question she wasn't sure of , instead of keeping me guessing , and the two of them worked beautifully together answering my questions about how hybrids worked . ( I already posted a review of the dealership when rating Jesse Wozniak )

This was without a doubt the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had in 50 years of buying cars. The salesman "Ben Burrell" made the process so easy. After an email to Vision KIA with the Sorento I was looking for, the internet representative "Heidi Jensen" got back to me in about 10 minutes and said they had found just what I wanted. Ben contacted me and I told him to give me the price it would be out the door. He got back to me with a very fair price and I told him we have a deal. The best part I didn't have to go to the dealership until I took possession of the vehicle. Being that the dealership is 50 miles away and being that Ben lived near me he even picked me up to get the vehicle.

Replaced my engine on my 2012 KIA Optima - MRRain43
I purchased a car from a dealership (don’t want to use names) but the guy screams “HUGE” on TV! There was a recall for all 2011 - 2013 certain models and only out of a manufacture plant from the Midwest. I also had a warranty on it still. These scam artists denied my claim 3 different times. The cowards hid behind a 3rd party company that supposedly denied my claim. They said it looks like I haven’t replaced my oil. I could not prove 1 out of 5 oil changes.Then had the nerve to ask me if I want to buy another car? What xxxx!
So hears the good news: I happened to be shopping for another car at Burdick KIA and I happened to be talking with the service manager about my service issue and he told me to bring the car in. He originally told me that it may take 2-3 weeks to replace the engine, it was done in 10 days! I asked him why he did not ask about oil changes and he said: “I can tell that you changed your oil, I also seen the recall problem in the oil”! Needless to say I purchased a new car anyways just to show my gratitude. Thank you Kia Family for reaffirming my belief that there are still good companies out there that truly care about their customers. Thank you again BURDICK Family!

an appoitment to take care of those bumps and bruises. I'm very pleased with how they handled

I purchased a 2016 Kia Forte 5 from Eddie Quinones. Eddie did not pressure me. Not even once. He answered a pile of questions. I know I took about 2 hours of his time. Not once did I get the impression he was in a hurry to get things moving. He was pleasant, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. Everyone has their own reasons for buying a car. He understood my reasons and helped me get into a car I really like. I really can't say anything bad, it was all good.

I went out during the freezing temperatures to look for a car. I stopped at Kia on my to the Chevy dealer. I was lucky enough to get Albert Salib as my salesperson. He took his time to explain my options and worked with me and my budget. I was looking for a compact car and I read through many reliable reviews that a Kia Forte was at the top of the list. Between Albert's great personality, price and the great features of the Forte, I was sold. This was a easy process from beginning to the end and I am very satisfied with my car. Get out of the cold and stop by Kia for warm, friendly service and ask for Albert!

WORST LIVING NIGHTMARE - BEWARE
I wish there was an option for -5 stars. My experience with Dorscel Kia and now recently VIsion KIA, since I bought it new in 2013 has been a living nightmare. There is constantly something wrong with the car and they have not permanently fixed any of them and now that my warranty has expired I have been paying to have the same things "fixed" Worst part is that they have charged me for work they never did. I have taken pictures of these things and filed a case with KIA headquarters.

the venue was clean the salesmen was very professional the music was terrible I dont prefer to listen to hip hop rap music. the manager was a jerk he put my car outside to bring a car off the show room in for a commercial the next day it was 730pm maybe 35 degrees and not lighted very well and cold. the salesman did his best to introduce us to the car and its features my wife was standing in the cold looking in the door next to me. needless to say a few days later my wife was running out of gas and did not know where the gas cover release was. wich would have been shown to us if we werent cold and just wanted to leave . Billy please address this, unless you dont want return customers because we are owed a HUGE apology Matt Dimanno was our salesmen and very professional i would recommend him, just not you manager
