I was involved in accident which resulted in the total loss of my 2018 Optima S. Needing a new car and frustrated by the games that Yonkers Kia played last time, I opted for Kia of White Plains. They got me into a 2019 Optima S for about the same price I was paying for the 2018! After being toyed with about the down payment on the last lease, James answered all my questions about surprise costs and hidden fess on this lease with patience and professionalism; he also walked me through the process of settling up with Kia Finance for the loss of the older vehicle. Carolina was genuinely excited for the purchase of my vehicle, and was extremely patient with my delay of almost 2 weeks from time of deposit to completion as I waited for the insurance processes to move forward. I stopped by last September , and Jesse came to the rescue of the rookie salesgirl ( also a pleasure to deal with ) who was trying to answer my questions . He was a great listener and seemed to make the girl feel more confident ...no competition involved . Jesse went out of his way to assist his partner in thoroughly answering all of my questions . This was really an unusual experience for me , being respectfully and patiently treated as an adult by two salespersons at once ( at the age of 63 , how nice to be treated as an adult ! ) ; what a contrast to many other dealerships . Per my request , South Shore has largely left me alone since then , as I wanted to wait until my VW lease was running out . I will be back soon , whenever Jesse is available .

I was there for my first NYS Inspection for my 2018 Kia Niro. I was told it would take 30 minutes and it did. From the minute I pulled in until paperwork was finalized and I was escorted out by April, no more than 30 minutes had passed. The service area and ladies' bathroom were very clean. This was without a doubt the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had in 50 years of buying cars. The salesman "Ben Burrell" made the process so easy. After an email to Vision KIA with the Sorento I was looking for, the internet representative "Heidi Jensen" got back to me in about 10 minutes and said they had found just what I wanted. Ben contacted me and I told him to give me the price it would be out the door. He got back to me with a very fair price and I told him we have a deal. The best part I didn't have to go to the dealership until I took possession of the vehicle. Being that the dealership is 50 miles away and being that Ben lived near me he even picked me up to get the vehicle.

Replaced my engine on my 2012 KIA Optima - MRRain43
I purchased a car from a dealership (don’t want to use names) but the guy screams “HUGE” on TV! There was a recall for all 2011 - 2013 certain models and only out of a manufacture plant from the Midwest. I also had a warranty on it still. These scam artists denied my claim 3 different times. The cowards hid behind a 3rd party company that supposedly denied my claim. They said it looks like I haven’t replaced my oil. I could not prove 1 out of 5 oil changes.Then had the nerve to ask me if I want to buy another car? What xxxx!
So hears the good news: I happened to be shopping for another car at Burdick KIA and I happened to be talking with the service manager about my service issue and he told me to bring the car in. He originally told me that it may take 2-3 weeks to replace the engine, it was done in 10 days! I asked him why he did not ask about oil changes and he said: “I can tell that you changed your oil, I also seen the recall problem in the oil”! Needless to say I purchased a new car anyways just to show my gratitude. Thank you Kia Family for reaffirming my belief that there are still good companies out there that truly care about their customers. Thank you again BURDICK Family!

After dealing with numerous dealerships that we could see were trying to get us to spend alot of money and handing us alot of crap, we decided to try the Nissan/Kia dealership in Middletown,N.Y. The salesman they took care of us was Rich Walsh. He was like a breath of fresh air compared to what other salesmen we encountered. We told him what we were looking for and what our budget was. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us find the vehicle that would not only meet our needs but also did his very best to get it for a price that we could afford. He took the time to honestly answer all our questions and by the time we left we were driving home in our new 2018 Nissan Frontier. He definitely diserves our highest recommendation.

I went out during the freezing temperatures to look for a car. I stopped at Kia on my to the Chevy dealer. I was lucky enough to get Albert Salib as my salesperson. He took his time to explain my options and worked with me and my budget. I was looking for a compact car and I read through many reliable reviews that a Kia Forte was at the top of the list. Between Albert's great personality, price and the great features of the Forte, I was sold. This was a easy process from beginning to the end and I am very satisfied with my car. Get out of the cold and stop by Kia for warm, friendly service and ask for Albert!
Nightmare - BEWARE
Where to start. Service manager called after reading my 1st review and asked me to bring my car in to take another look at the headlights & turn signals kept burning out after several attempts to repair them. Somewhere along the lines I was told the connector WAS replaced on driver side. Come to find out when Midas looked at it....the connector was burnt! Dorschel did install a new bulb and bulb holder after my first review. This fixed it but then the driver side Fog Light went out (which I had never used them for 5 yrs I have had the car but had to when headlight was out). And then while in the body shop they noticed the passenger headlight was out, AGAIN. Car was taken from body shop to service where I then went to pick it up. When I started the car the check engine light was on! So it was pulled back in and they claim it has to do with the oil filter that was purchased and put in at another shop. They wanted to charge me for THEIR filter and oil to see if that fixed the check engine light. AND to top it all off....my electric starter wasn't working anymore!! They claimed I didn't get the starter through them and they had NEVER seen a device like the one installed. About 20 minutes later they bring an invoice out for the installation from when I bought the car! After being there for 4.5 hours my car was still not ready and I had to leave on foot to meet my ride. Dorschel is clearly not capable of fixing the problem.
Wish there was an option for -5 stars. My experience with Dorscel Kia and now recently Vision Kia, since I bought my Sorento new in 2013 has been a living nightmare. There is constantly something wrong with the car and they have not permanently fixed any of them and now that my warranty has expired I have been paying to have the SAME things "fixed". Worst part is that they have charged me for work they claimed they did but didn't. I have taken pictures of these things and filed a case with KIA headquarters.

The workers prove to be incompetent an have no respect of people’s time. They do not communicate well with each other. Also charge me for work that was already done. I feel they are crooks. I had to wait 7 days to return my vehicle an the problems still exist. To be frank they SUCK!!!
