I purchased a car from a dealership (don’t want to use names) but the guy screams “HUGE” on TV! There was a recall for all 2011 - 2013 certain models and only out of a manufacture plant from the Midwest. I also had a warranty on it still. These scam artists denied my claim 3 different times. The cowards hid behind a 3rd party company that supposedly denied my claim. They said it looks like I haven’t replaced my oil. I could not prove 1 out of 5 oil changes.Then had the nerve to ask me if I want to buy another car? What xxxx!
So hears the good news: I happened to be shopping for another car at Burdick KIA and I happened to be talking with the service manager about my service issue and he told me to bring the car in. He originally told me that it may take 2-3 weeks to replace the engine, it was done in 10 days! I asked him why he did not ask about oil changes and he said: “I can tell that you changed your oil, I also seen the recall problem in the oil”! Needless to say I purchased a new car anyways just to show my gratitude. Thank you Kia Family for reaffirming my belief that there are still good companies out there that truly care about their customers. Thank you again BURDICK Family!

Scott Takacs was able to order electrical relays that were not in stock at any Jeep dealers or auto parts stores in the area or online either. He had the parts at 8 AM the next day. Even gave me discount pricing as well. Very friendly to work with. He took the time to look up the parts on the phone which I am sure can be difficult, especially when they have customers waiting for service in the store. Will defiantly go back for Mopar parts for quality and price and good service.

I’m 22 years old with a receptionist job and didnt expect to have enough money to get something right away. Kelly and Yasser were the two people who worked closely with me to discuss what I’m looking for and what my options are especially having no credit. Within a week I get my dream car at a affordable price! Not only that but they are even helping me build my credit! We started the purchasing process over text, we were offered a specific stock number car and when we went to pick it up found out it was not the same trim level as the car we are actually buying. We were given the wrong stock numbers. To make us feel better, they gave us 1 year of free service but the hours are week days only and no weekend hours or use the shuttle... LMAO... people do work ya know!! I can’t the day off for a darn polio change! Pretty bad offer at the end. Hardly a deal once we actually went to use. I was treated poorly but the finance manager and the owner Dan, seems to only really care about positive reviews. He ignores others for some reason. Pretty sad overall experience and I will never buy anything from this rinky dink dealership. I would love a call but doubt I will ever get one.

Very deceptive. I went to purchase a car. Upon agreeing on a price, I inquired about how much I could put down. After telling me, I was told to bring a certified check, which I did. Upon returning to pick the car up, I was told I could not put that much down, had to finance most of the amount at a more than double the interest rate for my credit rating according to their own website.
