Poor service after the sale - Metalspyder
We started the purchasing process over text, we were offered a specific stock number car and when we went to pick it up found out it was not the same trim level as the car we are actually buying. We were given the wrong stock numbers. To make us feel better, they gave us 1 year of free service but the hours are week days only and no weekend hours or use the shuttle... LMAO... people do work ya know!! I can’t the day off for a darn polio change! Pretty bad offer at the end. Hardly a deal once we actually went to use. I was treated poorly but the finance manager and the owner Dan, seems to only really care about positive reviews. He ignores others for some reason. Pretty sad overall experience and I will never buy anything from this rinky dink dealership. I would love a call but doubt I will ever get one.
