I traveled from Beacon, NY, and Bert went above and beyond — from arranging a test drive of the FJ Cruiser to personally picking me up at the train station when it was ready. We have been with this dealership for over 10 years, purchased our pre-owned 2013 Buick Regal from Doan who then became part of the Bob Johnson Group. We decided to lease a new 2024 Buick Encore GX Avenir. We had a great experience with our salesperson who was filling in for Jason. The service team was the main reason we came back: Matthew Gerhardt. Always went beyond his means to accommodate our needs. Would recommend this dealership whether you are purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Our car was towed in with a punctured tire. The first person I spoke to was a man named Maurice Coaxum who signed me in and told me what steps they would be taking to assess the damage and replace or repair the tire. He was calm, patient, and exceptionally courteous. Over the next few hours, he brought us up to date on what was occurring and next steps. His demeanor never changed even as the business around him was heavy. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this establishment.

Michael Trevett the Service Advisor really takes his time to explain everything and he truly cares. My car needed a pretty expensive part but they all made sure I would get well taken care off. I appreciate that. Kelly Quinn in customer care fillies ui with me right away to make fire everything went well. She was very caring as well. Was meeting my son who was coming from 45 mins away to turn in a Kia lease. Nice car, will look again at Kia when his company car lease expires. I arrived with my son’s car at 5:10 pm only to find out we needed an appointment and the lease manager had just left and the shift was turning over. The GM (nice guy)understood my situation and said hold tight let me see if anyone’s still around. He paged for help and this young man Andrew McGuffey who literally had his coat and backpack on with one foot out the door on his way home after a full day stopped looked over at me and offered to help. No attitude, no disgruntlement, no oh I was just leaving. He spent 1/2 hour with me filling out forms and taking plates and odometer reading. He treated me with the same courtesy as if I were his first customer of the day and BUYING a car, no turning one in. I manage a business myself and know good people are hard to find. Give this kid a pat on the back and keep him. He is a great face representing your company.

Being I am from out of town and was in town for a family emergency it was great to see your service team and parts team perform so well. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready an entire day before it was supposed to be completed.
