I was getting an error on my GMC Acadia... 'Reduced steering assist.' I called and spoke with Sabrina, who told me to bring it in while the problem was occurring. When I got in my car after work, the message was on, and I drove straight to the dealership. As soon as I got there, she connected it to a machine and was able to read the error code. I felt like for the first time, in a long time, someone at GMC went out of their way to help. She wasn't just doing her job. She understood my frustration and was very kind and willing to figure out the problem and didn't treat me like I was the problem. I have had more than a few negative experiences at the dealership. Sabrina and Mary got me in for an appointment the next day to get it fixed. This kind of customer service is what keeps people coming back.

Purchased a car for my mother at Christmas, Neel and Rob (I believe they work at Cadillac) Wanted to get here a new Buick for Christmas, they went above and beyond, they held the car in the back till it was time for the surprise, they let me take it one day early so my mom could come and do the title work the next day. They even loaned me a giant bow for the day. They dealt with a ton and back and forth and us changing our mind before making the final decision. They went above and beyond for us. They were patient, friendly and thoughtful. I highly recommend coming here.
