From the moment I walked in the door with my mother Joyce, to today. Everyone from Lori, the Service Desk manager, Glen the Dealership manager, and Amanda, the Finance Manager. The man that works in the office to the right of Glen, to the Service employees that would pop through. Steve, Salesman, everyone is sincerely friendly.
All we own is Toyota, we've been in MANY Dealerships, and this one is by far the best, hands down!! We are going to be purchasing a new Corolla for our granddaughter. I don't see why anyone would go out of town to purchase a car or truck? When you have, what you have with Coos Bay Toyota.

The work that is done is done correctly, but it’s not always done in a timely manner. It took over 5 hours for them to perform a routine oil change and replace a small window seal. The appointment was made well over a week in advance. I never received a phone call from them saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. After not hearing from them, I called before they were going to close to inquire about my vehicle. I was told someone called, got voice mail and wasn’t able to leave a message because voice mail wasn’t set up. They obviously called the wrong number because my voicemail is set up, I had no missed call and it’s the same number they have called me on during prior visits. I expected someone would have tried to call a second time a figured that out.
Also, the parking is awful. My wife had to park out on the street because there was no where to safely park to wait for me.
Overall, I will go back because I want my Toyota to be serviced by a Toyota dealer, but there are things that should be improved.

I was put into an unfortunate situation due to buying a vehicle from a dealership out of my area. It was still a dealership under the Lithia umbrella, however it was located 300 miles away. I only had the vehicle for around 7 weeks, and started experiencing an issue that should have been found and addressed by the dealership I purchased it from’s so-called inspection. When I noticed the problem, I contacted them, and of course, they wanted me to bring it back to them.... 300 miles away. After explaining my situation, I was directed to take it to the closest Lithia service department. That’s where Daniel Bridgeman came in. When I had to come to him, with an issue that was not his dealerships issue, or his service departments issue, he still went above and beyond to help me. He went above and beyond to help identify the issue, and get the problem resolved. That is how service is done. Thanks again Daniel, for helping me ...... and having to clean up someone else’s mess, because I’m sure you won’t get acknowledgement from the dealership that completely dropped the ball.

I have never bought a car from them but I got my oil changed with them yesterday and it was a great experience. You never leave your car, it's like a quick lube place. It took 10-15 minutes; at Kendall it takes about an hour and a half. I will definitely consider them in the future for car purchases.

Let me start off by saying sometimes in our lives the positive forces that be put people in our lives to save us. I’ve been traveling from Washington down the US coast of 101 to eventually reach California. I’m a single woman newly retired on my own the first trip like this of my life hauling a camper and everything I own. On the first leg of this journey my Toyota tundra who I bought used from a dealer in Washington had its transmission completely die on a Saturday afternoon. Bright and early Monday morning I was at the dealership praying for a miracle, it turned out the entire transmission had to be replaced I was staying in a campground and only had limited time, when Rich in the service department heard my story he rallied every every force, sent out every dog, and pulled in every single favor and he actually performed a miracle! With a full schedule COVID-19 lockdown and people out sick he got my vehicle in with no notice, did all of the repairs and kept it at a price that I was able to manage! I will be forever grateful, ladies this is the place to shop do not buy a vehicle anywhere else! This dealership is worth traveling states to, in order to buy a vehicle and have your vehicle serviced with confidence that all of the people there are really on your side in there to help you. I wish I had bought my car @ Toyota of Corvallis! Friendly, Fast & efficient. Great service experience, answered all my questions. I bought my 2018 Rav4 @ Albany dealer, when it came time to schedule 5,000 mile maintenance, it was a nightmare! I called Corvallis, and they have been great! I `100% recommend Toyota of Corvallis.
If you have a flat, go to a tire dealer - nothappy
First of all, the service people, except the manager, were nice. Communication could have been better. We had a flat and used Toyota's pump with goo. It actually worked. We called as we were on a road trip and they said 15.00 to repair. After a short discussion, they quickly got the car in to look at the tire. I thought, great, this will not take long. The manager, Mike, actually came out to the service bay and took over from the mechanic and proceeded to dig into the tire from the outside, and then stated, "A patch likely won't work." Hmm. I actually called a tire repair shop after the fact and they said that is not the way to go about trying to make a repair. They should have taken the tire off, but gee, we can sell you a new tire for 45% more than a tire shop. I said no, patch it and we will drive to the local tire shop. We wait. No communication. What is going on? Well, we don't have a patch kit so we are sending someone down to O'Reillys to get one. At that point, given it was getting late (local tire shop closing) I relented and said put on a new tire. I picked the tire I wanted, but guess what, they put on a different tire and did not tell me. Is there a warranty sheet with the tire. If you have a problem just call us. Also, replacement goo costs 100.00+!! and they did not have any in stock. Two hours later, we drove out. After getting right in...and with nothing happening, they did say "We have appts ahead of you that need to be addressed.". Why did you not tell us from the start?

I had a scheduled appointment today to bring my 2018 Toyota truck in for a recall item replacement. The appointment was originally set up by Service Consultant Justin Bowser on November 18th. A follow up email confirmation was sent which was much appreciated.
He met me at the service center this morning at 9 am and the attitude, service and attention I received was fantastic!! He called to advise me of the completed service and to my complete surprise, it was done well before I ever expected.
He was professional and courteous in his interaction with me and I was extremely pleased with him and my Kendall experience. He is a great representative for your company.

Last oil change on 2014chrysler300 the wrong oil filter installed and red dash light on and I did not want it started all they wanted was it moved so they could get back to work they took it to their service and mechanic could not find the problem they then drove it to Chrysler dealer and it had the wrong oil filter installed no apology or anything never should gone back but wife took it there and New employee squirted oil all over inside engine compartment while the rest of crew laughed out loud while he tried to clean it up sounds like a game to them Maybe they should hire people who take pride in their work

Waited 2.5 hours for what usually takes an hour. Why even make an appointment??? When I pulled up I saw how insane it was and I asked if I should just come at another time and I was told it was fine. I mean, c’mon, just be honest!! I did not expect that and was frantic on getting back to work and my husband had to leave work early to pick up our daughter. I never got an explanation. They overbook themselves on purpose.

Cluster of cars all coming in at once and not enough service technicians to assist the customers. I will say I had exceptional customer service from Tim Goodman. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my service and thoroughly went over all paperwork.

Incompetent and Uncaring
I brought in my Yaris in September because it was squealing horribly under very specific circumstances, and the serpentine belt had already been replaced. After only an hour, they said I needed a new skid plate and sent me home to wait for the part. It arrived and was installed, and I assumed everything was fine. But the noise never really went away. Then it started getting worse. So I took my car back, only to find out that now I needed to replace a $900 part, something that could have been avoided if they did their jobs the first time. On top of that, they tried to charge me a diagnostic fee for my second visit. I’ve driven 500+ miles since the repair and the car still squeals when I turn it on, but I’ll be going to any other dealership to get it fixed. That’s how I found this page.
