Recently bought a brand new 2017 highlander at royal more and once again loved my experience with them. Tylene is incredible and makes you feel very comfortable and is super personable. I appreciated her kindness and non-pushyness soooo much! I literally cannot say enough great and wonderful things about her! She made sure my needs were met before and has continued to make sure I am comfortable after the purchase! A great great person!
The only thing of improvement I would say is to make sure costumers haven't fact checked things. The price Nick came out and offered me for being a "returning/ loyal costumer" was the sale price which was published on the website, so I actually wasn't getting any kind of "returning/ loyal costumer deal." Just need to make sure you know what a costumer knows before you come out with a price you claim to be special.

Very easy process. Erica was fantastic. We spoke prior to appointment and I picked out a car that met my must haves with a lot of extras I wasn't expecting. She held the car for me, since I was coming from the Portland metro area. A preapproved car loan from your financial institute is highly recommended. It was a plus for me and everthing moved along speedily. Very informative test drive with Erica. Great little car with all the safety features. Love my new Corolla. Extremely satisfied with the deal I received. Erica rates a "10" and is why I have a new car.

The time estimate for service was good, as was the coffee from the automated machine. It was also nice to be able to schedule it on the same day, earlier in the morning. They couldn't tell me which light bulb that was replaced on the rear exterior, I was aware of the burned out headlight, though.

Do not trust Kendall Toyota of Bend. Liars, Yo-Yo financing, Spot delivery, Don't do it. Was told in a email my financing was approved and funded TMC .9% what a great deal, only told to bring the car back as they could not get financing. Also found they had my credit pulled and pulled till my score dropped 40 points! Pulled at Banks 3 Times in the month I was driving the car. I wish the state of Oregon had better Laws to give more protections to the consumer.

They really only do sales. The sales department is great, but the service department is incompetent. They diagnose problems just by replacing parts and charging until they find the problem. It took us 3 visits and over $800 of repair with the same problem until they discovered it was a leak and a $23 relay. The negative reviews on this site and others are accurate. A good example of their style of work is the last time I got the car I noticed that the air conditioner switch was gone. So I had to go back and the technician comes out looking for it under the seat. He had forgotten to put it back.

When the battery failed in my Sienna I went to J & P's for a replacment. Not only did I get charged full price(expected) but I was charged $20 for installation.
They did get my $20, but they will now never get any more of my business.

Failure to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle resulted in my being stranded at night along I-5 50 miles north of Sacramento. My engine in my Sienna van was destroyedand it was rendered fit only for auction. I am a senior citizen woman and I was very, very scared as I sat in the dark waiting for nearly 3 hours for a tow truck. This could all have been avoided if a simple, physical inspection of my vehicle had been done instead of running through the computer and driving it for 6 miles.
