We purchased Toyota Sienna AWD XLE through Costco who pointed us to Royal Moore. No hassle. Straight forward peocess. Henry Yinger was a great sales associate. Henry worked to have the car delivered in a timely manner and stayed in touch through the entire process. We will be happy to work with him again. The only negative was a long wait between Henry and finance associate which puzzled us because we were paying cash. Overall this was a great experience and we love the vehicle.

I really appreciated all the support from the car salesmen and knowledge of all the vehicles. The only concern I had was i asked for the the bottom price from the manger and he and gave me a number that was still about 500 dollars above Cars.com price, which was the same vehicle I was looking at. I just hope that if they advertised the car for one price online they can keep there promise and sell it for that price. I had to show them the car listing from cars.com. the overall experience was great, it was my first time buying a vehicle and they explain every step in the process with great detail.

We first went to the local dealer on the coast. Their building is run down, the grounds a blight, and the showroom very old school with stained carpeting. They use the same “high pressure” sales pitch we encountered four years ago when we were car shopping. We did not like it then, and we do not like it now.
We decided to try Capitol Toyota in Salem. Car buying was almost fun! The building and grounds are welcoming, the showroom modern and clean, and the sales pitch relaxed and helpful. Our PR man, Mike Brown, was professional, expressed an excellent understanding of Toyota products, and learned more about the RX 350 in the process. Thank you, Mike, for a job well done. Now days does not seem folks take enough time out to compliment a job well done. Sooo Here's the story . Last couple of days the phone in my Tundra went wonky on me. Thought at first it was my personal phone but Verizon told me it was not the phone(turns out it was) so what to do? Best idea I've has in some time popped into my head. Stop by and see my friends at HomeTown Toyota. Explained the problem to Jr. he without hesitation said he knew just the guy to talk to. Out comes Cameron and within minutes he figured out the problem. everything back to normal.

I have went to Clint Newell several times. They seem to want the money upfront now and you don't even know what your getting? I do believe that they hire low grade mechanics that are not very knowledgeable and they don't pay there employees very well. Unhappy employees=bad service...! I have never worked there but they have no problem taking thousands of dollars from you. So if you want to loose your xxx I highly recommend Clint Newell....I am done with these jokers.

They really only do sales. The sales department is great, but the service department is incompetent. They diagnose problems just by replacing parts and charging until they find the problem. It took us 3 visits and over $800 of repair with the same problem until they discovered it was a leak and a $23 relay. The negative reviews on this site and others are accurate. A good example of their style of work is the last time I got the car I noticed that the air conditioner switch was gone. So I had to go back and the technician comes out looking for it under the seat. He had forgotten to put it back.

Hands down worst customer service experience i've ever had. With the exception of my actual salesman (Glenney was great) my biggest regret about buying my 2018 Tacoma is buying it from this location. There was an issue with my truck's speedometer which put me out for a month in a rental truck (for free). Upon finally returning the rental, they said everything was good to go and ushered me out. A month later called and said they found a scratch which is going to cost 800 to fix. Called me back a week later and said no, it will be closer to 1100. All I wanted was to understand why I felt completely blindsided and taken advantage of - Phone tag ensued for over 3 MONTHS. Finally out of frustration was able to start to play phone tag with The GM Jason. He even left a message and said: "We are willing to swallow as much of this as we can..." I called back every time and more. It is seriously unacceptable to be in that position and not be able to schedule a phone call. Then I get a notification from my insurance saying they submitted the claim. I have called almost every day since and still am unable to connect to Jason. THE GM OF A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP CAN NOT GIVE ME ONE TIME OF DAY WHERE HE IS SITTING AT HIS DESK. Absolutely insane. I gave them my schedule, told them exactly when to call. etc. So now they told me because it's been so long they need the payment in FULL. On top of that my insurance is going up. I asked them to provide me a specific time to call and I would take time out of MY day to call at that time - they never provided it. They basically made the call that me as a customer isn't important. The bottom line is customer service is the backbone of any company so based on that...take my advice and take your business elsewhere.

They did get my $20, but they will now never get any more of my business.

Failure to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle resulted in my being stranded at night along I-5 50 miles north of Sacramento. My engine in my Sienna van was destroyedand it was rendered fit only for auction. I am a senior citizen woman and I was very, very scared as I sat in the dark waiting for nearly 3 hours for a tow truck. This could all have been avoided if a simple, physical inspection of my vehicle had been done instead of running through the computer and driving it for 6 miles.
