There were no pressures to buy, they were more than happy to give us a test drive, and when we needed some time to think about it and process, they were more than happy to let us go. they know they have a superior product and they put their money where their mouth is.

I was put into an unfortunate situation due to buying a vehicle from a dealership out of my area. It was still a dealership under the Lithia umbrella, however it was located 300 miles away. I only had the vehicle for around 7 weeks, and started experiencing an issue that should have been found and addressed by the dealership I purchased it from’s so-called inspection. When I noticed the problem, I contacted them, and of course, they wanted me to bring it back to them.... 300 miles away. After explaining my situation, I was directed to take it to the closest Lithia service department. That’s where Daniel Bridgeman came in. When I had to come to him, with an issue that was not his dealerships issue, or his service departments issue, he still went above and beyond to help me. He went above and beyond to help identify the issue, and get the problem resolved. That is how service is done. Thanks again Daniel, for helping me ...... and having to clean up someone else’s mess, because I’m sure you won’t get acknowledgement from the dealership that completely dropped the ball.

From start to finish Justin was helpful, met my demands/requests, MOST importantly nonpushy. He respected my time and vision and overall made the experience much better than i could have asked for. Over a few days I was in contact with every toyota dealership and way too many sales people and he was the only one I wanted to work with by end of day 3. I felt he was the more honest of the bunch and didn"t seem to want to just sell only what he wanted off the lot, unlike others i dealt with.
He gave me great price, great value on trade in, and we locked the whole deal quite quickly.
They (he) was even able to outdo my rates at my own credit union on the terms I was ok with.
I will go back to Justin/Ron Tonkin AND recommend Justin/Ron Tonkin to family and friends.

If you have a flat, go to a tire dealer - nothappy
First of all, the service people, except the manager, were nice. Communication could have been better. We had a flat and used Toyota's pump with goo. It actually worked. We called as we were on a road trip and they said 15.00 to repair. After a short discussion, they quickly got the car in to look at the tire. I thought, great, this will not take long. The manager, Mike, actually came out to the service bay and took over from the mechanic and proceeded to dig into the tire from the outside, and then stated, "A patch likely won't work." Hmm. I actually called a tire repair shop after the fact and they said that is not the way to go about trying to make a repair. They should have taken the tire off, but gee, we can sell you a new tire for 45% more than a tire shop. I said no, patch it and we will drive to the local tire shop. We wait. No communication. What is going on? Well, we don't have a patch kit so we are sending someone down to O'Reillys to get one. At that point, given it was getting late (local tire shop closing) I relented and said put on a new tire. I picked the tire I wanted, but guess what, they put on a different tire and did not tell me. Is there a warranty sheet with the tire. If you have a problem just call us. Also, replacement goo costs 100.00+!! and they did not have any in stock. Two hours later, we drove out. After getting right in...and with nothing happening, they did say "We have appts ahead of you that need to be addressed.". Why did you not tell us from the start?

The real "NO BULL" dealership. Delivered exactly what was promised. I found the exact car I wanted on Edmunds.com and started an online chat with internet salesman David Williams. I had already been burned by two other dealerships and was not interested in games. He answered all of my questions, met my price and we set up an appointment for a test drive. As I was making the 30 minute drive to the dealership he took the initiative of washing the vehicle and filling the tank just in case the deal went through. I arrived in the parking lot to a waving/smiling salesman who showed me where to park, and we walked right to the vehicle. He got my information (license/insurance), handed me the keys and off on a test drive I went. Back inside for the paperwork - NO HAGGLING, no gimmicks no "other shoe" dropped. In just over an hour I was driving my new vehicle home. Still pinching myself that folks like David exist! I have already recommended this salesman and this dealership to two friends and a family member!! So grateful for the experience and for my wonderful new CERTIFIED vehicle!!

My husband and I recently bought a Toyota Camry from this dealership. Initially I was a little nervous because I know how dealerships can be with their high pressure sales pitches. However, this was not at all our experience here. Our sales person Paul was very nice and extremely patient with us. We ended up test driving 5 cars. They literally handed us the keys and we went off by ourselves. There was NO preasure at all. They didn't even ask for a copy of our licenses. Once we found the car that we wanted it took about 20 minutes to do the paperwork and we were done. Paul was amazing and I felt that he was very honest with us. Called Kendall and they blamed me fir not knowing about the rebate. Understand all buyers of EVs from Kendall have lost as much as $2500 because cars had larger batteries

My wife and I have recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander Hybrid. When I called the dealership, I requested to speak to a Veteran, and was transferred to Tim Anglin. This Tim is a "class act", and he was very professional. Was very patient with us, and made the buying experience a good one. I trust the guy, and know that he would be of help if we ever had problems with the service department. Veterans trust other Veterans, and Tim supported that feeling from the "get-go". I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD off-road 4 weeks ago. I put in new lights and when I pulled out my tail light I noticed that the plastic piece inside was broken. Kendall told me that because I did my headlights it avoided my warranty. They wanted to charge me $240 for a new rear unit!!!! I just spent $40,000 on a truck and they want to charge me for something that was already broken! A week later I noticed my steering was way off, I went in and it was very out of alignment. They would not align it for free and charged me $89! I told them it was a brand new truck and I just spent $40,000 with them and they wanted to get another 89 out of me!!!! After I spent another $89 they aligned my truck and It is still off! And now my brakes are super stiff and funky! I'm really hoping Kendall didn't sell me a lemon!!!!! I really appreciated the sales team for working with me but the service team is absolute garbage! What ever happened to Great customer service!?! Overcharged and under experienced! I am definitely going to cancel my extended warranty, knowing now about their service! That $89 just costed them 2500!!!!
