Now days does not seem folks take enough time out to compliment a job well done. Sooo Here's the story . Last couple of days the phone in my Tundra went wonky on me. Thought at first it was my personal phone but Verizon told me it was not the phone(turns out it was) so what to do? Best idea I've has in some time popped into my head. Stop by and see my friends at HomeTown Toyota. Explained the problem to Jr. he without hesitation said he knew just the guy to talk to. Out comes Cameron and within minutes he figured out the problem. everything back to normal.

My experience was terrible. I never received a proactive update for my service. I got the text for the service tracker, but that was never updated beyond "vehicle checked in". I repeatedly had to reach out to Service Adviser for updates, frequently requiring multiple attempts to reach out on my end.
When I asked for an estimate when I booked my service and again when I dropped off the car, they said it was impossible to give one until they could look at the mirror and see what components were damaged. When it came time to replace the mirror, I was told that even though the damage didn't require all the parts for the mirror assembly, it comes as one assembly and that the entire thing would be installed. I'm not complaining about the fact that parts come as an assembly, I understand that. What frustrates me is that no matter what happened to my mirror I would have needed the assembly anyways, so just tell me up front "Hey these come as an assembly, so it's going to be $X minimum, but it could be more depending on what all was damaged" I already made the choice to go to the dealership and pay the dealership premium over a bodyshop, just be straight with me.
Finally the service itself was delayed an entire day because the paint shop sprayed the mirror with the wrong color.
So they failed on giving me upfront pricing information, they failed on a customer service standpoint, and they botched the repair job (admittedly they then fixed it before I got it back). they failed me on every level it's

They do not do anything during the maintenance service. I took my car for the maintenance service and no oil change was done. No fluids were refilled even though they said they did. The only thing they did was vacuumed my car. I would NOT recommend their services to anyone.

Kendall Toyota Dealer of Eugene are by far, the worst car shop I’ve ever taken my car for service. They are the most dishonest people ever...
My Toyota Camry had an extended warranty for exesive use of oil. I brought it in and it took them close to 2.5 hours to fill up the car with the needed oil, about two quarts. They sealed it up and told me to bring it back after I’ve drove it for 1,200 miles, but not to exceed 1,300.
I brought the car back right after the 1,200 required miles and this time it took them over 3 hours to come back and tell me the oil in the car was perfectly fine, “it’s right to the top” he said. I knew something was wrong so I checked the oil in the car right before I started up, it was right to the top.
At this point the mileage in the car was over 148,000 miles and the Mandatory Extended Warranty coverage would end at 150,000. I drove the car for just over 1,000 miles and the car used two quarts of oil; I have the record for that as it was checked at Springfield Toyota Lythia Dealer, where I took it next.
At Springfield Lithya Toyota Dealership took them just over 10 minutes to add the needed oil; they told me to come back after I drive it no more than 1,220 miles. I came back right after I drove it the required miles and it took them less than 15 minutes to come back and tell me that the car had failed the test, he, (Teady) said, “that means it is using lots of oil”. He scheduled an appointment, set me for a car loaner, and got my car fixed within 4 days.
Toyota cars are good, service at Kendall Dealer were not to me. We’re getting ready to get our new car, and are certainly going to get it at Lithya Toyota of Springfield. They treat me nice and at Kendall Dealer were not, they were dishonest people and I feel they’ll trick anyone.
This is my most honest opinion and recount of my experience there.

I have went to Clint Newell several times. They seem to want the money upfront now and you don't even know what your getting? I do believe that they hire low grade mechanics that are not very knowledgeable and they don't pay there employees very well. Unhappy employees=bad service...! I have never worked there but they have no problem taking thousands of dollars from you. So if you want to loose your xxx I highly recommend Clint Newell....I am done with these jokers.

I have bought two cars here, a used BMW X5 and a brand new 2018 Toyota Tacoma. Justin Florip was my salesman on both my purchases. He kept me well informed of the process, his knowledge of Toyota’s is incredible. He answered ever question I threw at him. And I had a LOT of questions. I got great deals on both and left feeling very happy each time. I definitely will be back when it’s time.

They really only do sales. The sales department is great, but the service department is incompetent. They diagnose problems just by replacing parts and charging until they find the problem. It took us 3 visits and over $800 of repair with the same problem until they discovered it was a leak and a $23 relay. The negative reviews on this site and others are accurate. A good example of their style of work is the last time I got the car I noticed that the air conditioner switch was gone. So I had to go back and the technician comes out looking for it under the seat. He had forgotten to put it back.

first off buying the Avalon was for my son, trusting them they have a safe car for my son.. that was a joke..from buying the veh before and seeing some issues and the sells man said he take care of it and never put a r.o inn... battery terms was dirty and battery was bad... was pointed out before we bought it..so they tested it and said o its bad , one sec let me get another battery tester, then came back and said no sir its good.. didn't trust them so took it to the chevy dealer and it tested bad. they tried to pull a fast one on my handicap son and tried to make him pay for the battery and modeling strip that alex machetti never put inn for a r.o ... from the brakes to it shaking was a joke,, then after I told them I took my reviews down so we can work with each on these issues of the car shaking, to the sound in the engine,,, o its fine .. its nothing wrong.. but going in a few time's I had it with them .... then it like they doing me a favor in helping me with my brakes and brandie couldn't call me back,, the manger had to get her to call,, they tired to pull another fast one .. o we help u with ur brakes and u have to pay half.. ok sounds good 165 for resurface rotors and les swab did it for 90 .. hows that half..... they are crooks.....so if ur looking to buy a veh here for ur granduation kid ,don't trust them.. make sure u shop around and the service sucks so bad why own a Toyota up here........they keep calling yelp and having my post taken down too.. I think its time to lawyer up and get a class action law suit on them in there ways and service and how they treat the customers..and ripping off handicap teen on his first veh.. and selling a non safe veh...... they even play games and get u back and step in ur veh carpet with oil foot prints.. to lift a car matt up and just have a oil step is str8 out childish...... everyone needs to lawyer up

They did get my $20, but they will now never get any more of my business.

Failure to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle resulted in my being stranded at night along I-5 50 miles north of Sacramento. My engine in my Sienna van was destroyedand it was rendered fit only for auction. I am a senior citizen woman and I was very, very scared as I sat in the dark waiting for nearly 3 hours for a tow truck. This could all have been avoided if a simple, physical inspection of my vehicle had been done instead of running through the computer and driving it for 6 miles.
