Everyone is very nice. Steven in the service department is amazing. We were able to recreate the problem and all issues were fixed/replaced. I am happy with the outcome. My only wish is that they would offer a better warranty on the replaced transmission since the first one had so many problems and these are known issues with the 2017 Siennas.

My husband and I recently bought a Toyota Camry from this dealership. Initially I was a little nervous because I know how dealerships can be with their high pressure sales pitches. However, this was not at all our experience here. Our sales person Paul was very nice and extremely patient with us. We ended up test driving 5 cars. They literally handed us the keys and we went off by ourselves. There was NO preasure at all. They didn't even ask for a copy of our licenses. Once we found the car that we wanted it took about 20 minutes to do the paperwork and we were done. Paul was amazing and I felt that he was very honest with us. Not my best experience at Gresham Toyota. I’ve purchased and have had cars serviced at Gtoy for over 20 years. I’ve noticed over the past few visits your service department slipping. Brought my 2015 Lexus in for a scheduled oil change. I use Gresham Toyota because of it close proximity since there is no Lexus dealership on the east side of Portland. Oil change and tire rotation was performed as requested with no issues. What I do have issues with is the condition my car was returned in. Grease, oil and dirt on the drivers side door panel. Temporary floor mat left in place, glove box rummaged through looking for wheel lock. Wheel lock returned to spare tire area and not secured so made noise as it rolled around. In the old days as a courtesy my car would be vacuumed whan brought in for service. Yes you did give me a coupon for a car wash but I would have traded that for not having to wipe fingerprints off the leather and vacuum.

This dealership ALWAYS provides very fast, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service. They never try and sell you on anything they just let you know what is available in case you might be interested. Something that most dealerships seem to forget is cleanliness, both in the cars they service and most importantly - the dealership itself. When the windows are washed, the floor is clean, the staff is neatly dressed, and the overall appearance of the place is neat, clean, and uncluttered, it gives a sense of order that these folks know what they are doing and can get things done correctly. Always a pleasure to bring my vehicles in for repairs or servicing.

I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD off-road 4 weeks ago. I put in new lights and when I pulled out my tail light I noticed that the plastic piece inside was broken. Kendall told me that because I did my headlights it avoided my warranty. They wanted to charge me $240 for a new rear unit!!!! I just spent $40,000 on a truck and they want to charge me for something that was already broken! A week later I noticed my steering was way off, I went in and it was very out of alignment. They would not align it for free and charged me $89! I told them it was a brand new truck and I just spent $40,000 with them and they wanted to get another 89 out of me!!!! After I spent another $89 they aligned my truck and It is still off! And now my brakes are super stiff and funky! I'm really hoping Kendall didn't sell me a lemon!!!!! I really appreciated the sales team for working with me but the service team is absolute garbage! What ever happened to Great customer service!?! Overcharged and under experienced! I am definitely going to cancel my extended warranty, knowing now about their service! That $89 just costed them 2500!!!!

Bought a new Sequoia and the experience was amazing. Jason did a fantastic job getting exactly what we wanted. We thought we would have to go to Rack N' Roll (who also is great) to get all our Yakima racks and Skybox put Brad in Parts had it all. It turns out Toyota of Bend is a Yakima dealer so we got everything we wanted and more PLUS we got a deal on it, free installation (THANKS BRAD!) and could even put it in our car payment so no cash out of pocket. With that we put a 4 place bike rack on as well and a few other goodies. My wife and kids were PUMPED to have the full kit! THESE GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They did get my $20, but they will now never get any more of my business.

Failure to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle resulted in my being stranded at night along I-5 50 miles north of Sacramento. My engine in my Sienna van was destroyedand it was rendered fit only for auction. I am a senior citizen woman and I was very, very scared as I sat in the dark waiting for nearly 3 hours for a tow truck. This could all have been avoided if a simple, physical inspection of my vehicle had been done instead of running through the computer and driving it for 6 miles.
