I had a pleasant experience purchasing my 2020 Ford Escape Titanium from Doherty Ford in Forest Grove (back in 2020). So why not having all my services done with them as well. I never had a bad experience. Recently, my tire pressure sensor failed on a back tire, and they took me in that same day for service. While my car was already at their shop why not do an oil change. They offered and I appreciated that. Saves me time to take another day off from work to get the oil change done. My husband also takes his 2012 Ford Utility Van to their Express Lane. We purchased both vehicles from Doherty and have been very happy with our choice of dealer and car/van.

Wow- customer service and decent people still exist. Roger Button just made this a bad situation so much better. I bought a car under a year ago here, found put the engine blew 12,000 miles in. Mini & Roger fixed the situation the best they could. I am trading in and buying a different from here now. After this problem and the way they handled it here at the dealership, I would have my children buy a car here.

My experience at the dealership was impressive it was all very professional, very open atmosphere. I did not feel like I was being pushed into purchasing just one particular vehicle, which is the experience at some places. I have my selection, I can make my choice. And once I made my choice financing was easy and quick, all the staff was very friendly, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this CarMax location, to anyone buying a car.

We bought our Outback from Lithia Subaru a number of years ago, before moving to Central Oregon. We have had nothing but issues with the dealership over here. They couldn't complete the work on our vehicle without a part. They did not call to let us know this fact. I am assuming they never ordered the part, as they said they would call when it was received, and we never got that call. This happened months ago. We finally decided if we wanted to have our car repaired and repaired right, we needed to go back to the dealer where we bought it. I called the service department of Lithia and got connected with Deseo Perez. We were going to be in Portland, and even though it was short notice, he was able to get us an appointment. Deseo provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond and had us back on the road to Central Oregon much sooner than we expected. It is worth the drive to Oregon City for the peace of mind that our car will be repaired, and the repair will be done correctly. In closing, I want to recognize Deseo, Lithia's outstanding service advisor. He took excellent care of us!

A couple of weeks ago, I visited this dealership for a routine oil change, and my experience turned out to be far better than I could have imagined. During the service, something unexpectedly broke on my vehicle. and the team immediately took full responsibility and assured me they would take care of everything at no charge. Not only did they repair the issue completely free of charge, but they also provided me with a rental car for five full days at no cost while the repair was being completed. On top of that, they didn’t charge me for the oil change either. I walked away without paying a single dollar, which speaks volumes about the honesty, integrity, and customer first attitude of this dealership. shout out to Derik, Sam, Carson and Diego Loera for their professionalism and genuine care. They were upfront, transparent, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond, that gave me total peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands. We had specific needs in what we were looking for. Nick went above and beyond in helping us. After looking at several vehicles, we were able to pin it down to two similar 4Runners. Working Brian on closing the deal was pretty painless. They met us where we needed to be and we left with a new car. Nick knowing how particular I was with details took it upon himself to clean several areas of our new car that were missed in the detail shop. A true sign of someone who cares about his customers.

In September I bought a used car here. Put cash down, and brought my own plates. Signed a contract and took my car home. I asked for car floor mats and was told no, they won't provide any. A few days later I was contacted asking how I like the car and I told them I noticed the drivers mirror is broken. I asked if they would fix it. Days later I was told NO we won't fix anything as our contract says we dont owe you anything. Then 2 weeks later I was contacted by the dealer saying I owe $220 for registration fees. My response was, as per our contract I too owe you nothing. Several days later I heard from the dealer saying they will not fully process my registration if I dont pay. They said " we will only do enough to satisfy the lender and I won't be getting any registration or tags until I pay." I eventually paid so I can get my stuff, but more than a month later and I still have nothing. I did file a complaint with the DMV and with the BBB. I think they do this with several people just to get more money after the sale. I did fix my own mirror for $55 and a half hours work. I want my $220 back. I also encourage everyone to file complaints from this dealer with the DMV. With enough complaints they will lose their license and then won't rip off the public anymore
