You read about horror stories on the internet about the hassle and everything. That wasn't the case here. From the beginning every facet of my car purchase at Scott Kia was professional and pleasant. I initially was looking for a low mileage 2015 Sorento but ended up buying a "gently used" 2017 Sorento demo off the show room floor. The price was exceedingly fair as was my trade-in valuation. Within a grand total of maybe 3 hours, salesman Robert Robb and finance person Kristen Rose had the job done. Mr. Robb synched my smart phone and showed me how to manage the features. I've been a regular for service at Scott for a couple years and recommend their service center. Kia's are nice cars and I'd recommend their staff without question.

Easy efficient no hassle experience! After being jerked around at another area Kia dealership,I called South Hills Kia and spoke with Andy Mulheren. I told him the car, color, and price I wanted to pay for the car. I asked if he could make it happen that day. He got back to me in minutes with a number that was very satisfactory. I did the application for financing online, sent my driver license and insurance information via phone text and arrived in pm for purchase. 45 minutes later I was out the door with a new Kia Soul. I did my homework and asked for the true car price and it was honored. Andy is the nicest guy! Only to happy to buy the car from him. Just took delivery of my 2nd car from this dealership in Robinson. Ron Gardner was my salesman this time, Nolan Brink the first. In both deals I must say they were the easiest , fastest, and least stressful of any of numerous purchases from other dealerships in the area. I went to dc and Baltimore area dealerships with the hope and expectation that the higher volume dealers would have better pricing. But got over inflated quotes and manipulated prices that were higher than at york Kia. Sad. These guys were obviously a family business and I was treated honestly and fairly from the very beginnng. No hassle and the whole transaction was as quick as I have ever experienced. Would definitely do business there again.

Worst service experience ever - Unhappy Customer
Gateway Kia of Warrington has the worst service department I've ever experienced. Don (service advisor) and Frank (service and parts director) are not friendly or helpful. On several occasions I was charged for fixing a problem that didn't needed to be fixed. When I questioned the work I was met with increased rudeness and disrespect. I feel as though this service department is dishonest and most certainly doesn't care about their customers. As a side note, I did purchase my vehicle here but will never use them for anything again.
Really ignorant people not one good thing about this place - Bad business
A friend of mine purchased a used vehicle from this place granted the vehicle was as is with no warranty. He paid $4000 or $5000 for the vehicle. He had the vehicle for about 30 days and the transmission went. And to replace the transmission is going to cost him more than he paid for the vehicle so he thought by Jim Shorkey being a pretty big dealership he would give them a call and see if they can lead him in the right direction or possibly maybe even help him out a little bit so he called and the service manager said absolutely not no questions asked and was extremely ignorant. Thank you

I bought a car from them in July and 8 weeks later it needed a transmission! It took them 3 weeks to complete the work! I do not recommend buying or servicing your car here. My car is due to go back in for the same problem!

We were sold a pre owned car last August and took it for inspection last week.
The rotors are so worn that they have to be replaced and we only put 12,000 miles on the car!!
When we contacted our sales person we were basically toldl that too bad, they will not cut us a price break on new rotors, so our inspection til is costing us a total of $700.00.
Once Ron Lewis gets your money, they are done with you.
NEVER BUY A CAR FROM RON LEWIS !!!!!
