It was first class from the door, Erick P was knowledgeable but in no way pushy. Russ in finance was funny and easy to talk to, and answered all our questions. Alex went over the whole car and technology so we understood and felt confident driving our new car. -He asked me to roll my window down and call someone walking by "gay"
-He insulted my weight and politics
-I had an hour and a half drive so I called ahead to let them know I was coming to look at a specific vehicle and let Rudy know I had an hour and a half drive. He called me an hour and 20 minutes late to say that the vehicle was sold several days before.
-He informed me I could not purchase a manual transmission Civic in my deal range. So I went to Valley Honda in Monroeville and received amazing service, respect, and a deal ON A MANUAL HONDA THAT CAME IN WELL BELOW MY DEAL REQUIREMENTS.

I have never been here, as I live in an entirely different state, and I have owned my KIA for 2 years. However, the previous owner of my vehicle used to have their service done here. When they took their new vehicle in April of this year, Cochran accidentally selected my vehicle, creating a "mileage inconsistency" on the carfax. Both myself and KIA Customer Service have been trying to get a copy of the service invoice so that we can verify it was not my car for a week, and NOONE will respond. They blow us off and send us to different voicemails, never responding. Their clerical error is going to cost me over $1500 on trade in, and I have never even set foot inside their doors. The customer service keeps giving me a run around saying "they scan every vehicle," and refuses to furnish any proof that a car was serviced there at all because we don't know the name of the person who had it serviced. Its baffling that they would rather believe I drove all the way to Pennsylvania from Indiana in the middle of quarantine to get my vehicle serviced at the place the first owner got it serviced and drove it back to Indiana (where we have Kia Service of our own) than that they made an error.

A few weeks ago while driving home I thought I had hit something, and found out a couple days later that it was my piston that busted and went through my engine block, and starter. My car has 92k miles on it. The service department told me that It's not covered under the 10yr/100k mi warranty because I'm not the original owner. I was told there was a bad spot in the barring. I am aware that my car has the 2.0 liter engine that several other models have had problems with that is under the class action lawsuit, and also with some help I was able to look up my VIN and see that either, my car had an engine replacement prior to me buying it, or someone used my VIN to cover up another car. I have purchased 3 cars through Smail Kia, and have had 3 others purchase cars through them because they have always taken care of me. 10yrs/100k miles should be covered no matter who owns it. Since Smail has been unwilling to help out a loyal customer I will not be purchasing another car through them, and I will also make sure that others looking for a car are aware of lack of customer service to loyal customers,

After speaking to a salesperson over the phone on Sat 8/10/19. I setup an appt to drive a Telluride on the same day. I stated that I was driving from New Jersey and I was interested in leasing or purchasing this vehicle. After the test drive I told the salesperson that I wanted to lease this vehicle. I was told by the Manager that they would not lease or sell me the vehicle. They stated that I must live in the area of Lansdale in order to lease or purchase this vehicle. I ask him why and I was told that due to limited inventory of Tellurides that this was the current policy of the Dealership. I drove over 100 miles to and from Lansdale. I wasted money on gas, tolls and my time. I view this policy as discrimination against people who live outside a geographic area. At the very least the Dealership should have advertised their intent.

We live in Milwaukee, WI and wanted a 2021 Kia Telluride, however dealerships in our area could not keep them in stock and were also marking them up at least $4,000. We came across a YouTube Video for Abeloff Kia in Stroudsburg, PA. Their sales guy, Sam, was showing off the new Kia Telluride and what caught our attention was NO MARK UP. We called and spoke with Sam. He explained how the ordering process worked. We could put down a deposit and order my dream truck. It would take approximately 12 weeks to come in. Keep in mind we are hundreds of miles away, putting our trust in dealership we've never been to. Once I started working with Sam Belman, Alan-Dee Ballantyne and Billy Borent all my concerns were gone. They would call, text and email with updates. The Telluride actually arrives sooner than expected - ONLY 4 WEEKS. Sam called to tell me it had arrived and sent me a video of MY new Telluride. They FedEx' d the paperwork to me, which then I returned. We were going to fly to PA and drive the truck home, but due to work schedules, could not. So we hired a private carrier to transport the truck to Milwaukee. Alan-Dee took a video of the carrier loading our truck. These guys went above and beyond what they needed to do. Our new 2021 Kia Telluride SX arrived safe and sound. Abeloff Kia and the staff offered us the best car buying experience we've ever had. THANK YOU so much. I purchased a used Kia Soul off their lot on Dec. 12, 2020. I took it for a test drive & everything was good except the steering wheel wasn't straight when the car was straight. I asked if service could fix it & was told they were short handed. Got it home & proceeded to detail it a little. I found that the all the cup/bottle holders were filthy. Not even touched by their detailer. I kept finding dirt all over. All the door pockets, glove box & spare tire compartment. I was told the car was serviced. Oil changed & cabin filter changed. I checked the cabin filter after seeing it wasn't detailed properly & found it was not changed. I doubt the oil was changed either because it's a little dirty.
Two weeks after getting the car, I had the the alignment checked by a local garage because the front tires were wearing & was told that it was out of alignment & that the tie rods on the passenger side were bent. I finally spoke to a Sussman sales manager named Chuck. He said that the car is supposed to have a safety check done to it and it's supposed to be detailed. When I asked why the alignment wasn't done he said that it's not part of their safety checks. When I asked why the car wasn't detailed he said the dealership may have used the car. I told them several days before that I was coming to test drive and possibly buy the car, it could have been cleaned up before I got there. Chuck was not helpful at all and hung up on me. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER!

They wouldn't fix the noise it went back 6 times used my warranty to fix things that they said would fix the noise and it wasn't. The general manager Todd is ignorant and told me if I got an attorney involved he would never touch my car or speak to me again and called my husband a liar. Come to find out they sold me a car that was wreaked and never told me. I was torn between 2 cars I ended with a car that was traded the same day I bought it and it was never gone over or anything.. This is the worse dealership I have ever dealt with.
