Honest pricing that beat the high volume dealership - hotrod129
I went to dc and Baltimore area dealerships with the hope and expectation that the higher volume dealers would have better pricing. But got over inflated quotes and manipulated prices that were higher than at york Kia. Sad. These guys were obviously a family business and I was treated honestly and fairly from the very beginnng. No hassle and the whole transaction was as quick as I have ever experienced. Would definitely do business there again.
Extremely Disappointed - FOB
On September 1, 2018 I responded to this Ladd-Hanford Kia dealership in search of a vehicle we had seen online as a possible first car for my 16 year old Son. After test driving the vehicle we decided to purchase it without a single cent negotiated from what it was advertised for online. As we were getting ready to drive off with our new purchase, Chad Wartluft hands us only one key FOB for the car. I immediately demanded a spare set of key FOB. He proceeded to reassure me that upon his return to work on September 5, 2018 this issue would be resolved. When I contacted him on September 6, 2018 he started giving me a bunch of untenable excuses why the dealership was not going to pay for a second key FOB. I demanded to speak with the owner, Scott Hanford. Speaking to the owner became an exercise in futility. After leaving him several voice messages it became clear to me that the dealership was essentially attempting to stick me with the tab of a second key FOB. It is unscrupulous for a business to pull this nonsense, if paying for this key FOB had been laid up front I would have simply walked away from the car.

I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago. The sales lady was amazing but is no longer there and the service department is the worst that I have ever dealt with. If you need an oil change or anything plan on it taking half of your day and they always come up with something else that’s wrong. Like a tiny bulb but they never show you the problem.... so was there a problem?!? I buy a new car every few years but I will never give this dealership my business again. I don’t trust them and I feel like they screw you over every chance they get. I also think it’s funny that you never get a survey call if u have a complaint.

The dealers at Turner Kia are deffently not there to waste your time. Just ask Mena. He will tell you himself. I just can't say enough positive things about my experience. Even the customers that were there waiting for service of their vehicles, were in and back on the road in no time.

Granted, it's been a year since my last Inspection. So I Went to pepboys to get my car inspection, and you mean to tell me that my car passed an inspection when I have a loose battery and you never told me about it!? I went to pepboys and they didn't even have the part. How stupid are you guys seriously? That's a safety issue and you didn't even fix it the first time. I wholeheartedly regret ever getting a car from Brown Daub Kia. Complete waste of time.

Shout out to the service dept. at Century 3 Kia. My husband and I leased Forte vehicles and our inspections were due at the same time. We brought our cars out a week apart and were very pleased with each person we encountered. The cars were done within 1 hour, washed and returned to us as promised. I recommend Century 3 Kia to anyone who is looking to purchase, lease or have service. You won't be disappointed.

My husband & I both bought cars here in the past without issues. A 2011 & 2014 Soul +. My husband needed to upgrade his car due to high miles. He upgraded to a "new" 2018 red & black Kia Soul +. Big mistake. After leaving the dealer we noticed several dents in the back passager door on the drivers side. We hadn't taken the car anywhere & I expected the dealer to fix this major issues. The sales manager, service department & salesman did not seem to care and never returned numerous calls to get it repaired. I called Kia headquarters & they didn't care either. They just said to handle it with the dealer. Now we have a new car with dents in the door and a $800.00 body shop estimate to get it fixed. The Salesman my husband dealt with was rude and told me on the phone if we didn't give this dealership a 5 star rating with Kia they couldn't do deals with us again. No worries. I wouldn't buy a bicycle from this underhanded dealership. You just lost 2 customers. Avoid this deceitful business!!

One of the best car buying experience my wife and I had kevin listened to our needs, our wants and most importantly our budget. Kevin took his time explaining and showing several cars answering all of our questions without shoving anything down our throats. After finding a car we both fell in love with but was a little out of our budget kevin said “let me work on it” we almost walked away but kevin kept working with and wrcould not be happier with our 2015 certified kia sportage. For the first time ever I feel like I got what I paid for from service to product.

I had an issue with a speaker intermittently acting up. I stopped by and the service guy asked me to bring it in when it was having the issue. So I did. He sat in my car and told me the speaker was on the whole time. There was absolutely no way this was not an issue. When confronting the service manager about his lying about the issue, his response was "don't come back here again". I reached out to GM Elvin Colon who did reply promptly. He asked me to give them another chance. I said after he deals with the issue, he could call me back with their reconciliation. I haven't heard back again. That was 6 to 9 months ago. How can I make an official complaint?

I really had very bad experience with the sales manager her name is Stacy she is an idiot I was talking to her about the BMW the 335 they have and it's over price by $ 5000 over the market price I called the dealer to buy car and spoke to her like 3 times about the price and last time we spoke she scream in my face and she was really an idiot and she hang up on my face I advise every one who is going to buy a used car from this dealer please check the price on cargurus to see how much over they charging you and to prove that just check on the price for the red bmw335 they have and check on carugus to see how much they over price of the market price just be careful guys

Kia of West Chester did a great job listening to my needs throughout the car buying process. I initially was looking for a new car, but eventually decided on a used one. The salesmen and managers were very understanding and helped navigate the process. I came back several times and each time they were willing to show me what was available and were patient as I decided. At times they did feel like they were pushing me to make a decision, but it was a good experience overall.

I received an email regarding my lease options on my Elantra. Mike Pesci sold me the Elantra in 2015. I truly enjoyed the car. However in the winter months the car didn't handle as well. I was happy to see Mike again since I was hoping to look at small SUV's. I drove a couple and we looked at a couple more. I decided on the Kia Sportage. We worked out a deal and Mike went the extra mile to help clean out my Elantra and also clean off my old license plate and the 15 years of old registration stickers! Beware Lying Scam Artist! Took my Kia there for a simple $190.00 repair job and the technician caused $670.00 of body damage. Service manager and foreman both called me a liar and after offering to pay half the damage they caused they backed out and rescinded the agreement. There are other Kia dealerships in this area, please use them not Fred Beans or else you could be next!
