Pleasant atmosphere. Dima was friendly and helpful as a salesman. However, they didn't have a Kia Sportage in stock with the equipment we wanted. (Most dealers are having difficulty with keeping their stock at reasonable levels because of the chip shortage.) I was expecting to find a Kia that was advertised online when I went there. It wasn't available, but I should have known to ask specifically for that vehicle when calling, especially since most online stock is gone by the time you get to a dealer. Perhaps Allison should have let me know that the specific vehicle I was requesting wasn't in stock, but then again, I didn't ask.

Went here with my brother this weekend ready to buy a car. They were charging $5000 over sticker price for “shortage fees”. What?!? So an already overpriced $32,000 car was going to be $37,000. Went down the street to Hyundai where everyone was nicer from the start and no extra fees were being charged. 10/10 would not recommend century 3 kia. He left super happy with a new car from #1 Cochran.

The Service Dept handled a major engine replacement on our 2015 Kia Sorento, the mechanics and staff did an excellent job. The wait was almost 2 months due to other cars in a que, delays in getting parts and the Covid pandemic. We were glad our car could be repaired! Please heed all of the negative reviews. This dealership is the worst. My lease is up and I want to purchase the car. According to the contract it should cost the residual, a $500 lease termination fee, plus applicable taxes, title and transfer fees. Kia is not licensed to sell cars direct to consumers in PA, so I have to go through a dealer. Gateway's 'offer was $3000 more than I expected to pay. When I pointed that out, I was told that facilitating the sale was creating work for them and they expected to be paid for it. They are entitled to something but processing some paperwork hardly seems to be worth 3 grand. They told me to try my luck at another dealership. I told them to f*k off. The whole vibe of this place is shady. Avoid it if at all possible.

The salesperson was nice but I will never buy a used car from here again. They literally sell the clunkers that are traded in for new cars. Bought a jeep liberty that began having issues a few weeks after buying. Went back twice and was told they don't know how to fix jeeps. Heater stopped blowing hot and the engine began knocking not even 6 months after purchasing. Took it back and was told to go to a jeep dealer. Took it to a jeep dealer who said that the warranty I purchased when I bought the car might not cover the gaskets if they are warped because it shows neglect....we paid for a warranty and now this warranty might not cover an issue that has been happening since we bought it. Never again!

Salesman Alek tells me the carfax shows accident damage so he can’t buy it for dealership but he personally will give me $10,000 cash and he’s gonna gift the car to his girlfriend who just got her license. It’s a ridiculous lie, it’s insulting and disrespectful. I’m a grown adult man trying to make a business deal. I’m try to settle the estate of my late brother making this even more egregious. I’m thinking of calling Kia of North America, this is pretty poor level of service.

-He asked me to roll my window down and call someone walking by "gay"
-He insulted my weight and politics
-I had an hour and a half drive so I called ahead to let them know I was coming to look at a specific vehicle and let Rudy know I had an hour and a half drive. He called me an hour and 20 minutes late to say that the vehicle was sold several days before.
-He informed me I could not purchase a manual transmission Civic in my deal range. So I went to Valley Honda in Monroeville and received amazing service, respect, and a deal ON A MANUAL HONDA THAT CAME IN WELL BELOW MY DEAL REQUIREMENTS.
Stay away from this bigoted, disrespectful company at all costs!
