My husband and I recently purchased a new Kia Sorento from South Hills Kia. We were greeted by Eddie, but not pressured to make the sale. We generally knew what type of vehicle we we’re interested in.
Eddie listened to us and what our needs were for our vehicle. We wanted a V6 engine with 3 rows of seating. We either wanted the LX or EX model.
He showed us the LX first and we did a test drive. Then the key he had grabbed to show us the EX model had a sunroof. I told him that I was not interested in a sunroof—just not my thing. He did not try to persuade me to get a vehicle with features I did not want. Instead, he ran back into the dealership to get me a key for a vehicle with the features and colors (exterior and interior) that we were interested in. We took the EX with the features we wanted for a test drive and decided to purchase this vehicle. He did not pressure us for the sale. It was a refreshing experience at a car dealership.

I went to dc and Baltimore area dealerships with the hope and expectation that the higher volume dealers would have better pricing. But got over inflated quotes and manipulated prices that were higher than at york Kia. Sad. These guys were obviously a family business and I was treated honestly and fairly from the very beginnng. No hassle and the whole transaction was as quick as I have ever experienced. Would definitely do business there again.

I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago. The sales lady was amazing but is no longer there and the service department is the worst that I have ever dealt with. If you need an oil change or anything plan on it taking half of your day and they always come up with something else that’s wrong. Like a tiny bulb but they never show you the problem.... so was there a problem?!? I buy a new car every few years but I will never give this dealership my business again. I don’t trust them and I feel like they screw you over every chance they get. I also think it’s funny that you never get a survey call if u have a complaint.

I HAD A PRE QUALIFICATION LETTER FROM CAPITOL ONE BANK AND AFTER SPEAKING WITH CAPITOL ONE I WAS EXCITED,AND CONFIDENT IN MY CHOICE IN LENDER AND DEALERSHIP. HOWEVER AFTER DEALING W/ THIS DEALERSHIP I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Kia of West Chester did a great job listening to my needs throughout the car buying process. I initially was looking for a new car, but eventually decided on a used one. The salesmen and managers were very understanding and helped navigate the process. I came back several times and each time they were willing to show me what was available and were patient as I decided. At times they did feel like they were pushing me to make a decision, but it was a good experience overall.

One of the best car buying experience my wife and I had kevin listened to our needs, our wants and most importantly our budget. Kevin took his time explaining and showing several cars answering all of our questions without shoving anything down our throats. After finding a car we both fell in love with but was a little out of our budget kevin said “let me work on it” we almost walked away but kevin kept working with and wrcould not be happier with our 2015 certified kia sportage. For the first time ever I feel like I got what I paid for from service to product.

Dropped my car off 2/13, 2/14 they tell me axle bearing is seized, as of 3/5 they still have my car and after promises to keep me informed, no communication. Told a new axle was ordered then told no that was not happening, still do not have answers nor my car. Attorney General is my next stop.

Liars - Just Me
Long story short, I have a problem with my aftermarket alarm remote. Mark, the Service Advisor, I had to deal with offered no resolutions for me at all. He couldn't care less. I had to ask to have my car battery checked. It turns out my battery needed to be replaced. He still couldn't tell me if that was the issue with my alarm remote not working. So I have been using my factory alarm since. He lies to me and tells me he can't reach the alarm guy to ask if the car battery was the problem. But it's funny how he can reach him to tell me that Steve (the alarm installer) does not allow Gateway Kia customers to call him anymore. Mark is the worst Service Advisor I've ever had to deal with. What happened to the other nicer and friendly guys who used to work there???
I will not be trading my car in at this dealership later this year as I planned to. I don't appreciate how I've been treated and lied to.
