I have never been here, as I live in an entirely different state, and I have owned my KIA for 2 years. However, the previous owner of my vehicle used to have their service done here. When they took their new vehicle in April of this year, Cochran accidentally selected my vehicle, creating a "mileage inconsistency" on the carfax. Both myself and KIA Customer Service have been trying to get a copy of the service invoice so that we can verify it was not my car for a week, and NOONE will respond. They blow us off and send us to different voicemails, never responding. Their clerical error is going to cost me over $1500 on trade in, and I have never even set foot inside their doors. The customer service keeps giving me a run around saying "they scan every vehicle," and refuses to furnish any proof that a car was serviced there at all because we don't know the name of the person who had it serviced. Its baffling that they would rather believe I drove all the way to Pennsylvania from Indiana in the middle of quarantine to get my vehicle serviced at the place the first owner got it serviced and drove it back to Indiana (where we have Kia Service of our own) than that they made an error.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS DEALERSHIP! That sums up the opinion of this 11 year customer of Kia of West Chester. I bought 3 vehicles in that time and leased my last car 3 years ago. At the signing for this lease the finance agent at the time verbally stated and showed me the exact price I would have to pay if I wanted to keep the car at the end of the lease. Fast forward to the present when my lease term is ending. I decide that I want to keep the car and contact Kia of West Chester for assistance. For 2 weeks I asked for the buyout package to send to my credit union for financing. Finally, when I express my frustration of not getting this paperwork I'm quoted a price $1000 above my contracted buyout price. I'm put in touch with the GM Tom Burrows who tells me that it's Gov. Wolf's fault and that the dealership charges everyone $1000 and it wouldn't be fair to not charge me or to make decisions on a case by case basis. Thanks for valuing my 11 years as your customer! After some research I learned that Gov. Wolf did indeed allow dealerships to add this $1000 to the price of vehicles sold to help them through the covid-19 crisis, but it is voluntary for the dealerships (of course Kia of West Chester jumped on the opportunity to screw over their customers.) Thanks for looking out for the little guy, Gov. Wolf! But that's a topic for another time. I searched on Better Business Bureau website and found out Kia of West Chester has a D- rating. After reading other reviews of Kia of West Chester I guess that D- is well deserved. I searched other dealers and found one with an A+ rating and went there. My salesperson was super! I was treated as a valued customer, even though I was a new customer. They don't charge an extra $1000, but it doesn't matter because I bought a brand new Kia Soul and they have my well maintained, low mileage leased car to sell to another valued customer. I guess I got the last laugh this time, Kia of West Chester! Jim Sapala, you should be ashamed! Your dealership used to be a nice place to buy a car, sadly it is far from that now. BUYER BEWARE! Terrible customer service, poor transparency and willingness to help.. regarding their extended warranties, purchased vehicle less than 2 years ago, no loaner for a 3 day repair. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Faulkner GMC however is excellent. Purchased my Denali there and have never had an issue in 2 years.

I wanted to recognize Lee Wilson, Sales Consultant. I was looking for a particular KIA Sportage S with gray interior and premium package. At the time they did not have one at my local dealership in Allentown but they did at Sussman KIA.
When I reached out via phone call I was paired with Lee. Lee could not have been nicer to work with. Very customer focused. Recognized that I was an hour away and could not easily come to the dealership so he worked out all of the details with me on the phone, by text message or by e-mail (not many dealerships are willing to do that).
Sussman KIA negotiated a lease deal with me that was very much aligned with what I was looking for and I was about to finalize the deal when they finally found me the car at my local dealership.
I had already been working on this with them when I called Sussman KIA so I was torn what to do but decided to stick with my local dealership because I had leased my previous 2 KIA's from them and it was much more convenient.
Even though I ended up not leasing from Sussman Kia I wanted to let others know who might be considering them that Lee Wilson was awesome.
