I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago. The sales lady was amazing but is no longer there and the service department is the worst that I have ever dealt with. If you need an oil change or anything plan on it taking half of your day and they always come up with something else that’s wrong. Like a tiny bulb but they never show you the problem.... so was there a problem?!? I buy a new car every few years but I will never give this dealership my business again. I don’t trust them and I feel like they screw you over every chance they get. I also think it’s funny that you never get a survey call if u have a complaint.
Faulty backup camera - Carmik
I take my 2014 Kia Optima in for service to have 2 unrelated recalls corrected and the backup camera checked, the screen is black. I received a call from the service department stating the camera needs to be replaced for $456.00. My car only has $36,000 miles on it. How/why did the camera break? I’m told it’s frequently a problem and it’s always the same part, there’s not a recall on it at this time. Apparently, there’s an “improved” camera that can be installed for free IF it was still under warranty. The warranty expired 7 weeks ago. Basically, it’s tough luck and then I’m charged $61.00 to be told it’s broken. I won’t go back again unless it’s for a recall (which there’s already been 4 so I’m sure they’ll be more) or buy another Kia.

The sleaziest business I've ever went into. They send out these scratch off fliers showing you won a TV. I knew there was a catch but was curious. After they collect your details they try to fit you in to a used car. When you aren't a fit, they break the news that your promo code had to match against two on display in the store. This is alluded to very ambiguously in the fine print which is still difficult interpret. Seriously, never do business there. I feel like I need a shower after leaving. If they can stoop to this level of marketing, imagine their level of honesty regarding other aspects of their business.

My son called the night before to make sure the car he was interested in was on the lot. Ashley told him it was and made an appointment for the next morning. When we arrived we were assigned to Bob. They filled out paperwork and made copies of things before even showing us a car. Then, when looking for the car, they could t find it. Several employees and managers spent about 30 minutes trying to “locate” the car. During this time we were basically ignored. They never offered us a drink or to look at some other cars, which we had said right from the start we were willing to do. Then they threw Ashley under the bus, saying she screwed up and shouldn’t have said it he car was there. This group was so unprofessional and clueless that we decided to just leave. The one bright spot was another salesman there, Mick. He was courteous and delightful during our time there. The next place we went offered us a drink right off the bat and showed us a car within minutes. (Thanks Auto Express in Erie, Pa!)

After spending $30,000 at Gateway Kia for a preowned vehicle and having some very positive experiences with the service department at first, I have had the unfortunate case to have received extremely horrible service over the last two occasions. Worse yet, there service advisor was confrontational, disrespectful, unapologetic, could not fix any issues, kept the car for two weeks and provided inaccurate information. After reaching out multiple times to Kia consumer affairs, Gateway Kia has never made a good faith effort to reach out to me or apologize or correct the issue. I don't know what is worse, their attitude or their ability. This was a costly mistake I will not repeat again.

After speaking to a salesperson over the phone on Sat 8/10/19. I setup an appt to drive a Telluride on the same day. I stated that I was driving from New Jersey and I was interested in leasing or purchasing this vehicle. After the test drive I told the salesperson that I wanted to lease this vehicle. I was told by the Manager that they would not lease or sell me the vehicle. They stated that I must live in the area of Lansdale in order to lease or purchase this vehicle. I ask him why and I was told that due to limited inventory of Tellurides that this was the current policy of the Dealership. I drove over 100 miles to and from Lansdale. I wasted money on gas, tolls and my time. I view this policy as discrimination against people who live outside a geographic area. At the very least the Dealership should have advertised their intent.

I wanted to recognize Lee Wilson, Sales Consultant. I was looking for a particular KIA Sportage S with gray interior and premium package. At the time they did not have one at my local dealership in Allentown but they did at Sussman KIA.
When I reached out via phone call I was paired with Lee. Lee could not have been nicer to work with. Very customer focused. Recognized that I was an hour away and could not easily come to the dealership so he worked out all of the details with me on the phone, by text message or by e-mail (not many dealerships are willing to do that).
Sussman KIA negotiated a lease deal with me that was very much aligned with what I was looking for and I was about to finalize the deal when they finally found me the car at my local dealership.
I had already been working on this with them when I called Sussman KIA so I was torn what to do but decided to stick with my local dealership because I had leased my previous 2 KIA's from them and it was much more convenient.
Even though I ended up not leasing from Sussman Kia I wanted to let others know who might be considering them that Lee Wilson was awesome.
Dealership has gone downhill - Disappointed
I am SO disappointed in Kia Dealership! I have been a loyal customer of Kia in Tallahassee for 10 years. It sure has changed! After waiting for 2 hours today to have my oil changed (simple job) I am told they will “pull it in” in 15 minutes and it will take another 45 minutes to change the oil. I thanked the employee and ask that she pull my car around so I can be on my way. It is really disappointing after so many years of recommending Kia! I will be getting my oil changed somewhere else.

We came into the dealership just wanting to try different models - my husband has a hard time getting in and out of cars. Our plan was to visit several makes and models but when we went to Kia in Quakertown we were met by a very pleasant patient salesman. We told him our needs and, well to make a long story short we drove home in a Sportage. The salesperson was Minh Luong and when I say patient, I mean patient. I am not familair with all the bells and whistles, he went over them with me and we returned today to get another lesson on the buttons, etc. We were even told to come back as often as needed to feel comfortable with everything. Ask for Minh when you stop in to purchase your new Kia
Lying Scam Artist - Kennycruzin
Beware Lying Scam Artist! Took my Kia there for a simple $190.00 repair job and the technician caused $670.00 of body damage. Service manager and foreman both called me a liar and after offering to pay half the damage they caused they backed out and rescinded the agreement. There are other Kia dealerships in this area, please use them not Fred Beans or else you could be next!
