The service advisors—Coleen, Sarah, Paul, and Allen—were all friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Don, the EM, was especially impressive. He was outgoing and approachable without being pushy. What stood out most was his transparency—he did all the numbers right in front of me, avoiding the usual back-and-forth that I remembered from past car-buying experiences. Overall, the entire visit was comfortable, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. The atmosphere made me feel right at home, and I left with full confidence that I’ll be back when it’s time to purchase. Highly recommend!

At first my experience with Kenny Ross Nissan went downhill. The advisor misread and missed a few notes on the inspection report. Upon leaving the dealership, after waiting 3 hours, I still had pulsation in the brakes. I called to speak with the service manager who took care of everything in a timely manner and even had someone come pick up my vehicle! <-- This will keep me coming back, knowing they will make a situation right when they are in the wrong.
