I highly recommend Maria Bobkoff at Thompson Lexus Willow - Rostyslav

I highly recommend Maria Bobkoff at Thompson Lexus Willow Grove if you’re looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, no-pressure Lexus sales consultant. I first contacted Maria by email before visiting the dealership. She responded promptly and professionally, listened to what we needed, and helped us choose the right configuration for our 2026 Lexus RX 350h Luxury. She explained the packages and optional features clearly, but never pressured us or tried to sell us anything we didn’t need. Because we wanted a specific build, we had to wait for the car. Maria kept us updated throughout the process and sent the updated spec sheet and final VIN when they became available. She put the details in writing, answered our questions, and made the whole purchase smooth and stress-free from the first email through pickup. Maria is polite, patient, knowledgeable, and always helpful. If you want an easy, transparent Lexus buying experience at Thompson Lexus Willow Grove, ask for Maria Bobkoff.

I was extremely disappointed with the service manager’s - KLMACLAUGHLIN

I was extremely disappointed with the service manager’s attitude and lack of professionalism throughout my experience. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, he was rude, dismissive, and unpleasant to deal with. When he called to inform me that additional repairs were needed beyond the recall work, his attitude was once again unnecessarily rude. Despite this, I authorized the additional repairs without hesitation. To make matters worse, I was never contacted when my vehicle was ready. I had to call the dealership myself at 4:00 PM to get an update. While the necessary work was completed, the customer service experience was unacceptable. I have no issue paying for repairs, but I do expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, the service manager failed to demonstrate either during any of our interactions.

I walked in really needing a car and unsure. Brian Hunsberger greeted me and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. I was interested in 2 vehicles and wanted to try both. He was patient with me and worked with me. And I left today with a great jeep. I'm super grateful. The process was painless and easy. I would refer everyone there. I drove an hour from Reading, PA and it was so worth it. Thank you Brian and Drivetime Allentown.

The Yellow Brick Road to Shillington There’s no Place like Seidel Dealership. Our paths crossed on a hot summer day when we Eased on Up the Hill to Hyundai Seidel. We had the Courage to open the door and was met by a young man (Devin Harris) who had Heart of an eager new employee. We test drove a 2025 Santa Fe. The Knowledge and kindness of many employees was greatly appreciated. It didn’t take long for The Wizard to appear to make us an awesome offer. We are now driving a new Santa Fe. Seidel Hyundai Dealership is an amazing place. No lions, tigers or Bull… Just WICKED deals! P.S. Oh my, They’re pet friendly too! Shelly says Hi!

Very friendly guy. Hasan made me and my wife feel comfortable especially during the part we both hate the price. Wasn't a lot of back and forth we had a price we wanted to stay around and we ended up there. Very helpful with the down payment information for me bank. The color we wanted was available. Hasan went over all the features and set up our Bluetooth. This is the 3rd car I bought from Springfield and I swear yall keep making the experience better each time .
