We test drove two models and had some questions Bradyn answered them and didn’t push us at all to buy the car. Even though it was late in the day Reid in the finance department was happy to help us close the deal. The customer service from doors to keys was a breeze.

Was in the market to upgrade our Toyota Highlander 2008 Limited earlier purchased at this dealership. Obviously, being as we loved that SUV, we bought an 2021 certified used Highlander. It was a no brainer. Financially we received over $ 1000.00 credit for having serviced the 2008 SUV at Team Toyota throughout the many years of ownership. Secondly, we had concerns with driving with a physical disability.Mechanically, the 2021 Highlander could be adapted in the future if needed for transferring to a wheelchair from the driver's seat. Rich Kearney, our salesman, was such a decent human being. We were treated with kindness and courtesy. Rich understands what he sells and believes in the products. He took time to explain the functioning of the vehicle and obtained a owner's manual for the vehicle which we preferred to an online manual. Overall, from sales to finance, it was a great experience.

I was greeted at the front of the dealership with a warm welcome from Joe, and was in and out within an hour. I traveled 3 hours for this vehicle and was immediately impressed by the dealership and the professionalism. I also dealt with Stuart who will surely make it a memorable buying experience, full of personality. I truly enjoyed the entire buying experience and their willingness to work with someone out of state and making the whole process smooth.
