Purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Ray Price Ford and I love it. Working with Joe he got me all the information I requested, even sending videos of the vehicle. I was greeted at the front of the dealership with a warm welcome from Joe, and was in and out within an hour. I traveled 3 hours for this vehicle and was immediately impressed by the dealership and the professionalism. I also dealt with Stuart who will surely make it a memorable buying experience, full of personality. I truly enjoyed the entire buying experience and their willingness to work with someone out of state and making the whole process smooth. Was in the market to upgrade our Toyota Highlander 2008 Limited earlier purchased at this dealership. Obviously, being as we loved that SUV, we bought an 2021 certified used Highlander. It was a no brainer. Financially we received over $ 1000.00 credit for having serviced the 2008 SUV at Team Toyota throughout the many years of ownership. Secondly, we had concerns with driving with a physical disability.Mechanically, the 2021 Highlander could be adapted in the future if needed for transferring to a wheelchair from the driver's seat. Rich Kearney, our salesman, was such a decent human being. We were treated with kindness and courtesy. Rich understands what he sells and believes in the products. He took time to explain the functioning of the vehicle and obtained a owner's manual for the vehicle which we preferred to an online manual. Overall, from sales to finance, it was a great experience.

Service department from scheduling over the phone to getting the service finished was great. The staff is very polite and informative. The dealership is very clean and the waiting room was nice with a complimentry Starbucks coffee area. They got the car in and out as scheduled. I was very impressed. These guys are literally angels. I have been fighting for a newer to me car for the past couple months around uniontown where I’m located with no luck, and they made it happen. Jacob Borden is a top tier salesman and made it as stress-free as possible. He stayed over late last night just to make sure the deal went through. And the financing guy, David Debruyn worked very hard to ensure it did too, on top of hooking me up with the best deal they had for me. There was no rushing me into making a decision, or trying to upsell me when I said I couldn’t afford to do that. If I could rate these guys and this dealership 100 stars I would.
