The service department, mainly Neal, has always taken care of me even when I didn’t have an appointment. He has treated me like family each visit. No trip to see you has been routine and Neal has made sure that I was taken care of. He has ordered several parts and orchestrated the repair of my 2015 challenger and 2018 Jeep. Each time he has arranged for me to have transportation back to Soddy Daisy where I currently reside. Neal has become my go to guy for any auto repairs on my mopar products. Introduced to Homer Skelton Jeep when I needed recalled air bag replaced. A different dealership told me it would take all day (at least 6 hours) and never could nail down time it should be ready. Took it to Homer Skelton, dropped it off, and was given a loaner vehicle. By the time I made it to work had a text from Nate, giving me an easy way to communicate if I had any questions or needed anything else. 2 hours and 15 minutes after dropping Jeep off got another text saying it was ready. I also received a phone call to make sure I knew. Can’t ask for better customer service - and unbelievably everyone was pleasant to talk to.
Last week had to replace the Jeeps battery. Talked to service on phone about issue, and brought battery in. Guy at parts desk took care of things, and I had battery in hand, paid, and was out the door in 7 minutes.
Next time I have an issue with my Jeep, will be heading back to Homer Skelton (instead of the closer Jeep dealership). Finding good customer service is hard, and Homer Skelton does a great job.

I have been working with Bob Frensly's service department guys for around 2 years now on two Challenger Hellcats. They worked with FCA on my behalf when I was to frustrated. They have fixed everything that I have ever brought the car in for. I have seen some of the reviews on here and am kinda shocked on the negative ones. Everyone from sales to service that I have had interact with have always treated me with respect.
This is the only dealer that worked with me to debug a oil consumption issue in my first hellcat. Other dealers that I will not mention there names told me my issues was due to parking at a incline which the car was not designed for. Bob Frensly's shop gave me straight answers, scoped the bores; in short, they acted like professionals.
Again, this is the only shop I will take a car to.

I dealt with Tyler Neal. He handled everything via phone and emails as per my request. Our deal was made before I drove 300 miles to buy my new vehicle at Tri-Cities. No hard sell even with finance person which took about 5 minutes as everything was ready for signatures. I told Tyler up front I had no intention of purchasing an extended warranty. I was never pressed to buy one. Tyler spent a lot of time showing us the many options available on my new vehicle and even paired my phone at the same time. I bought the vehicle I wanted from Tri-Cities because of Tyler Neal but next time it will be because of Tyler and how this dealership handled the entire process.

I took my vehicle into Gary Mathew Motor, 3 TIMES! For a cracking noise when I turn the steering wheel. In June, they diagnosed my vehicle with bad calipers (I just had them replaced!) Problem still there. Took it back and now diagnosed with needing new struts. Replaced those and after a couple days the problem continued!!
Now, they want to charge me 600.00 to fix it a third time!! NOW saying bad ball joint complete guesses?! I had this issue raised up the ladder to corporate and was ONLY offered a waived diagnostic fee. They feel that this is a "new" issue since it's been 90 days. Nevermind a current pandemic and no available appointments for 30 days!!!
My issue has the SAME..exact...presentation!! So because their mechanics suck I have to pay to have this fixed (somewhere else!!) AGAIN!!

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT WOLFCHASE CHRYSLER IN BARTLETT, TN! they did not inspect my car thoroughly before they sold it to me. They are supposed to fix everything on a used vehicle before they sell it! I brought it back up there after I bought it and they lied to me and told me there was nothing wrong with it because it was a double clutch transmission. Turns out I still ended up having to replace the clutch. It cost me $2029. Because they would not fix it!! I will never buy a vehicle from them ever again!!

I purchased a pre-owned truck from Mike Collins. Mike seemed like a straight up honest guy. The truck was great when I test drove it. However, after I signed the paperwork and went to start the truck the tire indicator came on as did the airbag light. I mentioned that before leaving and was told they would take care of it. After a week with a loner car, I went back to get my truck, only to find out it had not been fixed and had only been "looked at." I was then told they were not going to fix it. I have been trying to get in touch with Mike for weeks without success or resolution. I suspect they disconnected and reconnected the battery before I test drove the vehicle so I would not notice the warning lights. Just FYI: I was able to recreate the scenario with the battery, so I know that works for a short period of time. I have asked nicely for this to be corrected for two months. I had thought I found a good, reputable dealership, but alas, they are shady AF.
