My experience in the past at this dealership was not very good because of a service writer with a terrible attitude, I hope she is no longer employed there. My new experience was much different, Neisha and Chase were very knowledgeable about the new 2018 RAM that I ultimately purchased. Brian the Sales Manager was what I like in a sales process, just get the price close the first time around and we won't be there all day. I would never buy an automobile from a dealer that says the price on the window is the "final price". All in all I would give this dealership an A+.

I am an 81 year old retired minister and I live in Anniston, Alabama. (Roll Tide). I was in search for a late modle Lincoln Town Car. I used a search engine and located a 2009 Town Car at Moss Motor Co in Tennessee. I called and talked to one of their salesmen (Ben). I cannot tell you how many times I have purchased cars in the last 50 p;lus years. This was the best car buying experience I EVER had. Ben was one of the most helpful salesman I ever dealt with. I drove to Tenn with my wife and it was HOT and when we arrived Ben met us and welcomed us and gave us a cold drink. Then we met the used car manager who was also very cooperative and helpful. I was really floored when they bought our lunch. Who ever heard of such a thing. These guys are really "unreal". No doubt this was the best car buying experience I EVER had. I had to pinch myself to make sure I was still alive. I would encourage you to check these guys out . Fantastic. Unbelieveable. Every car dealer could learn from this company. A special thanks to Ben and the Used Car Manager for their help in making our vist so enjoyable.

I was towing a heavy trailer on the interstate near by when I had engine trouble. I was able to limp in to the dealership at noon and by the next morning I was on the road. The service department bent over backwards to help me out and get me going. I have never in my 38 years of driving been treated so well by a car dealership, The service manager Eric was amazing, this guy is a true professional, he really cares about his job and his group of service employees. My hat is off to these folks, If I was ever in the area and in the market for a newer RAM truck I would buy it from these guys just due to the service experience I had.

Okay, so I know this is hard to believe but there really is a car dealership and a car salesman that treats a customer with respect. I know, I know, you are thinking I am under the influence of something but guess what? I'm not and it's true. My husband and I were in the market for a new 4 wheel drive vehicle and I stopped by Stinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Newport, TN., on my way home from work. I wasn't immediately descended on by a salesman, which was nice. I went into the showroom and met Mr. Bill Francis. He wasn't "honey this or honey that". He treated me very professionally. I told him what we were looking for and he suggested we get pre-approved through the dealerships website and then we could look at vehicles and options from there. He didn't drag me by the hair to sit down and "work the numbers", which I had heard before. Bill didn't call or email every hour. He let us do our homework and when we were ready he was there for us.
He also understood that my husband and I are professionals and lead EXTREMELY busy lives. When we finally decided on a vehicle he made sure that the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by the finance department as it had to be done on my husband's lunch break. Also the gentleman "Curtis" in the finance department was polite and thorough. He went over the options as far as warranty plans and he respected our choices. He made suggestions based on his experience. He turned what is usually a painful, excruciatingly long process into an informative, professional and concise process.
I highly recommend Stinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep. It is a small town dealership that still treats customers with respect. Very rare in our world. Thank you Bill, Curtis and the Stinnett family.

My husband and I had been to four other dealerships in one day looking for the right SUV. The salesman at the places we stopped at were really pushy and only wanted to sell us what we didn't want. We decided to stop at Taylor Automotive on our way home to McKenzie. We met Kevin Kelley and for the first twenty minutes we never even spoke about an SUV. He was a genuine nice guy who asked us about our family and how he could help us. I wanted a Honda Pilot and he happened to have one with real low mileage. The price was a little out of our budget but the monthly payment was where we kind of expected it. We needed to think on it over night and Kevin said that was fine and understood. We talked to the sales manager Chris who was as nice and understanding as Kevin. We drove home and talked about it and we were debating on going back in the morning. Kevin called me and asked if I really wanted the vehicle and I told him yes. He said he was having it cleaned up and Chris was going to redo the price on my trade in. Kevin and Chris were not your typical salesman but they did persuade us to buy it. They did not pressure us and were not pushy at all. They both took the time to explain to us different things and they valued our time. I would recommend Kevin to anyone buying a car!

As a woman in her thirties, it can be intimidating buying a car by yourself. I didn’t want to be pressured or talked into anything I didn’t want/need. This was not what happened at Beaman. Kevin McSwiggin was the best. He educated without pressure or condescension. He took a ton of time to make sure I was comfortable in my decision. His coworker Steve even helped Kevin help me. Even the financing went smoothly. After politely turning down the services/warranties/options I did not want, they didn’t try to talk me into them too much. I traded 2 vehicles in on the 2015 Jeep compass, Jeep had a miss in it that royston denied said it passed a 61 point inspection well after taking it back for the third time the service manager drove it and acknowledged there was something wrong now they are charging me with the repairs hadn't even had it a month yet so if anyone is looking for a used car or truck DO NOT GO TO ROYSTON MORRISTOWN TN

I bought a used vehicle on Saturday and the car completely cut off as soon as I got to my destination from the dealership. They are closed on Sunday so the vehicle was returned that Monday and the guy that sales the vehicle stated that he would take care of the problem and offered a loaner vehicle until the purchased vehicle was fixed. Friday came and I didn’t hear anything back. So I took it upon myself to check on the purchased vehicle. It took Blake the mechanic a while to find what vehicle I was calling about and when he finally found it there was no name or number to call so I left my information. So I go to visit the dealership that following Monday. After receiving threatening phone calls stating that the police will be called if the vehicle wasn’t returned without even letting me to return it. Also with me being in the office no one would offer me any assistance and when I finally received it the manager Brandon Crotch approaches me in a very rude and very disrespectful manner. From my understanding the customer is always right. The police were called and nothing was done. I will never purchase anything from this dealership and I don’t recommend anyone else doing so either. BAD BUSINESS and HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Also to add paperwork for the vehicle is incorrect!

However, I must say that with Rice Chrysler dodge and Jeep in Alcoa, I had a wonderful time buying my Jeep! They were professional and nice and didn’t swarm you like most places. The dealership told us we could refinance in a couple months! That is a lie, the finance company the put us with will not refinance for 12 months. They were just out to make money not to take our situation in consideration! We will never be back again!!!
