Introduced to Homer Skelton Jeep when I needed recalled air bag replaced. A different dealership told me it would take all day (at least 6 hours) and never could nail down time it should be ready. Took it to Homer Skelton, dropped it off, and was given a loaner vehicle. By the time I made it to work had a text from Nate, giving me an easy way to communicate if I had any questions or needed anything else. 2 hours and 15 minutes after dropping Jeep off got another text saying it was ready. I also received a phone call to make sure I knew. Can’t ask for better customer service - and unbelievably everyone was pleasant to talk to.
Last week had to replace the Jeeps battery. Talked to service on phone about issue, and brought battery in. Guy at parts desk took care of things, and I had battery in hand, paid, and was out the door in 7 minutes.
Next time I have an issue with my Jeep, will be heading back to Homer Skelton (instead of the closer Jeep dealership). Finding good customer service is hard, and Homer Skelton does a great job.

When i returned home i found out the rear lift gate would not open [motor bad] and the overhead console was dead, the board was burnt up. I called Pat who transferred me to the service department, who transferred me to Pat, who transferred me to Ryan the sales manager who told me he would look into it and take care of it and give me a call back. He never did. I called Pat, who said he would take care of it with Ryan and call me back. He never did. This is a classic run around from a salesman and dealer. Don't expect this dealer and staff to know who you are after the sale.

They’ve had mine for over 2 weeks because they refused to call our warranty company and tried to make us pay over $2,000 out of pocket instead and wouldn’t start on my car until we did. We then had to call the warranty company ourselves and tell them everything going on in order for them to start repair after a week and a half. Not so “Amazing service” at the service department! Especially from the Mr.Mario. He was supposed to take care of my 2006 Charger SRT8 when I brought the car in overnight for oil change. Wolfchase Dodge & Jeep took care of me alright! When I got my back car back A/C vent pops off for some reason now, “Never have before” an my rightside turn signal light just mysterious pops off! Came back up there to voice my concerns, I was told too come back in a month 🤦🏾♂️. Gott xxxx man were all having issues with this new world now but please don’t take it out on my car!

My father purchased a $30,000 vehicle from Rockie Williams dodge and they wouldn’t even give him a second key or a full tank of gas. What a joke I’ve seen lesser dealers do at least that much. Customer service was good till after the deal was made then went down hill from there. I was thinking of taking my wife’s Jeep Cherokee in there for service and even maybe purchasing a $44,000 brand new vehicle from them but after seeing how cheap they are and the poor customer service I will take my business elsewhere and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go there for any reason. $30,000 and can’t even give the customer a second key and or a full take of gas used or not that’s bad service in my opinion. Do alil extra and take care of your customers and you’ll get return business and maybe get new customers through the door. but I can tell you after seeing the way they treated my father I won’t be going there.

I have been working with Bob Frensly's service department guys for around 2 years now on two Challenger Hellcats. They worked with FCA on my behalf when I was to frustrated. They have fixed everything that I have ever brought the car in for. I have seen some of the reviews on here and am kinda shocked on the negative ones. Everyone from sales to service that I have had interact with have always treated me with respect.
This is the only dealer that worked with me to debug a oil consumption issue in my first hellcat. Other dealers that I will not mention there names told me my issues was due to parking at a incline which the car was not designed for. Bob Frensly's shop gave me straight answers, scoped the bores; in short, they acted like professionals.
Again, this is the only shop I will take a car to.
