My service advisor was Andrew Henderson who was exemplary, He had a great attitude, explained everything to me and most importantly got my car in and out quickly. I am very pleased that First Texas has obviously listened to complaints and has worked to remedy those. Keep up the good work. And thanks again Andy.

I walked into the dealership looking for an inexpensive truck or car, and I wanted it in the inventory on the lot...no shipping it in. Emanuel brought up the pics on the computer, compared prices, and we went to look at the vehicle...a Kia Soul. I wanted a truck, but the Kia hatchback served me needs...so I took it. The financing department figured out things okay, but not too happy about a 13% interest rate. I really wanted a monthly payment around $150, but the best they would was $280. I have been driving it now for a few days...not up to speed on all the gadgets on it yet, but it seems to get the mpg I was expecting and the heater/AC works great. Overall, this is my second purchase from Carmax, and I will not hesitate to do it again.
