I've dealt with Valley Honda for many years. They are fair efficient and most of all a group of folks that deal with the highest integrity. Plan on being pleasantly surprised with their honesty and fairness.
Highly recommended for all your automobile purchases, whether new or used.

Great experience working with Cristin - ridgelineowner
The Honda Ridgeline was not high on my list when I started shopping but after my first visit I was very interested in the truck and very comfortable with Checkered Flag, both largely due to Product Specialist Cristin Rooney. I shopped other dealerships for better pricing and found none within 3 neighboring states. It took two more trips to be sure about the car but I never felt the need to try another dealership. On trip two, Checkered Flag also had Product Specialist Brendan Powell work with us and he was also top notch. Honda buyers should try Checkered Flag for good value.
Great Service - snoopy
Collette was very courteous and the service was great. Also thanks for changing the TV channel in the waiting room to the local news versus HGTV.
Simo Zouitine was really helpful - Adnan
I went to test drive the Honda accord 2018 sport. Simo helped me find the correct color and gave his best. He has been patient and understanding.
Purchase of a new vehicle - SKELDING.BENJAMIN
Mourad was my sales rep, whom was an immense help considering my personal circumstances. I was placed on a preliminary contract while I waiting for my load to clear and Omar was more than happy to extend my contract until my loan was finalized for Bull Page. Upon returning to the dealership I dealt with Ahmed who was able to complete the deal for me and fix issues with my vehicle I was having the day of final purchase! It has been a great experience with Bill Page Honda and I feel like I’ve made three friends and not just bough a vehicle.
Best car dealer experience - Rachanne1000

We bought a CR-V - Stan from Macon
We had planned to shop around but we loved the dealership and Loyd King sold us on the car and the dealership. My wife had always wanted a CR-V but this one had all the features of my daughters Lexus so it sold me too.
Very Happy with our car buying experience - Cookie
We shopped initially by internet. The price at Koons was the best and it was the best location for us for service. We then went in and checked out the car. We drove the car and found that it was a very nice and comfortable, well equipped. The sales rep was very friendly, not pushy, knew a lot about the car and the features. He answered all our questions and made it easy to make a decision. The finance person was equally nice and very efficient. He handled the paperwork in short order and we soon drove home with a new car.
Easygoing - Ms Ivy
From the time I pulled into the parking lot until the time I drove off the lot everyone was very nice and helpful. I never felt overwhelmed or pressured. I would definitely refer others to go to priority to purchase a vehicle.
How car buying should be - clyva
I had been searching for about 2 weeks for 2018 Accord Hybrid touring. Went to every Honda dealership in metro Richmond Area. The worst was colonial Honda (stay away from Bubba). Colonial was what old shiesty car salesmen were about. Rude, obnoxious because educated buyer walked in their door and wouldn't allow them to take advantage. I just happen to be visiting Fredricksburg and knew there was a dealership in the area. When I walked in I was a bit overwhelmed. Memorial day weekend and the place was insanely busy. However, I was immediately greeted. I explained to my salesman Alex about the car I was interested, colors and price and that I'm ready to buy NOW! Within 15 mins. He had the car I was looking for upfront agreed to my asking price and I drove off with my new car within 2hours. No hassling, no pushy sales gimmicks, no disrespectful sales managers (talking to you colonial Honda...fire Bubba). Juanita Murphy was wonderful to work with. She didn't push hard on selling extras. Joseph Mang was awesome at explaining the fine details of the car. Great experience!!!!
Excellent Experience - Highly Recommend - Dave
I purchased a Certified Volkswagen from this dealership and the process was not painful at all. I live in Florida and was totally dependent on the salesmen information and descriptions of its condition etc. I worked with Kazim Raza and he was excellent in all aspects of this transaction. His descriptions of the cars condition, smell, driving etc were all dead on. He had all my paperwork together so when I arrived to buy the car it was a quick process.
I highly recommend this dealership and I highly recommend working with Kazim.
No pressure sales! - DissinOnNissin
We were looking for a used Honda, and even got to the point where we visited the dealership several times hoping for a monthly payment to fit our budget. That's when they actually did the shopping for us and brought in used car inventory specifically for our requirements. Unfortunately for us the low mileage/excellent condition vehicles did not fit out monthly budget. But fortunately for us, our salesman, Brian Alling was able to work out a lease on a NEW 2018 Honda Civic, at a wonderful price. They gave a fantastic deal, and even better service. Highly recommended to do business with!
Great experience! - TheIIGeorgesInn
Dearl was very helpful and professional. They worked with us and went the extra mile (so to speak!) This is our new go to dealership. Highly recommend!

Awesome customer service! Colonial did a great job getting me into a new car after a car accident. Process was quick and smooth. Would purchase there again
As always, service at Covington Hond is excellent! - boomercarguy
I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 30 years. Service is the main reason I stay with them. I have found MANY times over the years that these guys have saved me a lot of money and heartache by watching over me like family. They have always gone out of their way to help me with parts, service and genuine caring. I don't deal with any other dealership. I tried others before I came to them and there is no comparison.
Great Service. - Emma Hall
Sales person we met was Henry Collins. He is very good at his job. He was very patient with us. We did not feel that we were rushed to make a decision about the purchased. Knew the answer to our questions/concerns about the vehicle. Very good salesman.
New CRV buying experience - Tom Mattie
Our salesman, Brian Olsen was very accommodating and informative. He asked all our questions. Liked the "no hassle" pricing. Thanks Brian and Duncan Honda for a great buying experience.
Fantastic - Crystal. Love
No pressure from sales manager. Friendly and relaxing environment. Did not have to sit at dealership most of the day like other car dealerships. Mostly did business via phone call and text. I'm a travel nurse and I don't have the time or patience to sit in a chair for hours to talk about what I want. This is only a minute of a reason I will always go back there. If chance lets me due to travel. Ask for Jimmy Martin. He is genuine. Thanks for reading.
Kia Sorrento - Kevin McBroom
We were in the market for a used Kia Sorrento. Woodson had the exact match we were looking for. Danny Haley gave me a call and guided us perfectly through the buying process. I will definitely come back to Woodson Honda in the future.

Purchasing of a new 2018 CR-V exl - Gary/Marie
Went into the dealership explaining to the salesman Ed Vest that we were looking to buy a new car soon. Explained to him we were interested in the crv or a suburu forester. He understood and we took a test drive in the crv. He and another salesman explained to us all about the suv. He said he believed we would be back after we test drove the suburu. There was never no pressure and introduced us to the manager. Had a wonderful talk with him. We went back the next day and bought the crv. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Had a great experience buying our new suv.

Wonderful New Car Buying Experience. - Newhondaowner33
West Broad Honda took the stress out of purchasing a new car. We shopped a number of dealers in the area and WBH was by far the best in price and service. We love our new Accord, and the pleasant buying experience gives us peace of mind.
If your looking for a new Honda this West Broad Honda should be considered before buying.
Changed my stereotypical car purchase opinion! - C2
My purchase at Honda of Chantilly was probably my best experience ever in buying a new car. Everyone was professional and respectful as well as helpful. Zak Rhodes walked me through each part of the process. I never felt pressured or rushed.
I highly recommend Zak Rhodes and will certainly recommend Honda of Chantilly to anyone seeking a new car purchase. I was working with 5 dealerships between Frederick MD and Winchester VA. Chantilly Honda gave me the best price.
I hope this A+ rating will continue for as long as I own my Honda Pilot. I love the vehicle. Still learning all the bells and whistles. Zak took time to give me a tutorial so I know how to work most of the features.
Thank you Zak for making this an easy process.
My experience was awesome with the sales person - Rabaiodoi

Worst purchase experience EVER! - TLH
Our 2017 CRV was totaled by some guy running a red light. We went to Autonation Honda Dulles to look at 2018 CRVs, settled on one, and told the salesman we'd back in a few days, after the accident settlement arrived.
We went back four days later, the one we had looked at was gone, but they had just had another delivered. Went for a test drive, made a 2500 deposit, and told the salesman we'd be back the next day as the vehicle still needed a safety inspection and paperwork prepared. The salesman sent an email that night stating the car would be ready by 12 the following day. The following afternoon, we went to the dealership, met the salesman, provided some info (drivers license, etc.). He asked us to take the vehicle for a drive while the paperwork was finalized. We did so and returned. After waiting 10-15 minutes with no apparent action, we told the salesman we had a limited time because we needed to pick up our grandson from day care. He talked with someone and told us it should only be another 5-10 minutes. After 15 minutes we asked again, the salesman again talked with someone, then said it should only be another 15 minutes or so. That came and went and my wife finally had to leave to pick up our grandson. After 45 minutes, Eric the paperwork guy finally came out and I asked if he was the reason I'd waited so long. He went in to some song and dance of how extensive the paperwork was, it was a legal matter, they were a big dealership, and other excuses. We heatedly discussed it and I finally told him he could keep the car. I asked the salesman what paperwork he needed back and he asked if I wanted to speak with the GM and I said yes. The GM, John, came out after a couple of minutes, asked me to step to the side and initially was nice enough, offered to have the salesman come to our house with the paperwork, which I declined. He tried to put it off on the salesman and I told him the salesman had been fine to deal with, I wanted the paperwork done. He started down the same track of the paperwork is extensive, very involved, and they were a big dealership. I told him to just stop, that it just sounded like a lot of BS, I'd bought cars previously and there wasn't that much to it. He went off and talked with the salesman while I called/texted my wife about what she wanted to do because she had to sign the paperwork to register it in both names. The GM, John, came back and started by saying part of the problem was I had been late for 2 PM appointment. I told him we had no such appointment so don't even try to blame this on me, and his people didn't do what they were supposed to, i.e. get the paperwork done before we got there, they had all the information. He said they never started paperwork without the people because some are no shows. Really? With a $2500 deposit? We finally agreed to proceed despite my misgivings and John assigned a different person to handle it. I started signing paperwork and my wife arrived with our 2 yr old grandson and she started signed the paperwork. I think there were only 8 signatures each, two of those were duplicate forms, so where's the complicated/extensive paperwork? Two of the forms didn't really apply as we were paying cash, not using a loan. We'd now been there 3 hours trying to give Honda a $32K. The lady said she had to call and verify the check, understandable, but by now the bank was closed and the clearinghouse couldn't initially verify the check, another 10 minutes on hold. Then the clearinghouse automated system hung, then the ladies computer program didn't work like the clearinghouse said it should. We threatened again to walk out and buy a different car. A manager of some sort came in and gave approval to accept the check without clearinghouse action, but said we'd have to come back today to sign another form regarding the check. At that point the clearinghouse finally came back on and walked the lady through what to do, which of course didn't work.
We finally said to "enough" (insert stronger word/phrase), my wife left with our grandson who was no past dinner time. My wife called and said the lady didn't give us a copy of the paperwork for the door guards and roof rack we ordered, so had to go get that. I stuck around 15 minutes setting up an appointment to get the door guards and roof rack installed (couldn't somebody have done this? Not like they didn't have the time?). The lady was still working to get the check approved I told them I was waiting anymore.
I left after having been at the dealership nearly 4 hours, exasperated, wishing we'd never seen Autonation Honda Dulles. I've never had such a hard time buying a car or trying to give a dealership $32K! I never will again, life's too short and a care isn't worth it. Autonation Honda Dulles sales team lost all confidence we had in the brand, let alone the dealership. I'll give them one chance to service the car, but if ANYTHING doesn't go right, I'll never step foot back in their facility and I'll think long and hard about letting Honda have any of my business. They've got a long road to earning respect back!
during ownership change it appears I was not told what to do - colunsel
I returned the 2014 civic early [leased] and purchased 2017 acord. the plates were changed to the 2017. then late in 2017 I was billed by honda finance for the second half of 2017 personal property taxes. I was also billed for part of 2018 for the 2014 civic!! honda finance said someone must advise albermarle tax dept of the 7/17 date l returned the civce in order to get my "LATE TAX;payments refunded.

Honda HRV - Honda18
I had a very good visit overall, Justin Perrow was my sales associate and he has very nice, he was able to get me a great deal and wasn’t trying to push me into buying anything extra or a more expensive model, he made my first car buying experience wonderful.. I give him 5 stars and would definitely buy from him again.
I give zero stars to the finance employee, Paul Alexander. He took over an hour to get to us (which may have been out of his control but browns strives for 60 mins or less) and when he did see us he was rude, short in explanations and didn’t respect our decisions. He kept trying to sell us on warranty and basically said how we were not smart to not buy it from him. He kept trying to give us a deal even after we said no. We couldn’t wait to leave after talking to him.
