James was prompt! The moment I pulled into the garage, James was at my car to greet me and take my information. There was no guessing what to do once in the garage. Honestly, the first time I have had that level of customer service at Priority Service Center. James was also efficient while maintaining a kind and polite rapport. Usually when you enter the service center, the Advisors are less than sympathetic and treat you like you’re just a number. It almost deters you from coming in for the free services (oil change & inspections). If you head to Priority Service Center, be sure to ask for James C.
The Service Department wouldn’t have my business if it weren’t for Joe Diggs. I purchased my used vehicle in 2019. Even though the car has not needed any major repairs, Joe has always been available when issues arise!

I will never return here. I took my car for an appointment at 3 to replace the wheel bearings in the rear. I was told I would receive a call prior to the dealership closing, but the call never came. I called the following morning when they opened, but was forced to leave a message. I didn't receive a call back for several hours. When they finally called me back, it was to inform me that they had ignored my appointment time and didn't get started on the vehicle until the following day as well as to say the part needed to be special ordered. So now the car had to stay there an extra day because of their incompetence. The cashier I dealt with was nice, but after talking with the cashier for no more than 2 minutes, Jennifer Sorto came over and was extremely rude blaming me for holding up the line for asking a question regarding the work that was done on the vehicle. Overall - rude, unprofessional, and way over priced. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. 1 star is generous. Don't go here.

My experience in purchasing my 2022 Civic Touring was a dream. The Sales Manager, Mark, was able to find the exact car I wanted, which other dealerships have not been able to do in over 2 months. The Sales Associate, Todd, was very friendly, patience and thorough in explaining all the the features of my new car and handling all the paperwork. Lori, the Delivery Coordinator, and Ray, the Finance Manager, were also very thorough in explaining all the warranties available and coverages for each. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Mr. Ashton Lewis, Sr. and Ashton Lewis, Jr. during my visit. My wife and I recently purchased a 2017 CR-V. We couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service. We worked with Vitaly (if I spelled you name wrong I truly apologize) on the sale of the vehicle. He was very helpful and could answer any questions we had. He could tell you about every feature the vehicle had and helped us set things up.
I can honestly say this was the easiest purchase of a vehicle we have had. Not pushy and won’t blow your phone up. From our experience they foster a no hassle car buying experience. David the sales manager was very helpful sorting out a minor issue we had. He and the sales team will go above and beyond to meet your needs! Thanks again guys!
