I walked into the dealership at about 4:45pm, two hours later I drove out with a 2019 lease Honda Accord, with Insurance, a full tank of gas, free service for many years and it goes on. Jon Wu understood my anxieties being in a dealership by having a thorough conversation with me prior to inviting me to come to the dealership. He encouraged me to complete my application online, to identify what kind of car I wanted down to the color. By the time I came in, we were literally half way done. The manager, Mr. Granados greeted me at some point and reinforced my sense of being in good hands. The gentleman in financing wrapped it nicely with swift check out with no unwanted additional sales. I felt my wishes were honored and I felt respect as a woman in a car dealership. No one tried to take advantage of me. Thank you guys for that. Jon, you are a gem. Great service from Rosenthal Fairfax Honda! Over the years Hugo in the Honda Service department has assisted me with all my car checkup and maintenance needs. Hugo even stepped up and called the insurance company for me when my insurance company was considering putting aftermarket parts on my newer Honda at the time. The promise service has always been completed in a timely manner. They even have coffee lattes, TV and a workstation available for you while you wait for your car to be repaired which makes you feel right at home. Once you purchase a car, having a reliable and prompt service department makes all the difference. Based on the great service, I will be purchasing another car from this same dealership over the next month. I would also like to add that I have not had any major issues with my Honda due to recommend standard repairs which I have owned for about 5 years now. It rides just as good as the first day I purchased it. I felt compelled to write a review as I have not had this type of amazing service from any other car dealership over the years. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. We worked with Chris, and contrary to previous experience at car dealerships, he was not pushy or overbearing at all. He listened to what we were looking for, and stuck within our budget. We weren't sure if we would end up buying a vehicle or not, because it was our first time out looking, but he didn't make us feel like we couldn't go home and think about it. He has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable in reference to what cars he has available, and is not biased towards a particular brand. His personal experience with CRVs was also helpful to our decision to pull the trigger. Would highly recommend!
Rip off.... Hopeless service - Honda_guy
Total Rip off....got the 120k service package. Charged me a hefty bill about 1.5 to 2k. My vehicle started Giving trouble within a month or so. The break callipers, rotor and the pads on front had Worn out. The rotor and pads had to be replaced which cost me around 1k+ again.
So what did they do in the 120k service? I wonder if they deliberately messed up these parts so that it would deteriorate faster and I would visit them again. This is not the first time I experienced this with this service consultant.
I would not recommend this service consultant or center to anyone.

Bought a certified pre-owned Honda less than a year ago and having starter issues. Was told that even though it is less than a year the mileage made it out of warranty. Was hoping they would work with me and it should be noted I was not asking for a freebie, but just some help because of the the short time I have had it. Someone named Pete became very rude and told me it felt like I was trying to extort him. Completely unprofessional and rude...I will never go back to Umansky again even if they offered a free vehicle.
