When I got there Aaron greeted me with a smile and a can-do attitude. Reading complaints about other dealers, makes me appreciate this no haggle dealer I bought my car from. The selling price is on line/on the car. Mine was $2900 below manufacture suggested. No add ons (unless you ask). No push to sell warranties but they do offer it if you want them (I think they are also discounted but didn't buy any). No pressure sales. It's as good an experience as spending money for a new car can be. If you live near Checkered Flag Norfolk dealer in Virginia Beach/Norfolk check them out. If your wondering, I don't work for them in any way. This was my first car from them. My prior dealer in Virginia Beach would not match price. I almost forgot, free oil/filter changes as long as I own my car (no coupons to buy like prior dealer has).
They also gave me the Kelly Blue book for my trade in. No argument on that either.
I've used they service once for oil/filter change at 6200 miles since purchase. Excellent service.

We bought pre-owned Honda CR-V 2016 from this dealer in last December. Dinesh Parajuli, dealer sales person was very friendly, professional and provided a great customer service. He was avilable to give answers of all our questions during and after we purched our car. On January 7th I had a service appointment to have a wheel bearing replaced. Upon arriving at Colonial Honda and having my car driven into the Service Center, I was advised by my Service Representative (Naomi) that the incorrect part was ordered. Needless to say, I was not pleased. However, Naomi advised me that she would contact me when the correct part arrived. I was subsequently contacted by Naomi and an appointment was made for January 18th. Upon arriving at Colonial Honda on the 18th Naomi advised me she would contact the Service Manager to see if my $100 deductible could be waived because of the earlier inconvenience. The Service Manager agreed and the deductible was waived. The fact that as a customer I did not have to request the waiver of the deductible was refreshing as it showed great customer service and the accepting of responsibility by a Service Provider that has almost become non-existent today.

My husband and I stopped by Billy Craft to test drive a CRV. We liked it so much we made a purchase and got the last 2018 on the lot. Luke Okes was friendly and knowledgeable and very professional. This was my first Honda purchase and will not be my last from Billy Craft! I was surprised at how quick and efficient the purchase was. From the test drive to driving off the lot only took 2 hours.

Mark had assured me that I was approved through Honda at a 2.9% and i have evidence that can prove that. I also know first impression is the most important one. I didn't feel like he was doing everything in his will to help me. I also gave him a description of the car I really wanted, down to the correct color. Instead of him looking through inventory to see if there was something similar he was really trying to make the sale on the 2018 touring. I know it was around closing time , but I also asked him before I came would he like me to come another day. I felt like this sell was rushed and unprofessional. When Shae told me if you do right by Honda, Honda will do right by you. That same statement applys to your customers as well!! If you do right by your customers, your customers will do right by you.

We went through the TrueCar route, agreed on a reasonable price with Dennis Chen over the phone, at the car dealer Dennis was more than cordial and guided us through the buying and financing process(The finance office was also great, apology for not remembering the gentleman name.). Dennis took time and transferred his knowledge of the car functions to my son. We were in and out within the hour.
Bought a New 2109 Honda Civic Coupe - AUJmac
I decided to upgrade my 2017 Honda to a new 2019 Honda Civic Coupe. When I got to the dealership I was promptly helped and was able to test drive a car within 20 minutes. I decided on a car with the salespeople (Pallob and Marcus) and they couldn't have been nicer and easy to work with and discuss a deal. Once a deal was finalized I then dealt with a Business Manager (Milenka Barry) and she was outstanding and took care of all my concerns and requirements. I recently purchased a 2019 HRV from Brown's. Josh, my salesman, made it go as smoothly as possible. I was sad to see my trusty previous Honda go, so he took my picture of me with it, and even noticed I had forgotten to remove my EZPass transponder from it (phew!). He was able to answer all my questions about the new car, but was not pushy at any step of the process. And he helped me make it out the door with my new car in time to attend a previously-scheduled event. While I am hoping to have the new car for a good long time, if Josh is still at Brown's by then, I would certainly work with him again.

Even after having 820+ credit score for both my husband and I and financing only a 3rd of the price of new car the rate they gave was 5.14% for 2 years. We did not need financing, the finance was forced as a part of getting a "deal" (same price as other dealers were already offering) and so was the minimum amount of the loan. The only reason we went there was they had the color and trim we were interested.
Finance department tries all kind of gimmicks and worst they send us a notice of "adverse credit". Called them was told it was a mistake, e-mailed to follow-up.. Nothing...
I have a feeling these guys mess us something and then give u a high rate of interest. A friend of mine even was threatened by the finance department after 10 days to return the car.
Dont take the car from here if they force you to finance. Not worth the hassle.

Beware! Miller Honda negotiated with my wife and me several days for the new 2019 Honda Fit and actually ended up matching our best offer with no issue. With the current situation the Fit inventory is in, we were surprised they could match the price, but were really excited. We had done our homework, test drove and contacted dealers in 4 states at this point, so to find a place with such a low price was great. We put money on the fit to hold it and told them we’d drive the 3 hours that weekend to finish the purchase. That’s when our nightmare began. This new car had scratches on the rear bumper, paint damage and white spots all over the driver side, which seemed to all be factory related issues. However, not one word was mentioned about these issues while we talked about and negotiated with them for this supposedly “new car” on the phone. To make matters even worse the same 2019 Fit has been added back to their website inventory hours after we left. They assured us they knew nothing of the damage, but considering they placed it back in their inventory, I believe they knew about the issues. With the car being back in the inventory they clearly lied to us when we were told they’d be sending it back to the factory for Honda to fix since we wouldn’t buy it. Which doesn’t seem possible if they are still trying to sell it. Main point, if you are going to go to Miller’s Autogroup make sure you check your vehicle for any damage. They obviously don’t inspect them when they come off the truck. If Miller’s does know of issues, they won’t tell you. Oh, make sure they don’t try to hit you with the exclusive Miller Honda group anti-theft warranty in your price either. It’s an optional thing they just try to slide in during pricing. We didn’t find that out until they had to try and match our best offer. Shady dealership!
