We called Carl after my wife had an accident with our current 2022 Honda Odessey, which was later totaled. Carl and I set up a date to talk and as usual he was extremely helpful and ready to do what was necessary to keep my wife Marie happy. We looked a few different models and she said she want to try the CRV Hybrid which we did. We went on a ride around military circle, or what it left, to give my wife the feel of the car with no traffic. It worked great, she drove us back to the Checkered Flag dealership. Carl went over all he information on the car and cost. We bought the car, and now my wife has her new ride, the first time she has had anything other than an Odessey. And as before, A Happy Wife is a Happy Life. Thank you again Carl for your help and understanding. PS, Carl took my Ridgeline and had it washed and vacuumed, while we were checking the CRV's operations and features. Purchased a car this month; it was an out of state transaction. Sales person was Emmy. Since he was not sure about how this would work, he got the general manager Massi involved. Between them both the issues were solved, and in fact Massi personally drove the car about 2 hours to meet up with me to complete the transaction. That is what customer service is all about. Highly recommended.

Ask for Kimberly. She has her act together over there. The finance dept, however, didn’t seem to know much about how to handle the fact I live in NYC. Also, be weary of any add-ons they may try to get you to buy into if you’re leasing. They presented me with two packages and made it seem like I had to choose one of those packages because it was those or nothing. Just know the monthly price they quote you is the monthly price you should get. You don’t NEED a package. That could just be me being naive tho. Kimberly was amazing though. She’ll definitely help you out and do right by you without any pressure at all. She just calmly answers questions you may have without being pushy.

Did my research online first so I would know the value of my trade and would be well versed in what I was looking for. They directed me to the exact model I was wanting (an HR-V) and let me drive it without pushing me toward anything else or asking anything about financials. When I decided to purchase, they made the process smooth and allowed me to see various breakdowns with and without options and extras. They let me be the sole decision maker and never pushed anything on me. The one thing that did annoy me was the refusal to remove the destination fee, which I've always managed to get removed on all of my four previous new vehicles. I really wanted the vehicle, though, so I didn't argue too much. Overall, it was a friendly and efficient process. I would certainly visit this dealership again.

I was looking at a truck (stock HOH4309N) and was in the dealership Wednesday night told that the truck wasn’t going to be ready till Saturday, I texted Kylie on Friday afternoon to check to see if the truck was complete in the shop. She responded back that it was in the shop and still in the air. She texted me back a couple of hours later telling me that the truck was sold. When I was in the dealership, I offered to put down a deposit to hold the truck and she told me to test drive the truck first, before putting down a deposit. It’s sad that Williamsburg Honda and Kylie would operate like this.

I leased a new Honda CR-V vehicle at CMA valley honda in early 2023, upon reviewing the vehicle there were scratches all over the dashboard screen where the speedometer and such are, within 2 weeks of having this awful defective poorly built honda cr-v new vehicle, the brakes started squeaking intermittently, I noticed the hatchback was built at an angle, so it doesn't shut correctly at times, there's a hole in the floor board on the driver side, as i keep noticing and witnessing computer glitches and problems, such at the vehicle telling me to brake when no one is around, at one point the vehicle pulled me onto on coming traffic, there are lots of technical and manufacturing problems with this awful defective vehicle, for the last 9 months I've reached out to American honda motors and CMA valley hondas owner Liza Myers Borches and the GM Ben xx. Ours, to return this distinguishing awfully made vehicle, and they continue to lie to me, ignore me, ghost me, and not accommodate me whatsoever in returning this vehicle and getting one that doesn't have problems as a brand new vehicle, I continue to reach out to American honda Motors, and they won't help other than documenting this, so this compliant is not only for CMA vally honda, but also with American honda motors, Everyone at CMV valley honda dealership have been completely unprofessional and lied to me day one, no one will return my messages and accommodate me at all, especially being a honda customer for over a decade, these companies require further investigation of there operations and conduct, the GM Ben continues to lie to me, be completely unprofessional and continues to ignore and ghost me, I'm not asking for much just to replace this awful vehicle with another one that is not problematic with no additional monies from me, I'm requesting that both companies be reported for such awful conduct and have a full investigation, ultimately CMA Valley Honda needs to terminate their GM Ben xx. Ours and the owner needs to be sued and this dealership be shut down immediately.
