We chose Pietroske because we wanted to see the new 2018 Enclave. They were only one of two dealers in a 60 mile radius of our home that had them. We came just to see them. Upon meeting Amanda we were impressed with her straight forward demeaner and knowledge of the vehicle. It was well worth the drive.

Lana was ready and waiting for me with the car I was coming to look at. Parking was a challenge because the lot was packed with cars for sale. Price was great so I knew there wasn't a lot of room for negotiating. Would have been nice to have been offered the Carfax. Felt a little rushed through the signing process. It took a while to get the loan quotes-- 2.5 hours felt like a week with the Christian Rock Radio station on in the showroom.

Our first experience with Dearth's Buick GMC and Dan Perdue - Billie Reynolds
We were in the market for a SUV or possibly a van. We've never had a van before so we were a bit apprehensive. We haul grandchildren around often and needed to have enough seating. We have had 3rd row seat SUVs in the past so that was what we started out looking for but kept an open mind in the possibility of a van, if the right one came along. We had never bought a vehicle at Dearth's before so had no experience with any of the salesmen. Dan was the salesman we talked to and he was awesome. He asked what price range we were looking at and told us what they had on their lots that might work for us. He answered all our questions and never pressured us for one moment. He was extremely patient with us, making sure to give us as many options as possible to choose from. I told him I love red so he did have a couple of red vehicles he thought we/I might like. What he didn't know is that I also love black and he showed us a (black) van that I instantly fell in love with. I didn't want to be impulsive so we still took the time to go to a different dealer to test drive a very similar van but ended up going back to the black one Dan had for us. The price was better and it had less miles with all the bells and whistles we could possibly want, and then some. Dan really went above and beyond to make our experience stress-free and pleasant. He spent a lot of time going over everything in the van before we left with it so we knew where everything was and what it was for. I highly recommend Dearths Buick GMC and Dan Perdue.

I saw a great price on a Malibu on cars.com. I checked with the dealership, and was told the price was a mistake, however the manager said he would honor the price for me for that day.
I took the 45+ minute drive, and was still a bit cynical. I got there, the car was there, they honored the price, gave me a fair deal on my trade-in (same price I was quoted at other dealer). Salesman Mike explained everything to me, no pressure from the finance man Luis to buy any extra stuff. Tim was straight-forward manager, which I greatly appreciate.

We returned last week to purchase our 2nd Cadillac from Boucher Waukesha. We traveled from Madison (again) to buy here, as we feel the dealership is far superior over our local Cadillac dealership.
The staff are more down to earth and less "sales-man-y", which is very important to us when we are purchasing anything.
We have had nothing but great experiences with Jim Z., our super-salesman, and also the other staff. We feel welcomed always when we stop in and we will be back in the future for our 4th Cadillac.

I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Parson's GM of Eagle River Wisconsin. I am completely dissatisfied with this dealership from Sales to Service. From the initial pickup of my new car, the car was not detailed, it was not waxed, not vacuumed, there were big sticker residues all over the windshield, and not even a half a tank of gas to say the least. Since it was pouring rain at the dealership for pick up, I meticulously went around my new car after I got home and found other problems. There was a big gash in the driver's front tire and wheel and the passenger side parking light was burnt out... and this car sat on their lot for 8 months without them even noticing it! After emailing my salesman as soon as I noticed these problems, I scheduled an appointment to have these looked at. Before they replaced my tire, I was immediately accused of gashing my own tire, and I stated this is the third car I purchased from you in 15 years!! I received a sarcastic comment, 'well, the customer is always right, but who's paying for this?' After they replaced my tire, I had to drive back immediately to have my TPS sensors reset since they did not set it right or even had the correct air pressure in each tire. When I saw 3 service employees standing around my new car trying to figure out how to fix a TPS service light and one of them is 'leaning up' on my new car in confusion, and to see their patches on their clothes that indicated 'Certified GM Technician', I had to laugh in disgust. I am a loyal GM buyer, but this is now making me think twice about ever buying a vehicle from this dealership again. I also felt that I was screwed over on my trade in when now I see that they're selling it for $6,847 and giving me only 3,000 for my 2008 Cobalt but telling me it wasn't worth any more than that. I'm an avid car enthusiast and take pride in my own vehicles since I was a teenager. When I traded in my 2008 Cobalt, not only did I just wax it, detailed it, but I also left my $5,000 stereo system and a second set of tires and wheels in it as a selling point hoping to get more, with not even one single scratch, dent, and hardly any rust at 128k miles!! To bring home a new car that is not even detailed or even gassed up is one thing, but to trade in my car that is cleaner, detailed, gassed up, and waxed makes me think that they only cared about making the sale and they take no pride with their vehicles on their own lot.
