Having a great experience buying a Kia Sorento 1.5 years ago brought us back to Ewald Kia Oconomowoc. We needed a vehicle that could carry 2 Tera Trikes and pull a boat. The Telluride X-xxxxxx Prestige met our needs! Roxanna helped us immediately when we entered the showroom! Roxanna was friendly, very knowledgeable and very interested in meeting all our needs. She solicited several other members of the dealership team to explain or research questions that we had. The day we picked up the car, she spent a lot of time going through the functionality of the car as well as making sure we were comfortable using it. We highly recommend Ewald Kia Oconomowoc dealership for purchase and service of a Kia!

We walked in knowing what we wanted with the intention of buying and getting in and out of there. There sales guy Mark Huth wasted so much time telling me all this stuff they'll do for you at Russ Darrow Kia. Well, all of it was lies and completely unnecessary. He didn't need to say any of it. Why bother saying you're going to call each week (and never do it), why say we have great complimentary car washes (and then Russ Darrow workers who do the car wash say, it's not great but what did you expect for free) and we'll include oil changes (I got the email for my first oil change with the button that says schedule appointment. I filled out the appointment form and got a call. She said we don't take appointments. If there is 1 person waiting it'll take an hour, 2 people waiting a couple hours. So free for the first time IF you can come back everyday and wait for hours). Then he continued to try and lease us his personal hunting land. Then we had to wait days to pick it up based on his schedule. Disappointed with the service and the car. Will not buy from here again, big mistake.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ethan was fantastic to work with! I originally came to Prestige Kia on Monday just to look at a new Sportage and take it for a test drive. Ethan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. I came back on Wednesday ready to purchase, but we unexpectedly ran into a financing issue. Even though my credit score was more than 30 points higher than Kia's required minimum, I ended up needing to add my wife as a co-buyer. I had to make the one-hour drive back home and then return to the dealership. Ethan could have easily become frustrated with the situation, but he remained patient and helpful the entire time. I ended up returning late at night, and he was kind enough to wait for me even though it was close to closing. It was already dark when I finally arrived, so Ethan had taken a video of the vehicle's exterior beforehand so I could see it properly. He also helped me connect my phone and get everything set up. I really appreciated the extra effort. Ethan made me feel like he genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience rather than simply trying to complete a sale. I would definitely recommend Ethan to anyone looking to buy a Kia. Great experience from start to finish!
