Dennis was great! - Jen & Billy
Dennis was great! He was super helpful in finding a car we love! Being first time new (to us) car buyers, we were very green, and didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of. Totally recommend Darrow Kia of Waukesha and Dennis as the go-to guy.

Russ Darrow Kia was one of the easiest dealerships I have - Andres
Russ Darrow Kia was one of the easiest dealerships I have ever worked with. Tiara James was amazing and she was an enormous factor in purchasing our car. From the moment we walked in we felt a warm welcome and a great sense of confidence in Tiara. No doubt the best person I have worked with in my 15+ years of buying through dealers.
I worked with Trevor Hiller to purchase a Ford Crown... - Anna
I worked with Trevor Hiller to purchase a Ford Crown Victoria. His customer service was excellent as was all the other employees I met. It was so easy to purchase this beautiful car. Everyone was friendly and really knew what needed to be done. I even got a new license plate - no need to go to the DMV. I will certainly look here when I need a new vehicle.

Long but PLEASE read! - Kb
Long but PLEASE read!!
****the only decent person we came in contact with at this dealer was Don Cooper in finance. He apologized for how we were treated by the sales department.
I’ve never left a negative review before, but this experience requires one! We inquired about a 2013 Honda Pilot. Their website(and car gurus) said the price was $18,969. We received a call from Taylor who told us “it’s the end of the month, you won’t want to miss out on this deal. We’re looking to get rid of our used cars.” So we drove the almost 2 hour drive. We got there and were greeted by a salesman named Gary. He got us all set for our test drive (with our 3.5 year old & 4 month old). We took it for a drive & noticed some normal wear & tear. We also noticed there was no gasket on the rear wiper so rust had developed. When we mentioned it, he said their manager would remove $200 for it. He went and talked with his sales manager Dan. He came back with the car priced at $19,969. We clarified the price, he went and talked with Dan, came back with the “corrected price” because (in Gary’s words) “it was updated this morning and they missed that, their apologies.”
We decided to then go inside because it was hot and we had our two children with us. We sat in Gary’s office and he insisted we run a credit report, even though we told him we had a pre-approval letter with our bank which also provided a better rate. He went and talked with whoever again & came back and said he was going to go move our plates. I said we weren’t done discussing numbers because there had been no more conversation about the price or anything. He then agreed and put down the screwdriver. Fast forward a few minutes, we’re still waiting & then he says they were able to get us the loan through our bank (even though we already were approved…?) and grabbed the screwdriver again. And my husband stopped him and repeated that we haven’t signed anything, we wanted to discuss this more. And he VERY defensively says “what’s the problem? Like what’s really the problem here?” COMPLETE demeanor change. We grabbed our stuff and our children to leave. No more niceness at all. He storms away and tells Dan to come over. Who very arrogantly told us he was doing us a favor by giving us $200 off and he even honored “the car gurus price” and I corrected him that it’s their website that says that price and he said “well it’s irrelevant” and said “there’s no wiggle room in the price, you thought wrong” we left. I told him we should have listened to the negative reviews. and our sons car seat was still in the pilot. Gary had already moved it back to the lot. My husband said “we need our car seat” and Gary said “it’s unlocked” it wasn’t, we had to stand there for another 10 minutes waiting. Don from finance came out and helped us get the car seat, he brought it over to us himself. He apologized for the treatment.
Needless to say I will let everyone I can know about this awful experience. Never will we return there.
Daughter bought a car from you and has to constantly put - Laurel Manchester
Daughter bought a car from you and has to constantly put oil in, after 2 months of owning it. What a sham and going to go on Facebook and Instagram and let everyone know. Highly unethical
Where to begin. - Shawn
Where to begin. Worst car buying experience ever. I found a 2023 Kia Sportage Xpro Prestige I wanted to buy. I called and spoke with Andrew. He was by far the most dishonest salesperson I have ever dealt with. We made a deal over the phone and I kept asking to see the paperwork however he kept saying that I would need to go to the dealership (which is 3 hours from me). In the end I kept asking to see something. I was told to fill out the credit app which I did and put a $1000 hold on my credit card. All he cared about was getting my credit card. I was told all was in order. I traveled three hours to find he never told me that there was $7500 mark up on the vehicle it was slipped in the financing. I told Andrew to his face he was a liar. A clear text message history showed his deceit. The sales manager came in and was somewhat accommodating. In the end they budged very little. I was promised all weather matts which have yet to show up. Andrew also met me at the door and his first thing was to collect my money for a down payment. They also low balled me on my trade insisting I only paid 24k for my vehicle which isn’t true I have pulled my original purchase agreement and my vehicle was just under 28k. My vehicle is now listed for sale for 32k on their website. Although I like the vehicle they lied, they lured, and they withheld.BUYER BEWARE! I would be happy to speak with anyone and provide total proof of how they do business. During our current economy they have chosen to take advantage of the consumer. It was only the night before my trip there that Andrew finally started talking numbers as I was refusing to travel there. He lied about the payment and the amount to be financed. Just know that if you are purchasing a vehicle there there is a $7500 mark up on top of the MSRP. Again feel free to contact me and I will be happy to show you my purchase contract, my trade in purchase contract, and the text message history. Truly shameful.
I can’t give anyone there a 5 star, zero or under. - coloradousa_2005
I can’t give anyone there a 5 star, zero or under. Not only did I have 2 engines go out, both just over warranties by less than 100 miles. After my second engine blew I was told by another carrier dealership in the area but they had over 20 Kia souls in their back lot waiting for new engines. The service manager there said Kia should have helped with some if not all repairs. Saying that Kia has money set aside to help customers with these types of things either with all or some of the fees. After about a 6 month battle with his help, I was forced to take out a $6000 loan for a new engine for my first Kia Soul, I was not financially able to purchase another vehicle . This one the engine went out just over 100,000 miles. At one point when I went in for an oil change which I had an appointment for, I was told they were 90 minutes behind and I would have to wait. What’s the point of an appointment then? The second engine went out just over 60,000 miles after warranty. Again another battle for months trying to get assistance after two engines. No one would talk to me or work with me in the dealership or in service. Very rude, not answering my questions. My nephew who is a car dealer went in to discuss the matter with them, when my nephew saw 5 other Kia souls in the lot waiting for service, he questioned why? They were waiting for new engines. My nephew then questioned of a recall, with the response of “not yet”. I could go on, but the point is this dealership was horrible from beginning to end. Since then with some help and research of vehicles and the ratings I did go with another Kia, but I will not and will never go to Metro Kia of Madison for anything. I now go to Russ Darrow in Madison I have been able to make appointments and get in right away, the staff in service and inside the dealership are wonderful, friendly. I would not ever go back to Kia Metro of Madison, I would never refer anyone to metro Kia of Madison to buy a car or even have a car serviced there
This dealer hates Military. - Skrypek15
This dealer hates Military. They dont care about civil service people to say the least. They are money hungry, who will lie to you, omit information, and misinform you to avoid dealing with you. Please if you want some respect, go somewhere else.
Former Honda Lover - kellbug
I've driven Hondas for 10 years. I was planning on getting an Odyssey but couldn't justify the price. I started searching for Kia Sedona's since my dad has owned one for ten years with little issues. I found the perfect one at Sparta Kia. I usually go to West Salem, Barry retrieved the van and got it back to West Salem the same day. Buying it was a breeze and Barry was very helpful with setting up the van. I'm so excited for my new van!
We walked in knowing what we wanted with the intention of... - ydrahue
We walked in knowing what we wanted with the intention of buying and getting in and out of there. There sales guy Mark Huth wasted so much time telling me all this stuff they'll do for you at Russ Darrow Kia. Well, all of it was lies and completely unnecessary. He didn't need to say any of it. Why bother saying you're going to call each week (and never do it), why say we have great complimentary car washes (and then Russ Darrow workers who do the car wash say, it's not great but what did you expect for free) and we'll include oil changes (I got the email for my first oil change with the button that says schedule appointment. I filled out the appointment form and got a call. She said we don't take appointments. If there is 1 person waiting it'll take an hour, 2 people waiting a couple hours. So free for the first time IF you can come back everyday and wait for hours). Then he continued to try and lease us his personal hunting land. Then we had to wait days to pick it up based on his schedule. Disappointed with the service and the car. Will not buy from here again, big mistake.
I am very happy with my purchase from Janesville Kia.... - andrewspike50
I am very happy with my purchase from Janesville Kia. Andy and the rest of the sales staff did a great job answering all my questions.
They doubted I could get the loan. - bowman262
They doubted I could get the loan. They said they can't sell a charger to charge the car. They tried to sell oil changes to an all electric car. They tried to sell maintenance on a maintenance free vehicle. There charger is only a level 2 at 8kw not the 350kw that Kia advertised to charge in 18min.
Excellent dealership to work with. Honest and upfront... - timwulf75

Bought a new Eclipse Cross and took it back a short time... - jvaughn1613
Bought a new Eclipse Cross and took it back a short time after because it was making a noise after first starting out. Was told "we hear the noise but we can't find it so just bring it back if it gets worse". I had to search out the owners email and complained and told them I'd never buy another car from them. He emailed back and said "contact me". I figured he has all my contact info and could get easily get ahold of me if he wanted to make things right. I never heard from him again.
