Signing papers was very quick as well. Like that they put it on a thumb drive so you don't have to walk out with tons of paperwork!!

Very frustrating day. We bought a suv on Tuesday. We realised the fiance manager Kyle V. sold us some extra warranties we did not want. Went to Metro Kia today to cancel was told will be $150 . We said it's only been 2 days please cancel. Kyle the fiance manger refused raised his voice and told us to get out of his office we said no not till you cancel. So he called the police to have us removed from the dealership and banned.

Wow! Can you say, screwed? These people really don't care about helping you out. Brent was the worst car dealer I've ever dealt with. He didn't care what so ever. Well it all started about a year ago when I bought my 2008 Kia Sedona in for a check engine light. I have brought it in before a few years earlier at the same place for what turned out to be a blown head gasket. It was fixed, great! Fast forward a couple of years later, another blown head gasket. The van was done. I was introduced to Brent, a sales guy at Bergstrom Kia. Real slick and shady. I had a bad felling to begin with. In short, even though the Kia van was toast, they still stuck me with a $550 dollar bill for work that had nothing to do with the blown head gasket. Ended up trading it in for a 2013 Toyota Sienna with a chipped windshield. He said they would fix it. Nope! And they ended up tacing on the $550 dollars i my new payments for the Toyota Sienna. There a lot more to the story but I don't have the time. I should have done more homework and research before, but lesson learned.

I've driven Hondas for 10 years. I was planning on getting an Odyssey but couldn't justify the price. I started searching for Kia Sedona's since my dad has owned one for ten years with little issues. I found the perfect one at Sparta Kia. I usually go to West Salem, Barry retrieved the van and got it back to West Salem the same day. Buying it was a breeze and Barry was very helpful with setting up the van. I'm so excited for my new van!

Bought a new Eclipse Cross and took it back a short time after because it was making a noise after first starting out. Was told "we hear the noise but we can't find it so just bring it back if it gets worse". I had to search out the owners email and complained and told them I'd never buy another car from them. He emailed back and said "contact me". I figured he has all my contact info and could get easily get ahold of me if he wanted to make things right. I never heard from him again.

We purchased New tires from Russ Darrow Kia appleton. We called to bring our sorento in because there is a nail in the tire. The service person told us that they don't offer any warranty for nails or anything that would damage your tires. My wife suggested that they should. The service person laughed at her. I have brought our vehicle there previously and heard them selling things to customers that aren't necessary just to get money out of them.
