We wandered in to the dealership intrigued with the RAV4 but learned a lot more about hybrid technology and Toyota in general. Andrea did a great job listening to what we were looking for and ultimately found us a used vehicle that was a perfect match. As people who don't enjoy car shopping, Andrea made the experience very easy!

Sam the service rep at Toyota, is very helpful, courteous and thourough. He let me know my Sienna was due for a Transmission flush when I came if for a regular oil change. He pointed out a $40 savings by purchacing the Toyota's special package on 2 oil changes, which I bought. He then applied the savings right away to the day's service. Sam is pleasant to work with! I appreciate how Sam helps me maintain my car by getting me a great deal on the oil changes, or applies coupons to save me money, and how he adds the free tire rotations to my service when needed, which is a great perk for buying the tires from the dealership!

Had a great experience with Manny! Went with my son who was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Corolla (his 1st car). They had a great selection at really great prices. Coming from the Chicago Area, it was well worth the drive. They even took care of his plates so we didn't have to deal with IL Sec of State! Highly recommend!

Also finance person was very helpful and easy to work with. He let me lead the way on how many perks or service agreements I wanted to add to the sale of the car. I came away very satisfied. The car is also a beautiful hyrid Camry. I couldn't be happier!!

horrible service. A year and 5 months later, same car problem. They won't fix anything but make you keep paying. Managers is horrible too. No longer going to them forever. headquarter is the same also.

The service advisor was friendly and respectful. The service (oil change and tire rotation) was completed promptly with a complimentary car wash, and the vehicle was peppered with water spots like it is at some dealers after it's washed. The results of the vehicle inspection were thoroughly explained to us with no further work needed. I even saved some money with the coupon I received in the mail for an oil change.

They sent me photos, they told me what I would have to do to get the vehicle shipped from Wisconsin to California, they were patient. I took a big risk by buying a car from afar, without seeing or driving it - and I was not disappointed.
