AMAZING! Being a first time buyer I was nervous did not know what I was doing at all however Rick Paul the salesman who sold me my car and Tony Gomez the financial manager talked me through everything gave me really good insight, were super forgiving and honestly they helped me out as if I was their own kid which made me feel so much more relaxed and confident and I felt prepared to own the car and what goes along with it. While my girlfriend and I were waiting Rick gave us his sandwich which was so awesome and much appreciated and talked me through everything. Tony was awesome he was super honest and he genuinely felt like he was looking out for us. I honestly learned so much from these two and can’t thank them enough! Thank you Rick! Thank you Tony! I've have been after a new Maverick for awhile now. Because of their popularity, that alone was a challenge. Market issues, allocations and parts shortages made the hunt more difficult. Despite those frustrations Jasmine Witmer-Bryon went beyond my expectations, and was able to substitute an almost identical truck for the one I'd ordered and was delayed in production due to parts shortages. I appreciate her working with me very much! Mark Milligan in financing was friendly and knowledgeable, and explains extended warranty benefits, etc. thoroughly without pushing additional purchases. A shout out for that. I'm glad I don't purchase new vehicles every day or even every decade, but Jasmine and Mark helped make it an efficient and painless experience.

I had to have my GMC Canyon (diesel)repaired in Denver at - Rich

I had to have my GMC Canyon (diesel)repaired in Denver at Foundation Chevrolet, where they said that my oil was 1.5 quarts overfilled and that the result was damage to the NOX sensors. I notified Morehart Murphy GMC service of this, since they had done the last oil change, and they responded saying that the engine oil had been topped off or diesel was leaking into the engine causing an increase in oil volume. I know that the oil was never topped off and I decided to see if my oil volume increased after Foundation Chevrolet changed the oil several months ago. Go figure, their xx excuse was false as the oil level has remained constant. The Morehart Murphy service said that they weren't able to overfill oil in an oil change and the dipstick was checked after an oil change. Well I strongly disagree and see that they would never admit their probable culpability. On top of that the Morehart Murphy Regional Group provides no way to file a complaint beyond the shop that has no incentive to respond to problems. I have to question the overall quality of service, responsiveness to problems and ethics of at minimum the GMC service segment.

Completely dismissed any interest in helping find a date I could bring my new car in, just passed the buck to the dealership in junction. Very disappointed from a family owned dealership

Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.
