She helped me through the entire windshield replacement process and worked extremely hard with my insurance company to make sure I got the best deal possible. Her relentless determination and dedication to helping customers is unmatched. What really stood out to me was how much effort she put into making everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely goes above and beyond like that anymore. Thank you again for all your hard work, professionalism, and amazing customer service. My experience at Celebration Chevrolet was nothing short of amazing! This was my first NEW CAR dealer experience and Taran was absolutely wonderful! I was really nervous! Taran told me there would be no stress and he would do everything he could to get me in the new car I chose! He walked me through all the steps and treated me as if I was friend not just customer! He walked me through everything and I was never left wondering about what the next steps would be or worse case scenarios. There were no worse case scenarios though, he was determined to get me in the car and he did. He made it painless and I appreciated his happy calm demeanor. I walked in stressed not knowing what to expect and he turned all of that around. He helped me with the set up the car with Apple CarPlay, My Chevrolet and OnStar! I’m not as tech savvy as I used to be and he showed me everything! He eased my stressed and constantly offered me beverages and snacks. Because of Taran I will definitely be referring other potential customers to Celebration Chevrolet! The manger Matt who helps complete the signing of all the paperwork was also amazing, not to mention he sounds like Matthew McCounaghey!! All of the staff members appeared friendly, happy and were smiling. I had an amazing car buying experience! Thank you Taran! While I’ve just written a lot of words for this review it still is not enough to explain how wonderful Taran was!!

I bought a 2025 Chevy Colorado via Carvana - thats a simple enough, straightforward process. All I had specifically requested was that the vehicle's interior be cleaned, maybe even detailed since the truck was Ghent's pool vehicle the dealership would lend to customers while their own vehicles were being serviced. When I got the truck, it hadn't even gotten a cursory cleaning; the inside was quite dirty. To make matters worse, the inside of the windshield had a heavy layer of residue on it that had never been touched.

In July 2024, I took my Ram 2500 to Morehart Murphy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Durango, CO for a serious safety issue: the engine was intermittently revving on its own, sometimes causing the truck to aggressively lurch. I had video evidence, but the service advisor dismissed it, saying he couldn’t diagnose from a video. I explained the videos were supplemental, yet he authorized a repair unrelated to my concern. He praised himself for a quick fix, but the issue persisted immediately after I left. I sent another video showing the problem continuing. He told me to bring the truck back, but I had already left Durango for a prior commitment. I expressed frustration that he had confidently claimed the issue was resolved without addressing my actual concern. He tried calling, but I missed it due to poor service. He then texted, “I’m not playing this game,” implying I was avoiding him. His tone was condescending and dismissive. I filed a formal complaint with Chrysler. When the service advisor and I later spoke, he opened by referencing my complaint — a comment that felt like an attempt to guilt or intimidate me. He emphasized how hard he’d worked to return my truck quickly, as if speed mattered more than resolving a safety issue. He said it bothered him that I didn’t appreciate his efforts and told me not to return to the dealership. Since then, I’ve heard multiple similar stories about this service advisor, and about others being banned after raising concerns. The fact that he had the authority to ban me — and that the dealership backed him when Chrysler investigated — speaks volumes about Morehart Murphy’s leadership. It’s troubling that the Chrysler Corporation doesn’t seem to have more oversight when safety is involved. I then took my truck to Advantage Dodge in Farmington, New Mexico. Their team took my concern seriously, reviewed my videos, observed the issue firsthand, and acted immediately. It turned out I needed a new engine — it was dangerous to be driving the truck. Advantage Dodge provided a loaner vehicle, while Morehart had made me pay for a rental. Chrysler later reimbursed me, recognizing Morehart Murphy’s mishandling. The truck was still under warranty, so the full repair was covered. The contrast between these dealerships couldn’t be clearer. Morehart Murphy dismissed a safety issue and punished me for speaking up. Advantage Dodge listened, acted, and ensured I was safe. Morehart Murphy never followed up, apologized, or acknowledged the severity of the issue. Their refusal to take responsibility and decision to ban a customer over a safety concern shows where their priorities lie. This wasn’t just poor service — it was reckless disregard for customer safety. I strongly recommend avoiding Morehart Murphy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Advantage Dodge earned my trust through integrity, responsiveness, and doing what’s right — the kind of dealership every customer deserves.

I've have been after a new Maverick for awhile now. Because of their popularity, that alone was a challenge. Market issues, allocations and parts shortages made the hunt more difficult. Despite those frustrations Jasmine Witmer-Bryon went beyond my expectations, and was able to substitute an almost identical truck for the one I'd ordered and was delayed in production due to parts shortages. I appreciate her working with me very much! Mark Milligan in financing was friendly and knowledgeable, and explains extended warranty benefits, etc. thoroughly without pushing additional purchases. A shout out for that. I'm glad I don't purchase new vehicles every day or even every decade, but Jasmine and Mark helped make it an efficient and painless experience.

Completely dismissed any interest in helping find a date I could bring my new car in, just passed the buck to the dealership in junction. Very disappointed from a family owned dealership

Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.
