Stopped in to look at a used car, we met with salesman Jeff Craig, Jeff was really great to deal with, I usually hate looking for a car but he was really down to earth and made my us feel totally comfortable, no pressure just information. We were really close to a purchase and told him we wanted to sleep on it and would get back to him. Well everything about the car and him were great, just couldn’t warm up to the color. Called Jeff the next day and said we would not be getting the car, again he was more than nice. If u are looking for a car Jeff would Be a great guy to deal with.

When this dealership recently switched over, the service really suffered. I had an oil change back in April and just found out they “forgot” to put a crusher washer back on - resulting in my oil leaking for 4 months. Hopefully everything is going to be okay (Did I mention I waited almost 2 hours and all they did was put it on and add oil?). Also - when I got home I noticed on my paperwork, “complimentary vacuum and wash.” Second time they said this when I went in for service but second time they most certainly did not vacuum my car. Not even sure what that’s about.

He was patient, respectful, and never once made me feel pressured to buy. Instead, he worked with me to find a vehicle and a price that fit within my budget, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through how everything in the vehicle worked, made sure my phone was connected, and followed up afterward to check that everything was still running smoothly. He also offered additional protection plans without being pushy — just giving me the information and letting me decide what felt right for me. I bought this car (2014 ford explorer sport) and have had nothing put problems from day one. Shame on me for not looking it over better. The touch screen didn’t work, however I didn’t even know it was a touch screen until I realized I couldn’t do necessary things without it. So they put in a different/used touchscreen. It worked however I couldn’t control the bass on the radio. It’s way too high for my liking. He promised me another one, every time I called he said it was on its way or would be here at the end of the week. This went on for months. After a while I just gave up. I realized he was just stringing me along. The salesman was great. The kid in charge of service not so much. The car in general is the worst car I’ve ever bought.

This is my 3rd Subaru purchase.Twice dealing with Steve Chaves, the man is awesome-a pleasure to sit with, he is knowledgeable, patient, answers question ensuring your understanding. No 'pressure" from Steve. Joe Messina gets a 'thumbs up" for making sure your at ease and asks if you are comfortable with process. Cannot say enough about Inna Perez, the woman has found her calling in being Business Manager. She is friendly, personable & patient. She is a pleasure to sit & speak with, she moves along quickly & efficiently her knowledge makes her an outstanding valuable employee along with Joe & Steve, I must acknowledge the service department also. Over the years I have been extremely satisfied with their understanding & completion of service in a timely manner. Recently I have dealt with Justin Luiz, once for an emergency tire issue, with no appointment on a Friday afternoon Justin took care of the issue & I was on my way sooner than I expected. Justin seems to enjoy his job & seeing to it that the customer is satisfied & happy. I think he has found his 'niche' in this service & wish him well...also a valuable employee.

Derek picked me up at the airport IN THE CAR! I was so excited. It was love at first sight with this little Beetle. It was clean, detailed inside and out. I could have sworn the headlight “winked” at me as it drove up to the curb. Derek was completely knowledgeable about the details of the vehicle. He showed patience, with my never ending interrogation of the process. We went over all past maintenance services to ensure that the car had been properly maintained. Very professional.
