What I love best is you make and appointment first. Once you get to the dealership you check in… discuss the work to be done… you are given a print out of what you agreed on and given the cost of how much will will pay. Options are given for transportation if needed or the option of waiting in a very nice waiting area. I was given a phone number of an immediate contact if I had any questions or concerns while they were working on my car. Just love it there.

This was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had with a dealership. I have had to purchase 10+ vehicles over the past 2 years for the business. There is always fluff, hidden costs or flaws, extra hoops to jump through, etc. The last vehicle I purchased from another Chevy dealer took 20 days! From my first call to inquire about purchasing a vehicle to being able to pick it up was only 24 hours! Richard was amazing, he stayed available, filled us with any info we needed, and made the process actually enjoyable. It's small too but we had the memorandum title in hand within DAYS. I can't speak more highly of the buying process and the help we received from Bush Auto Place.

We leased a new Equinox yesterday. Tom Craig was our consultant. We are seniors and have cell phones but we don't live by them like most everybody of today. I only even have mine on when away from the house, Tom did EVERYTHING for us! He took my phone for awhile and when he came back the new car was all hooked up and connected to whatever needed connecting. And he just kept smiling and assuring us that it was no problem. He was just delightful. This is our second vehicle from Lavery. The folks are all nice, informed, and fun to work with. Now all we have to do is spend some time screen surfing and getting acclimatized to everything! It'll take a beat but we'll get there! I'm sure we took up way too much of his time with our lack of computer skills, but Tom thought nothing of it.

We had a great experience with the purchase of a new Cadillac from Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. Our sales rep is Marcie and she has went above and beyond to make the buying experience fir our needs exactly. We live out of town and the buying process was quick and easy. Once we arrived, the was out front cleaned and full of gas. The finance process was quick and efficient. The entire staff were very helpful and willing to answer any questions. Marcie has followed up and checked in several times and is always going the extra mile to assist! We would recommend Marcie and Jeff Schmitt Cadillac to everyone!

Purchased my Cadillac up near where I live in Oakland County, MI at a big(ger) Cadillac dealer. I am in the Toledo area a few times a month and stopped in at Taylor when I had an issue. The service provided was exceptional, and far beyond what I had experienced at the two big(ger) Cadillac dealerships up near me. James Hardy in the Service Department provides superior customer service. After two service visits, Taylor Cadillac is now my go-to dealer for service issues (but hoping not to have too many)... well worth my 90 mile drive to bring my Cadillac to Taylor.

Terrible experience. Wanted to buy a truck and was waiting for inspection. FOllowed up everyday when finally I just offerred a price. Next day they countered me and I went to clear with my wife to accept--within in one hour. I called to buy and they sold it to someone else. Just a terrible experience and terrible way to do business. Was so angry since I had been talking to them for days about buying this truck and was waiting on them, We are in negotiations and they sell to someone else! xx. You could be trying to buy something from these people and if you go to the bathroom, they will sell your vehicle to someone else. Excuses that I didnt text back right away and accept. Just tell me that is what I need to do and I would have done it. Terrible---will never work with them
