I had to drag this deal across the finish line. It started with the reservation. The reservation was a ridiculous wait time to get the car transferred from a dealership 2 hours away. It was nearly 3 weeks. Then no one contacted me. I actually drove by one evening and noticed the car sitting at the dealership. Keep in mind, I was told 2-3 days for the transfer. I called to let them know I'd seen and verified that the truck was at the dealership. I made an appointment to drive it after convincing the CSR that it was in fact at the dealership. Once at the dealership for the test drive, I drove the truck but couldn't do anything else because they didn't have internet. I told them to call me when it came back up and I'd return. No one ever called. I actually waited several days because I was so disappointed. It is fortunate for Carmax that I wanted to purchase this truck more than they wanted to sell it. The employees seemed incompetent, including the manager!

The place is amazing. From start to finish I was pleased with the whole process. The entire sales team was welcoming and each one greeted me with making me feel out of place. The finance team rocked it for me as well and walked me thru all steps in a helpfully manner without the feel of pressure.

Took it to this dealer to have the engine replaced due to known Hyundai issues. Dealership kept the vehicle for over for months. Less than six months later the engine knock sensor went out. Now they are refusing to replace under warranty amd want over $800 to replace a part that costs less than $100. They also told us we needed a transmission service and cabin air filter. The transmission had been serviced 1 week prior and the cabin air filter was also replaced at this time. This dealership service department will not stand behind their work and are dishonest. Stay away from this dealership

Sell lemon vehicles. Try to make money on them when returned. They sell defective vehicles then when try to get fixed under warranty they dont really fix the issue and drag it on jerry rigging it till the warranty dies, then tell you if you want that part fixed (they were supposed to have fixed under warranty) that you have to pay for it to be fixed. They keep your vehicle for months, string you along give you the run around and then when you decide to go and get the car because of the run around they charge you a storage fee for having it for so long when they were the reason it was there that long. They lack compassion, they fire employees that are there for the customer because they lose them money. They dont care what they do and don't care about you, your problems or issues unless you are paying them. Then they partially fix things so you have to come back there to get it fixed again and again. Repeat scam. We are supposed to pray for our enemies, so I do that for this company. I pray that they are humbled with humility and that the managers there in the respective departments of service and store manager are put through the same things they do to their customers so they will be humbled through humility. But, hey... their building and front lobby are awesome. I guess they have to make the money some how to pay for those repairs. DO NOT BUY THERE OR GET YOUR CAR SERVICED THERE.

Robert and the entire team are no nonsense car dealers. They don't play games or hide anything when asked direct questions. Matter of fact, I felt right at home dealing with them. They are upfront and honest about risks involved when purchasing preowned cars and offered amazing warranty packages that are very affordable. Their low overhead gives them an advantage to offer reasonable prices that caught my attention. The jeep I purchased is a special gift to my son! My next purchase from them will be on the brokerage side requesting them find exactly the type of truck I wish to purchase, as I do not enjoy the process. Go check them out!

We went in to the dealer to look at a truck that I seen online. Salesman was good but then we went to get financed and the problems started. The salesman was told to only pull and send credit to 2 different banks. I was told that was not a problem. Then as me and my wife sat there we noticed do to credit monitoring that our credit in shear minutes had been sent and pulled over 6 times. I approached the finance desk and told them to stop. We expressed our concerns with the finance guy Jeff and the salesman and told them to stop we were done and not going to proceed with purchase and we left. The next morning we were contacted by the salesman that stated that he spoke with finance manager and he asked "give us another chance the the finance guy Jeff submitted it wrong." He should not be working if he don't know how to submit properly. They told me again they could get the terms that I needed. I told them no. I then started to get credit monitoring notification that beaman was checking credit again even after they were told to stop. Not a good practice! Don't use beaman if you care about credit. Very displeased

I had been looking for a small truck with low miles and a manual transmission. I wanted a basic no-frills truck to keep for the long haul. I had been looking on AutoTader.com, Cars.com, and CarGurus.com. I would find trucks and call but they would be gone shortly after they were listed. I happened to be driving by Stan McNabb Chevrolet and saw a little black GMC Canyon and looked in the window, and it had a manual transmission. They weren’t open so I went home and looked online and saw that it had 45k miles and was priced right with a good Carfax. I called and talked to Don McKay and decided to go test drive it. It was what I was looking for and I was happy with the price. I already had financing arranged but they got a lower rate for me. It was a no-hassle transaction with none of the expected upsell drama. They listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Danny Veirs was also involved because Don was working with another customer who came in the same time as me asking for him. I’ll come back the next time I’m looking for a vehicle and give them another shot.

Had an appt for Wednesday. They took 7 days to diagnose it. Got a call saying warranty won’t cover repair, wanted to charge me 2400+ tax to repair. Contacted local repair guy 400$. They don’t communicate well. They are way over priced. Called multiple times and left msg for a call back never got call back. Won’t go here again

Robbie Crowder is a "Top Of The Line" Salesman. Thought it was gonna be hard from "out of state" (Georgia) but this Tennessee Vol Fan made it too easy. once we found the vehicle we wanted..all we had to do is make the drive...(we chose to do that) and he did everything else from online paperwork to emailing and texting everything we needed. No pushy sales talk...any of that... EVERYTHING was up to us moving forward. He's just a Great Person!! Once we got there, everything was ready....vehicle was CLEAN....fluid levels correct..and ready to drive back to GA. Just couldn't ask for any better experience than that. Tremendously Great Experience!!!!

Absolute miserable experience with the service department. Poor communication if any while waiting 4 days to even get car diagnosed>> then I get an inflated $$ quote for a radiator repair which then had to wait 4 more days for a part! My son had just moved to Nashville so I was stuck with Freeland Jeep- but NEVER AGAIN All the while I waited there were no updates- I tried the service manager and even the owner with NO response- My son will make sure to tell anyone he meets not to use them
